1 Руководителю хора На мелодию «Не погуби» Псалом Асафа Песнь

2 Благодарим Тебя, Боже, благодарим Тебя; близко и дорого имя Твое тем, кто о чудных делах Твоих возвещает.

3 Ты сказал: «Во время, Мной Самим определенное, Я суд праведный свершу.

4 Содрогнуться может земля со всеми живущими на ней, но Я крепко держу основания ее.

5 Говорю кичливым: „Не кичитесь“ — и нечестивым: „Не поднимайте высоко рога,

6 не поднимайте так высоко рога свои, не говорите с людьми, шею вытянув надменно!“»

7 То, что человека возвышает, не приходит с востока, с запада иль с юга,

8 судья всем — Бог: одного Он принижает, а другого возвышает.

9 Чаша гнева в руке ГОСПОДА с вином приправленным, пенящимся в ней. Вино это Он разливает, и всем нечестивцам земли выпить непременно придется всё со всем осадком.

10 А я об этом буду возвещать всегда и воспевать хвалу Богу Иакова.

11 Он обломает все рога нечестивых — да вознесутся рога праведника!

3 Lift up7311 thy feet6471 unto the perpetual5331 desolations;4876 even all3605 that the enemy341 hath done wickedly7489 in the sanctuary.6944

4 Thine enemies6887 roar7580 in the midst7130 of thy congregations;4150 they set up7760 their ensigns226 for signs.226

5 A man was famous3045 according as he had lifted up935 4605 axes7134 upon the thick5442 trees.6086

6 But now6258 they break down1986 the carved work6603 thereof at once3162 with axes3781 and hammers.3597
