Chapter 21

1 And I saw1492 a new2537 heaven3772 and a new2537 earth:1093 for the first4413 heaven3772 and the first4413 earth1093 were passed3928 away; and there was no3756 more2089 sea.2281

2 And I John2491 saw1492 the holy40 city,4172 new2537 Jerusalem,2419 coming2597 down2597 from God2316 out of heaven,3772 prepared2090 as a bride3565 adorned2885 for her husband.435

3 And I heard191 a great3173 voice5456 out of heaven3772 saying,3004 Behold,2400 the tabernacle4633 of God2316 is with men,444 and he will dwell4637 with them, and they shall be his people,2992 and God2316 himself846 shall be with them, and be their God.2316

4 And God2316 shall wipe1813 away1813 all3956 tears1144 from their eyes;3788 and there shall be no3756 more2089 death,2288 neither3777 sorrow,3997 nor3777 crying,2906 neither shall there be any2089 more2089 pain:4192 for the former4413 things are passed565 away.565

5 And he that sat2521 on the throne2362 said,2036 Behold,2400 I make4160 all3956 things new.2537 And he said3004 to me, Write:1125 for these3778 words3056 are true228 and faithful.4103

6 And he said2036 to me, It is done.1096 I am1510 Alpha1 and Omega,5598 the beginning746 and the end.5056 I will give1325 to him that is thirsty1372 of the fountain4077 of the water5204 of life2222 freely.1432

7 He that overcomes3528 shall inherit2816 all3956 things; and I will be his God,2316 and he shall be my son.5207

8 But the fearful,1169 and unbelieving,571 and the abominable,948 and murderers,5406 and fornicators,4205 and sorcerers,5332 and idolaters,1496 and all3956 liars,5571 shall have their part3313 in the lake3041 which3739 burns2545 with fire4442 and brimstone:2303 which3739 is the second1208 death.2288

9 And there came2064 to me one1520 of the seven2033 angels32 which3588 had2192 the seven2033 vials5357 full1073 of the seven2033 last2078 plagues,4127 and talked2980 with me, saying,3004 Come1204 here,1204 I will show1166 you the bride,3565 the Lamb's721 wife.1135

10 And he carried667 me away667 in the spirit4151 to a great3173 and high5308 mountain,3735 and showed1166 me that great3173 city,4172 the holy40 Jerusalem,2419 descending2597 out of heaven3772 from God,2316

11 Having2192 the glory1391 of God:2316 and her light5458 was like3664 to a stone3037 most precious,5093 even5613 like5613 a jasper2393 stone,3037 clear2929 as crystal;2929

12 And had2192 a wall5038 great3173 and high,5308 and had2192 twelve1427 gates,4440 and at1909 the gates4440 twelve1427 angels,32 and names3686 written1924 thereon,1924 which3739 are the names of the twelve1427 tribes5443 of the children5207 of Israel:2474

13 On575 the east395 three5140 gates;4440 on575 the north1005 three5140 gates;4440 on575 the south3558 three5140 gates;4440 and on575 the west1424 three5140 gates.4440

14 And the wall5038 of the city4172 had2192 twelve1427 foundations,2310 and in them the names3686 of the twelve1427 apostles652 of the Lamb.721

15 And he that talked2980 with me had2192 a golden5552 reed2563 to measure3354 the city,4172 and the gates4440 thereof,846 and the wall5038 thereof.846

16 And the city4172 lies2749 foursquare,5068 and the length3372 is as large5118 as the breadth:4114 and he measured3354 the city4172 with the reed,2563 twelve1427 thousand5505 furlongs.4712 The length3372 and the breadth4114 and the height5311 of it are equal.2470

17 And he measured3354 the wall5038 thereof,846 an hundred1540 and forty5062 and four5064 cubits,4083 according to the measure3358 of a man,444 that is, of the angel.32

18 And the building1739 of the wall5038 of it was of jasper:2393 and the city4172 was pure2513 gold,5553 like3664 to clear2513 glass.5194

19 And the foundations2310 of the wall5038 of the city4172 were garnished2885 with all3956 manner of precious5093 stones.3037 The first4413 foundation2310 was jasper;2393 the second,1208 sapphire;4552 the third,5154 a chalcedony;5472 the fourth,5067 an emerald;4665

