Psalm 88

1 O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee;

2 Let my prayer come before thee; incline thine ear unto my supplication;

3 For my soul is full of troubles and my life draws near to Sheol.

4 I am counted with them that go down into the pit; I am like a man who has no strength;

5 Like a nobleman abandoned among the dead, like the slain that lie down in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more; they are lost to thee.

6 Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the shadow of death.

7 Thy wrath rests hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves.

8 Thou hast put away mine acquaintances far from me; thou hast made me an abomination to them; I am shut up and I cannot come forth.

9 Mine eyes are weakened from weeping; LORD, I have called daily upon thee; I have stretched out my hands to thee.

10 Behold thou wilt show wonders to the dead; the mighty ones shall rise and praise thee.

11 They that are in the graves shall declare thy lovingkindness, and thy faithfulness in destruction.

12 Thy wonders shall be known in the dark, and thy righteousness in the land that has been forsaken.

13 But to thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer come early before thee.

14 O LORD, forsake not my soul, and turn not thy face from me.

15 I am poor and afflicted from my youth; I have been proud, but now I am humbled and crushed.

16 Thy fierce wrath goes over me; thy terrors have silenced me.

17 They came round about me daily like water; they set themselves in array against me.

18 Friends and neighbors thou hast put far from me, and mine acquaintances thou hast kept away from me.

Псалом 88

1 Наставление Етана езрахитянина.

2 Я всегда буду петь о милости Господа; устами своими возвещу верность Твою всем поколениям.

3 Я говорю: навсегда основана Твоя милость, верность Твоя утверждена на небесах.

4 Ты сказал: «С избранным Моим заключил Я завет, с Давидом, Моим слугой. Я дал клятву:

5 „Семя твое навеки утвержу, из поколения в поколение упрочу престол Твой“». Пауза

6 Небеса прославляют Твои чудеса, Господи, и Твою верность — в собрании святых.

7 Ведь кто на небесах сравнится с Господом? Кто из сынов властителей уподобится Господу?

8 Бог почитаем в великом собрании святых, и грозен для всех окружающих Его.

9 О Господь, Бог Сил, кто сравнится с Тобой в силе Твоей? Ты силен, и верность Твоя окружает Тебя.

10 Ты владычествуешь над яростью моря; когда волны вздымаются, Ты укрощаешь их.

11 Ты поразил Раава и убил его; крепкой рукой Ты рассеял врагов Своих.

12 Небеса Твои и земля Твоя; Ты основал вселенную и все, что ее наполняет.

13 Север и юг Ты сотворил; горы Фавор и Хермон радуются имени Твоему.

14 Твоя мышца крепка, длань Твоя могуча, вознесена рука Твоя правая.

15 Справедливость и правосудие — основание престола Твоего, милость и верность идут пред Твоим лицом.

16 Благословен народ, знающий радостный крик, во свете Твоего лица они будут ходить.

17 Во имя Твое они радуются целый день и праведностью Твоей возвышаются,

18 ведь Ты — их слава и мощь, и по Твоему благоволению наш рог вознесется.
