Psalm 105

1 O GIVE thanks to the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people.

2 Sing to him, sing psalms to him, talk of all his wondrous works.

3 Glory in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

4 Seek the LORD, and be strong, seek his face evermore.

5 Remember his marvellous works that he has done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,

6 O you descendants of Abraham his servant, you children of Jacob his chosen.

7 He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

8 He has remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

9 For he made his covenant with Abraham, and his oaths to Isaac;

10 And confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,

11 Saying, To you will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance,

12 When they were but a few men in number, yea, very few, and strangers in it.

13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

14 He suffered no man to do them wrong; yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,

15 That they might touch not his anointed, and do his prophets no harm.

16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land; he broke the whole stalk of their wheat.

17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant,

18 Whose feet they bound with fetters; he was laid in iron

19 Until the time that his word came; the word of the LORD tried him.

20 The king sent and released him, and made him a ruler over his people.

21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler over all his possessions,

22 To discipline the governors at his pleasure and to teach the elders wisdom.

23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

24 And he increased his people greatly, and made them stronger than their enemies.

25 He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal subtly with his servants.

26 He sent Moses his servant, and Aaron whom he had chosen.

27 They showed his signs among them and wonders in the land of Ham.

28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and yet they rebelled against his word.

29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.

30 Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the inner chambers of their kings.

31 He spoke, and there came different sorts of flies and lice in all their borders.

32 He turned their rain into hail; and brought flaming fire into their land.

33 He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and broke the trees within their borders.

34 He spoke and the locusts came and caterpillars, and that without numbers throughout their land.

35 And they devoured all the herbs and the fruit of their lands.

36 He smote also all the first-born of Egypt, the first-born of all their boys.

37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold; and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

38 Egypt was glad when they departed; for the fear of them fell upon them.

39 He spread a cloud to shade them, and fire to give light in the night.

40 The people asked, and he brought quails and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

41 He opened the rock and the waters gushed out; and water flowed in the dry land.

42 For he remembered his holy promise which he had given to Abraham his servant.

43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his young men with gladness,

44 And gave them the lands of the Gentiles; and they inherited the labor of the people.

45 That they might observe his statutes and keep his laws. Praise the LORD.

Псалом 105

1 Аллилуйя! Благодарите ГОСПОДА, ибо Он благ, ибо вечна любовь Его неизменная!

2 Кто может описать великие дела ГОСПОДНИ и возвестит о всей славе Его?

3 Благо тем, кто, помня об этом, справедливости предан, кто праведно поступает во всякое время.

4 И обо мне, ГОСПОДИ, вспомни в любви Своей к народу Своему, его спасая, и на меня свой взор обрати,

5 дабы и я мог видеть благополучие избранных Твоих, разделить радость с народом Твоим и вместе с наследием Твоим счастьем своим хвалиться.

6 Грешили и мы, и отцы наши, творили беззаконие, поступали нечестиво.

7 Дел Твоих дивных в Египте не уразумели отцы наши, не хранили они память о том, как много раз являл Ты им любовь Свою, и восставали против Тебя у моря, у моря Красного.

8 Но Господь спасал их ради имени Своего, спасал, дабы явлено было могущество Его.

9 Повелел морю Красному — и высохло оно, провел Он их чрез глубины водные, как по суше;

10 спас их от рук ненавидящего, от рук врага избавил.

11 И воды покрыли угнетателей их — ни одного из них в живых не осталось.

12 Тогда поверили они словам Его, воспели хвалу Ему.

13 Но быстро забыли они о делах Его и совета от Него ожидать не хотели.

14 Ненасытны были они в желаниях своих в пустыне, терпение Божье испытывали в местах ненаселенных.

15 Дал Он им то, что просили они, однако наслал на них болезнь изнурительную.

16 Когда они в стане своем позавидовали Моисею и Аарону, на служение ГОСПОДУ посвященному,

17 разверзлась тогда земля и поглотила Дафана, сомкнулась она над сборищем Авирона.

18 Запылал огонь в их скопище, в пламени его погибли нечестивые.

19 Они сделали тельца у Хорива, стали поклоняться литому кумиру.

20 Променяли они Бога своего на образ быка, что ест траву.

21 Забыли они Бога, спасавшего их, Того, Кто великое совершил в Египте,

22 чудеса в земле Хама, дела, страх внушающие, у моря Красного.

23 Вознамерился Он истребить народ Свой, и если б Моисей, избранник Его, не заслонил собой народ свой, погубил бы Бог его во гневе Своем.

24 Ни во что поставили они землю желанную и не поверили слову Его.

25 Роптали они в шатрах своих, не внимали гласу ГОСПОДНЮ.

26 Тогда, подняв руку Свою, Он поклялся им, что поразит их в пустыне,

27 разбросает потомков их среди народов, рассеет их по землям.

28 Они же всецело отдались Ваал-Пеору, ели жертвы, богам неживым приносимые.

29 Вызывали они гнев Божий делами своими — и стали тысячами умирать от поражавшей их болезни.

30 Поднялся тогда Финеес и суд свершил — гибель людей прекратилась.

31 В праведность ему это зачтено было, и помнить будут об этом из рода в род, вовеки.

32 Но снова вызвали они гнев Господа у вод Меривы, и пострадал из-за них Моисей.

33 Восстали они против Духа Божия, и слова необдуманные вырвались из уст Моисея.

34 Не истребили они те народы, которые ГОСПОДЬ велел им истребить,

35 а смешались с язычниками и обычаи их переняли.

36 Их идолам поклонялись они, и стали те сетью для них.

37 Сыновей и дочерей своих демонам в жертву они приносили,

38 невинных кровь проливали, кровь сыновей и дочерей своих, что приносили в жертву идолам Ханаана, — и кровопролитием земля осквернилась.

