Псалом 146

1 Хвалите Господа, ибо сладостно петь Бога нашего, ибо Благому прилична хвала.

2 Господь созидает Иерусалим, собирает расточенных сынов Израиля.

3 Он исцеляет сокрушенных сердцем и врачует скорби их;

4 Исчисляет количество звезд, все их называет именами.

5 Велик Господь наш и велика крепость [Его,] и разум Его неизмерим.

6 Смиренных поддерживает Господь, а нечестивых унижает до земли.

7 Чредою пойте Господу славословие, бряцайте Богу нашему на гуслях.

8 Он покрывает небо облаками, готовит для земли дождь, произращает на горах траву;

9 Дает скоту пищу его, и птенцам ворона, взывающим к Нему.

10 Не силу коня Он любит, не о быстроте ног человеческих благоволит.

11 Благоволит Господь о боящихся Его, о надеющихся на милость Его.

Psalm 146

1 PRAISE the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

2 While I live will I praise the LORD; I will sing praises to my God as long as I live.

3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

4 His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God,

6 Who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that therein is; who keeps truth for ever;

7 Who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The LORD releases the prisoners;

8 The LORD opens the eyes of the blind; the LORD raises those who are bowed down; the LORD loves the righteous;

9 The LORD takes care of the poor; he feeds the fatherless and widows; but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

10 The LORD shall reign for ever, even your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD.
