Chapter 5

1 And I saw1492 in the right1188 hand of him that sat2521 on1909 the throne2362 a book975 written1125 within2081 and on1909 the backside,3693 sealed2696 with seven2033 seals.4973

2 And I saw1492 a strong2478 angel32 proclaiming2784 with a loud3173 voice,5456 Who5101 is worthy514 to open455 the book,975 and to loose3089 the seals4973 thereof?846

3 And no3762 man3762 in heaven,3772 nor3761 in earth,1093 neither3761 under5270 the earth,1093 was able1410 to open455 the book,975 neither3761 to look991 thereon.846

4 And I wept2799 much,4183 because3754 no3762 man3762 was found2147 worthy514 to open455 and to read314 the book,975 neither3777 to look991 thereon.846

5 And one1520 of the elders4245 said3004 to me, Weep2799 not: behold,2400 the Lion3023 of the tribe5443 of Juda,2455 the Root4491 of David,1138 has prevailed3528 to open455 the book,975 and to loose3089 the seven2033 seals4973 thereof.846

6 And I beheld,1492 and, see,2400 in the middle3319 of the throne2362 and of the four5064 beasts,2226 and in the middle3319 of the elders,4245 stood2476 a Lamb721 as it had been slain,4969 having2192 seven2033 horns2768 and seven2033 eyes,3788 which3739 are the seven2033 Spirits4151 of God2316 sent649 forth649 into1519 all3956 the earth.1093

7 And he came2064 and took4327 the book975 out of the right1188 hand of him that sat2521 on the throne.2362

8 And when3753 he had taken2983 the book,975 the four5064 beasts2226 and four5064 and twenty1501 elders4245 fell4098 down before1799 the Lamb,721 having2192 every1538 one of them harps,2788 and golden5552 vials5357 full1073 of odors,2368 which3739 are the prayers4335 of saints.40

9 And they sung103 a new2537 song,5603 saying,3004 You are1488 worthy514 to take2983 the book,975 and to open455 the seals4973 thereof:846 for you were slain,4969 and have redeemed59 us to God2316 by your blood129 out of every3956 kindred,5443 and tongue,1100 and people,2992 and nation;1484

10 And have made4160 us to our God2316 kings935 and priests:2409 and we shall reign936 on1909 the earth.1093

11 And I beheld,1492 and I heard191 the voice5456 of many4183 angels32 round2943 about2943 the throne2362 and the beasts2226 and the elders:4245 and the number706 of them was ten3461 thousand3461 times ten3461 thousand,3461 and thousands5505 of thousands;5505

12 Saying3004 with a loud3173 voice,5456 Worthy514 is the Lamb721 that was slain4969 to receive2983 power,1411 and riches,4149 and wisdom,4678 and strength,2479 and honor,5092 and glory,1391 and blessing.2129

13 And every3956 creature2938 which3739 is in heaven,3772 and on1722 the earth,1093 and under5270 the earth,1093 and such as are in the sea,2281 and all3956 that are in them, heard191 I saying,3004 Blessing,2129 and honor,5092 and glory,1391 and power,2904 be to him that sits2521 on the throne,2362 and to the Lamb721 for ever165 and ever.165

14 And the four5064 beasts2226 said,3004 Amen.281 And the four5064 and twenty1501 elders4245 fell4098 down and worshipped4352 him that lives2198 for ever165 and ever.165

1 И тогда я увидел в правой руке Сидящего на престоле свиток, покрытый письменами с обеих сторон и запечатанный семью печатями.

2 Я также увидел могучего Ангела, возглашающего громким голосом: «Кто достоин сломать печати и развернуть свиток?»

3 Но не было никого ни на небе, ни на земле, ни под землёй, кто мог бы развернуть свиток и заглянуть в него.

4 Я горько зарыдал, так как не нашлось никого достойного развернуть свиток и заглянуть в него.

5 Тогда один из старцев сказал мне: «Не плачь! Послушай, Лев из рода Иуды, из колена Давида, победил, Он сможет сломать семь печатей и развернуть свиток».