39 Себя запятнали они делами своими, погрязли они в распутстве.

40 Гнев ГОСПОДЕНЬ тогда воспылал на народ Его, и к наследию Своему стал Он испытывать отвращение.

41 Отдал Он их в руки язычников, господствовали над ними ненавидящие их,

42 враги их притесняли, власти своей подчинив.

43 Много раз спасал их Господь, а они в своих намерениях продолжали упорствовать, во грехах своих утопали.

44 Но Он, слыша вопли их, смотрел на их бедствие с состраданием.

45 И, помня о Своем Завете, Своем Союзе с ними, в любви Своей неизменной жалел их.

1 O GIVE thanks to the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people.	1 Аллилуйя! Благодарите ГОСПОДА, ибо Он благ, ибо вечна любовь Его неизменная!
2 Sing to him, sing psalms to him, talk of all his wondrous works.	2 Кто может описать великие дела ГОСПОДНИ и возвестит о всей славе Его?
3 Glory in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.	3 Благо тем, кто, помня об этом, справедливости предан, кто праведно поступает во всякое время.
4 Seek the LORD, and be strong, seek his face evermore.	4 И обо мне, ГОСПОДИ, вспомни в любви Своей к народу Своему, его спасая, и на меня свой взор обрати,
5 Remember his marvellous works that he has done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,	5 дабы и я мог видеть благополучие избранных Твоих, разделить радость с народом Твоим и вместе с наследием Твоим счастьем своим хвалиться.
6 O you descendants of Abraham his servant, you children of Jacob his chosen.	6 Грешили и мы, и отцы наши, творили беззаконие, поступали нечестиво.
7 He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.	7 Дел Твоих дивных в Египте не уразумели отцы наши, не хранили они память о том, как много раз являл Ты им любовь Свою, и восставали против Тебя у моря, у моря Красного.

9 For he made his covenant with Abraham, and his oaths to Isaac;	9 Повелел морю Красному — и высохло оно, провел Он их чрез глубины водные, как по суше;
10 And confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,	10 спас их от рук ненавидящего, от рук врага избавил.
11 Saying, To you will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance,	11 И воды покрыли угнетателей их — ни одного из них в живых не осталось.
12 When they were but a few men in number, yea, very few, and strangers in it.	12 Тогда поверили они словам Его, воспели хвалу Ему.
13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;	13 Но быстро забыли они о делах Его и совета от Него ожидать не хотели.
14 He suffered no man to do them wrong; yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,	14 Ненасытны были они в желаниях своих в пустыне, терпение Божье испытывали в местах ненаселенных.
15 That they might touch not his anointed, and do his prophets no harm.	15 Дал Он им то, что просили они, однако наслал на них болезнь изнурительную.

17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant,	17 разверзлась тогда земля и поглотила Дафана, сомкнулась она над сборищем Авирона.
18 Whose feet they bound with fetters; he was laid in iron	18 Запылал огонь в их скопище, в пламени его погибли нечестивые.
19 Until the time that his word came; the word of the LORD tried him.	19 Они сделали тельца у Хорива, стали поклоняться литому кумиру.
20 The king sent and released him, and made him a ruler over his people.	20 Променяли они Бога своего на образ быка, что ест траву.
21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler over all his possessions,	21 Забыли они Бога, спасавшего их, Того, Кто великое совершил в Египте,
22 To discipline the governors at his pleasure and to teach the elders wisdom.	22 чудеса в земле Хама, дела, страх внушающие, у моря Красного.
23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.	23 Вознамерился Он истребить народ Свой, и если б Моисей, избранник Его, не заслонил собой народ свой, погубил бы Бог его во гневе Своем.
24 And he increased his people greatly, and made them stronger than their enemies.	24 Ни во что поставили они землю желанную и не поверили слову Его.
25 He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal subtly with his servants.	25 Роптали они в шатрах своих, не внимали гласу ГОСПОДНЮ.
26 He sent Moses his servant, and Aaron whom he had chosen.	26 Тогда, подняв руку Свою, Он поклялся им, что поразит их в пустыне,
27 They showed his signs among them and wonders in the land of Ham.	27 разбросает потомков их среди народов, рассеет их по землям.
28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and yet they rebelled against his word.	28 Они же всецело отдались Ваал-Пеору, ели жертвы, богам неживым приносимые.
29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.	29 Вызывали они гнев Божий делами своими — и стали тысячами умирать от поражавшей их болезни.

37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold; and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.	37 Сыновей и дочерей своих демонам в жертву они приносили,
38 Egypt was glad when they departed; for the fear of them fell upon them.	38 невинных кровь проливали, кровь сыновей и дочерей своих, что приносили в жертву идолам Ханаана, — и кровопролитием земля осквернилась.
39 He spread a cloud to shade them, and fire to give light in the night.	39 Себя запятнали они делами своими, погрязли они в распутстве.
40 The people asked, and he brought quails and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.	40 Гнев ГОСПОДЕНЬ тогда воспылал на народ Его, и к наследию Своему стал Он испытывать отвращение.
41 He opened the rock and the waters gushed out; and water flowed in the dry land.	41 Отдал Он их в руки язычников, господствовали над ними ненавидящие их,
42 For he remembered his holy promise which he had given to Abraham his servant.	42 враги их притесняли, власти своей подчинив.
43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his young men with gladness,	43 Много раз спасал их Господь, а они в своих намерениях продолжали упорствовать, во грехах своих утопали.
44 And gave them the lands of the Gentiles; and they inherited the labor of the people.	44 Но Он, слыша вопли их, смотрел на их бедствие с состраданием.
45 That they might observe his statutes and keep his laws. Praise the LORD.	45 И, помня о Своем Завете, Своем Союзе с ними, в любви Своей неизменной жалел их.
