1 Для дириґента хору. Псалом навча́льний Давидів,

2 як прийшов був ідуме́янин Доеґ та й Саулові був оповів, і до нього сказав: „Давид увійшов до дому Ахіме́леха“.

3 Чого хва́лишся злом, о могу́тній? Цілий де́нь Божа милість зо мною.

4 Замишляє лукавство язик твій, як та бритва наго́стрена ти, що чиниш обману!

5 Ти зло полюбив над добро, а неправду — більш, як правду казати, — Се́ла,

6 ти любиш усякі шкідливі слова́, ти язи́ку обманний!

7 Отож, Бог зруйнує наза́вжди тебе, тебе викине й вирве з намету тебе, й тебе викоренить із країни життя. Се́ла.

8 І побачать це пра́ведні, й будуть боятись, і будуть сміятися з нього:

9 „Ось муж, що Бога не чинить своєю тверди́нею, та на великість багатства свого покладає надію, втікає до злого свого“.

10 А я — як зелена оли́вка у Божому домі, наді́юсь на Божую милість на вічні віки́!

11 Буду сла́вити вічно Тебе, що вчинив Ти оце, і про йме́ння Твоє буду звіщати побожним Твоїм, що добре воно!

5 Behold,2005 I was shapen2342 in iniquity;5771 and in sin2399 did my mother517 conceive3179 me.