6 Затем я увидел, что посреди престола с четырьмя живыми созданиями и посреди старцев стоит Агнец, и вид у Него был такой, словно Его заклали. У Него было семь рогов и семь глаз — духов Божьих, посланных во все земли.

7 Агнец подошёл и взял свиток из правой руки у Сидящего на престоле.

8 Когда Он взял свиток, четыре живых создания и двадцать четыре старца пали ниц перед Агнцем. У каждого из них была арфа, и они держали золотые чаши, полные благовоний — молитв людей Божьих.

9 И запели они новую песнь: «Ты достоин взять свиток и сломать печати, потому что Ты был принесён в жертву и жертвенной кровью Своею выкупил людей для Бога из каждого племени, языка, расы и народа.

10 Ты создал из них царство и сделал их священниками нашего Бога, и будут они царствовать над землёй».

11 Тогда я посмотрел и услышал голоса множества Ангелов, окружавших престол, четырёх живых созданий и старцев. Их число было тысячи и тысячи — десять тысяч раз по десять тысяч.

12 И они говорили громкими голосами: «Агнец, Которого заклали, достоин получить могущество, богатство, мудрость и силу, честь, Славу и хвалу!»

13 И тогда я услышал всех существ земных, небесных, подземных и морских — всех созданий вселенной. Они говорили: «Сидящему на престоле и Агнцу — хвала, и честь, и слава, и власть во веки веков».

14 И четверо животных ответили: «Аминь!» Тогда старцы пали ниц и поклонились.

7 Агнец подошёл и взял свиток из правой руки у Сидящего на престоле.

9 And they sung103 a new2537 song,5603 saying,3004 You are1488 worthy514 to take2983 the book,975 and to open455 the seals4973 thereof:846 for you were slain,4969 and have redeemed59 us to God2316 by your blood129 out of every3956 kindred,5443 and tongue,1100 and people,2992 and nation;1484

9 И запели они новую песнь: «Ты достоин взять свиток и сломать печати, потому что Ты был принесён в жертву и жертвенной кровью Своею выкупил людей для Бога из каждого племени, языка, расы и народа.

10 And have made4160 us to our God2316 kings935 and priests:2409 and we shall reign936 on1909 the earth.1093

10 Ты создал из них царство и сделал их священниками нашего Бога, и будут они царствовать над землёй».

11 And I beheld,1492 and I heard191 the voice5456 of many4183 angels32 round2943 about2943 the throne2362 and the beasts2226 and the elders:4245 and the number706 of them was ten3461 thousand3461 times ten3461 thousand,3461 and thousands5505 of thousands;5505

11 Тогда я посмотрел и услышал голоса множества Ангелов, окружавших престол, четырёх живых созданий и старцев. Их число было тысячи и тысячи — десять тысяч раз по десять тысяч.

12 Saying3004 with a loud3173 voice,5456 Worthy514 is the Lamb721 that was slain4969 to receive2983 power,1411 and riches,4149 and wisdom,4678 and strength,2479 and honor,5092 and glory,1391 and blessing.2129

12 И они говорили громкими голосами: «Агнец, Которого заклали, достоин получить могущество, богатство, мудрость и силу, честь, Славу и хвалу!»

13 And every3956 creature2938 which3739 is in heaven,3772 and on1722 the earth,1093 and under5270 the earth,1093 and such as are in the sea,2281 and all3956 that are in them, heard191 I saying,3004 Blessing,2129 and honor,5092 and glory,1391 and power,2904 be to him that sits2521 on the throne,2362 and to the Lamb721 for ever165 and ever.165

13 И тогда я услышал всех существ земных, небесных, подземных и морских — всех созданий вселенной. Они говорили: «Сидящему на престоле и Агнцу — хвала, и честь, и слава, и власть во веки веков».

14 And the four5064 beasts2226 said,3004 Amen.281 And the four5064 and twenty1501 elders4245 fell4098 down and worshipped4352 him that lives2198 for ever165 and ever.165
