Псалом 90

1 Кто живет под покровом Всевышнего, кто под сенью Всемогущего приют себе находит,

2 тот говорит ГОСПОДУ: «Ты — прибежище мое, моя крепость, Бог мой, Которому я доверился».

3 Бог убережет тебя от сетей расставленных, от всякой смертельной болезни избавит.

4 Опереньем Своим тебя Он укроет, под крылами Его в безопасности будешь, верность Его — твой щит и твои доспехи.

5 Не устрашат тебя ужасы ночи, летящая днем стрела,

6 чума, во мраке крадущаяся, зараза, что в полдень опустошает.

7 Хотя бы тысячи подле тебя пали и даже десятки тысяч близ тебя полегли, тебя всё то не коснется.

8 Ты только будешь смотреть и своими глазами увидишь возмездие нечестивым.

9 Ты сказал: «Прибежище мое — ГОСПОДЬ», Всевышнего избрал ты оплотом своим.

10 Потому не постигнет тебя никакое зло, пройдет мимо жилища твоего несчастье.

11 Ибо повелел Бог ангелам оберегать тебя на всех путях твоих.

12 На руках понесут они тебя, чтобы ты не оступился и не споткнулся о камень.

13 Будешь попирать льва и гадюку, затопчешь и льва молодого, и змею ядовитую.

14 «Он любит Меня, — говорит Господь, — потому спасу его; в недоступном месте укрою его, ибо знает он имя Мое.

15 Воззовет ко Мне — и отвечу ему, буду с ним и в страданьях его, от бед избавлю его и прославлю.

16 Долголетием дам насытиться ему, обретет он спасенье во Мне».

Psalm 90

1 LORD, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.

2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.

4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

5 The span of their life will be as a sleep; in the morning they are like grass which changes.

6 In the morning it flourishes and grows up; in the evening it is cut down and withers.

7 For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.

8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, the sins of our youth in the light of thy countenance.

9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath; we spend our years in emptiness.

10 The years of our lives are threescore and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet most of them are labor and sorrow; for life is soon cut off and we fly away.

11 Who knows the power of thine anger and the fear of thy wrath?

12 So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts to wisdom.

13 Return, O LORD. How long? Wouldst thou not comfort thy servants?

14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

15 Make us glad because our wickedness is dead, and the years wherein we have seen affliction.

16 Let thy work appear to thy servants, and thy glory to their children.

12 На руках понесут они тебя, чтобы ты не оступился и не споткнулся о камень.	12 So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts to wisdom.
13 Будешь попирать льва и гадюку, затопчешь и льва молодого, и змею ядовитую.	13 Return, O LORD. How long? Wouldst thou not comfort thy servants?
14 «Он любит Меня, — говорит Господь, — потому спасу его; в недоступном месте укрою его, ибо знает он имя Мое.	14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15 Воззовет ко Мне — и отвечу ему, буду с ним и в страданьях его, от бед избавлю его и прославлю.	15 Make us glad because our wickedness is dead, and the years wherein we have seen affliction.
16 Долголетием дам насытиться ему, обретет он спасенье во Мне».	16 Let thy work appear to thy servants, and thy glory to their children.