20 The fifth,3991 sardonyx;4557 the sixth,1623 sardius;4556 the seventh,1442 chrysolyte;5555 the eighth,3590 beryl;969 the ninth,1766 a topaz;5116 the tenth,1182 a chrysoprasus;5556 the eleventh,1734 a jacinth;5192 the twelfth,1428 an amethyst.271

21 And the twelve1427 gates4440 were twelve1427 pearls:3135 every1538 several303 1520 gate3588 4440 was of one1520 pearl:3135 and the street4113 of the city4172 was pure2513 gold,5553 as it were transparent1307 glass.5194

22 And I saw1492 no3756 temple3485 therein:1722 846for the Lord2962 God2316 Almighty3841 and the Lamb721 are the temple3485 of it.

23 And the city4172 had2192 no3756 need5532 of the sun,2246 neither3761 of the moon,4582 to shine5316 in it: for the glory1391 of God2316 did lighten5461 it, and the Lamb721 is the light3088 thereof.846

24 And the nations1484 of them which are saved4982 shall walk4043 in the light5457 of it: and the kings935 of the earth1093 do bring5342 their glory1391 and honor5092 into1519 it.

25 And the gates4440 of it shall not be shut2808 at all3364 by day:2250 for there shall be no3756 night3571 there.1563

26 And they shall bring5342 the glory1391 and honor5092 of the nations1484 into1519 it.

27 And there shall in no3364 wise enter1525 into1519 it any3956 thing that defiles,2840 neither whatever works4160 abomination,946 or2532 makes a lie:5579 but they which are written1125 in the Lamb's721 book975 of life.2222

1 И увидел я новое небо и новую землю (ведь прежнего неба и земли не стало уже и моря тоже).

2 Увидел я, Иоанн, город святой, новый Иерусалим. Он с неба спускался, от Бога. Был убран город, как невеста, украшенная для жениха своего.

3 Послышался от престола громкий голос: «Вот обитель Бога — среди людей. Здесь будет жить Он вместе с ними. И будут они народом Его, а Он будет с ними [их Богом].

4 Отрет Он все горькие слезы с очей их: не будет уже смерти, ни скорби не будет больше, ни крика, ни боли, [ибо] всё прежнее ушло».

5 Сказал тогда Сидящий на престоле: «Смотри, творю Я всё новое!», а мне говорит: «Запиши, ибо верны, истинны эти слова!

6 Свершилось!» И еще Он добавил: «Я — Альфа и Омега, Начало и Конец. Жаждущим дам Я воду из источника жизни, дам им как дар.

7 Всё это наследует победитель, и буду Я ему Богом, а он Мне — сыном.

8 Удел же малодушных и неверных, всех осквернившихся, убийц, блудников, чародеев, идолослужителей и лжецов всех — озеро огненное с горящей серой, смерть вторая».

9 И пришел один из семи ангелов, у которых было семь чаш с семью последними бедствиями. Он сказал мне: «Иди сюда, я покажу тебе невесту, будущую жену Агнца».

10 Вознес он меня, Духом объятого, на огромную, высокую гору и показал мне святой город Иерусалим, сходящий с неба, от Бога.

11 Сиял этот город славою Божьей, и сияние это было подобно сиянию драгоценного камня, прозрачного, как хрусталь, алмаза.

12 Город окружала большая, высокая стена, и было в ней двенадцать ворот, у которых стояли двенадцать ангелов, и были начертаны на воротах имена, [имена] двенадцати колен сынов Израиля.

13 С востока было трое ворот, с севера — трое, с юга — трое и с запада — тоже трое.

14 Стояла стена города на двенадцати основаниях, и на них — двенадцать имен двенадцати апостолов Агнца.

15 У говорившего со мной ангела была золотая трость, которой собирался он измерить и город, и ворота его, и стены его.

16 Город был квадратным (длина его равнялась ширине). Намерил ангел тростью 120 стадий и в длину, и в ширину, и в высоту.

17 И стену города он измерил: было в ней 144 локтя (меры человеческой, которой и ангелы пользовались).

18 Стена города была из яшмы, а сам он — золото чистое, как стекло прозрачное.

