2 Перевір мене, Господи, і ви́пробуй мене, перетопи́ мої ни́рки та серце моє, |
|
3 бо перед очима моїми Твоє милосердя, і в правді Твоїй я ходив. |
|
4 Не сидів я з людьми́ неправдивими, і не бу́ду ходити з лукавими, |
|
5 я громаду злочи́нців знена́видів, і з грішниками я сидіти не буду. |
|
6 Умию в неви́нності руки свої, й обійду́ Твого, Господи, же́ртівника, |
|
7 щоб хвалу́ Тобі го́лосно ви́голосити, та звісти́ти про всі чу́да Твої. |
|
8 Господи, — полюбив я оселю дому Твого́, і місце перебува́ння слави Твоєї. |
|
9 Не губи Ти моєї душі з нечестивими, та мого життя з кровоже́рами, |
|
10 що в руках їх злоді́йство, що їхня прави́ця напо́внена пі́дкупом. |
|
11 А я бу́ду ходити в своїй непоро́чності, — визволь мене та помилуй мене! |
|
12 Нога моя стала на рівному місці, — на збо́рах я благословля́тиму Господа! |

|
1 UNTO thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul. |
|
2 O my God, I trust in thee; let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. |
|
3 Yea, let none that trust in thee be ashamed; let the wicked be ashamed with their vanity. |
|
4 Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. |
|
5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art my God and my Saviour; on thee do I wait all the day. |
|
6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they are from the beginning of the world. |
|
7 Remember not the foolishness of my youth, but according to thine abundant mercy remember thou me because of thy goodness' sake, O God. |
|
8 Good and upright is the LORD; therefore will he direct sinners in the way. |
|
9 He will guide the meek in judgment, and he will teach the poor his way. |
|
10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. |
|
11 For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. |
|
12 What man is he that fears the LORD? Him shall he teach in the way that he has chosen. |

1 UNTO thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul. |