19 Основания городской стены украшены всякими драгоценными камнями: в первом основании — яшма, во втором — сапфир, в третьем — халцедон, в четвертом — изумруд,

20 в пятом — сардоникс, в шестом — сердолик, в седьмом — хризолит, в восьмом — берилл, в девятом — топаз, в десятом — хризопраз, в одиннадцатом — гиацинт и в двенадцатом — аметист.

21 А двенадцать ворот — двенадцать жемчужин: каждые ворота — из одной жемчужины. Улицы города — чистое золото, как стекло прозрачное.

22 А храма в городе я не увидел, ибо храм его — Господь Бог Вседержитель и Агнец.

23 Не нужно этому городу, чтобы солнце и луна светили ему. Слава Божия воссияла над ним, и Агнец — солнце его.

24 В таком вот сиянии будут жить народы, и цари земные принесут сюда славу свою.

25 Ворота города будут открыты весь день, никогда не будут они запираться, ночи ведь там не будет.

26 Принесена будет в этот город слава и честь народов.

27 И не войдет в него ничто нечистое и никто из делающих мерзкое и ложь говорящих, только те, кто записан в Книгу Жизни Агнца, войдут в этот город.

1 And I saw1492 a new2537 heaven3772 and a new2537 earth:1093 for the first4413 heaven3772 and the first4413 earth1093 were passed3928 away; and there was no3756 more2089 sea.2281

1 И увидел я новое небо и новую землю (ведь прежнего неба и земли не стало уже и моря тоже).

2 And I John2491 saw1492 the holy40 city,4172 new2537 Jerusalem,2419 coming2597 down2597 from God2316 out of heaven,3772 prepared2090 as a bride3565 adorned2885 for her husband.435

2 Увидел я, Иоанн, город святой, новый Иерусалим. Он с неба спускался, от Бога. Был убран город, как невеста, украшенная для жениха своего.

3 And I heard191 a great3173 voice5456 out of heaven3772 saying,3004 Behold,2400 the tabernacle4633 of God2316 is with men,444 and he will dwell4637 with them, and they shall be his people,2992 and God2316 himself846 shall be with them, and be their God.2316

3 Послышался от престола громкий голос: «Вот обитель Бога — среди людей. Здесь будет жить Он вместе с ними. И будут они народом Его, а Он будет с ними [их Богом].

4 And God2316 shall wipe1813 away1813 all3956 tears1144 from their eyes;3788 and there shall be no3756 more2089 death,2288 neither3777 sorrow,3997 nor3777 crying,2906 neither shall there be any2089 more2089 pain:4192 for the former4413 things are passed565 away.565

4 Отрет Он все горькие слезы с очей их: не будет уже смерти, ни скорби не будет больше, ни крика, ни боли, [ибо] всё прежнее ушло».

5 And he that sat2521 on the throne2362 said,2036 Behold,2400 I make4160 all3956 things new.2537 And he said3004 to me, Write:1125 for these3778 words3056 are true228 and faithful.4103

5 Сказал тогда Сидящий на престоле: «Смотри, творю Я всё новое!», а мне говорит: «Запиши, ибо верны, истинны эти слова!

6 Свершилось!» И еще Он добавил: «Я — Альфа и Омега, Начало и Конец. Жаждущим дам Я воду из источника жизни, дам им как дар.

7 Всё это наследует победитель, и буду Я ему Богом, а он Мне — сыном.

8 Удел же малодушных и неверных, всех осквернившихся, убийц, блудников, чародеев, идолослужителей и лжецов всех — озеро огненное с горящей серой, смерть вторая».

9 And there came2064 to me one1520 of the seven2033 angels32 which3588 had2192 the seven2033 vials5357 full1073 of the seven2033 last2078 plagues,4127 and talked2980 with me, saying,3004 Come1204 here,1204 I will show1166 you the bride,3565 the Lamb's721 wife.1135

9 И пришел один из семи ангелов, у которых было семь чаш с семью последними бедствиями. Он сказал мне: «Иди сюда, я покажу тебе невесту, будущую жену Агнца».

10 And he carried667 me away667 in the spirit4151 to a great3173 and high5308 mountain,3735 and showed1166 me that great3173 city,4172 the holy40 Jerusalem,2419 descending2597 out of heaven3772 from God,2316

10 Вознес он меня, Духом объятого, на огромную, высокую гору и показал мне святой город Иерусалим, сходящий с неба, от Бога.

11 Having2192 the glory1391 of God:2316 and her light5458 was like3664 to a stone3037 most precious,5093 even5613 like5613 a jasper2393 stone,3037 clear2929 as crystal;2929

11 Сиял этот город славою Божьей, и сияние это было подобно сиянию драгоценного камня, прозрачного, как хрусталь, алмаза.

12 And had2192 a wall5038 great3173 and high,5308 and had2192 twelve1427 gates,4440 and at1909 the gates4440 twelve1427 angels,32 and names3686 written1924 thereon,1924 which3739 are the names of the twelve1427 tribes5443 of the children5207 of Israel:2474

12 Город окружала большая, высокая стена, и было в ней двенадцать ворот, у которых стояли двенадцать ангелов, и были начертаны на воротах имена, [имена] двенадцати колен сынов Израиля.

13 On575 the east395 three5140 gates;4440 on575 the north1005 three5140 gates;4440 on575 the south3558 three5140 gates;4440 and on575 the west1424 three5140 gates.4440

13 С востока было трое ворот, с севера — трое, с юга — трое и с запада — тоже трое.

14 And the wall5038 of the city4172 had2192 twelve1427 foundations,2310 and in them the names3686 of the twelve1427 apostles652 of the Lamb.721

14 Стояла стена города на двенадцати основаниях, и на них — двенадцать имен двенадцати апостолов Агнца.

15 And he that talked2980 with me had2192 a golden5552 reed2563 to measure3354 the city,4172 and the gates4440 thereof,846 and the wall5038 thereof.846

15 У говорившего со мной ангела была золотая трость, которой собирался он измерить и город, и ворота его, и стены его.

16 And the city4172 lies2749 foursquare,5068 and the length3372 is as large5118 as the breadth:4114 and he measured3354 the city4172 with the reed,2563 twelve1427 thousand5505 furlongs.4712 The length3372 and the breadth4114 and the height5311 of it are equal.2470

16 Город был квадратным (длина его равнялась ширине). Намерил ангел тростью 120 стадий и в длину, и в ширину, и в высоту.

20 в пятом — сардоникс, в шестом — сердолик, в седьмом — хризолит, в восьмом — берилл, в девятом — топаз, в десятом — хризопраз, в одиннадцатом — гиацинт и в двенадцатом — аметист.

21 And the twelve1427 gates4440 were twelve1427 pearls:3135 every1538 several303 1520 gate3588 4440 was of one1520 pearl:3135 and the street4113 of the city4172 was pure2513 gold,5553 as it were transparent1307 glass.5194

21 А двенадцать ворот — двенадцать жемчужин: каждые ворота — из одной жемчужины. Улицы города — чистое золото, как стекло прозрачное.

22 And I saw1492 no3756 temple3485 therein:1722 846for the Lord2962 God2316 Almighty3841 and the Lamb721 are the temple3485 of it.

22 А храма в городе я не увидел, ибо храм его — Господь Бог Вседержитель и Агнец.

23 And the city4172 had2192 no3756 need5532 of the sun,2246 neither3761 of the moon,4582 to shine5316 in it: for the glory1391 of God2316 did lighten5461 it, and the Lamb721 is the light3088 thereof.846

23 Не нужно этому городу, чтобы солнце и луна светили ему. Слава Божия воссияла над ним, и Агнец — солнце его.

24 And the nations1484 of them which are saved4982 shall walk4043 in the light5457 of it: and the kings935 of the earth1093 do bring5342 their glory1391 and honor5092 into1519 it.

24 В таком вот сиянии будут жить народы, и цари земные принесут сюда славу свою.

25 And the gates4440 of it shall not be shut2808 at all3364 by day:2250 for there shall be no3756 night3571 there.1563

25 Ворота города будут открыты весь день, никогда не будут они запираться, ночи ведь там не будет.

26 And they shall bring5342 the glory1391 and honor5092 of the nations1484 into1519 it.

26 Принесена будет в этот город слава и честь народов.

27 And there shall in no3364 wise enter1525 into1519 it any3956 thing that defiles,2840 neither whatever works4160 abomination,946 or2532 makes a lie:5579 but they which are written1125 in the Lamb's721 book975 of life.2222

27 И не войдет в него ничто нечистое и никто из делающих мерзкое и ложь говорящих, только те, кто записан в Книгу Жизни Агнца, войдут в этот город.
