Chapter 12

1 And there appeared3700 a great3173 wonder4592 in heaven;3772 a woman1135 clothed4016 with the sun,2246 and the moon4582 under5270 her feet,4228 and on her head2776 a crown4735 of twelve1427 stars:792

2 And she being2192 with child1722 cried,2896 travailing5605 in birth,5605 and pained928 to be delivered.5088

3 And there appeared3700 another243 wonder4592 in heaven;3772 and behold2400 a great3173 red4450 dragon,1404 having2192 seven2033 heads2776 and ten1176 horns,2768 and seven2033 crowns1238 on his heads.2776

4 And his tail3769 drew4951 the third5154 part of the stars792 of heaven,3772 and did cast906 them to the earth:1093 and the dragon1404 stood2476 before1799 the woman1135 which3588 was ready3195 to be delivered,5088 for to devour2719 her child5043 as soon3752 as it was born.5088

5 And she brought5088 forth5088 a man730 child,5207 who3739 was to rule4165 all3956 nations1484 with a rod4464 of iron:4603 and her child5043 was caught726 up to God,2316 and to his throne.2362

6 And the woman1135 fled5343 into1519 the wilderness,2048 where3699 she has2192 a place5117 prepared2090 of God,2316 that they should feed5142 her there1563 a thousand5507 two1417 hundred1250 and three score1835 days.2250

7 And there was war4171 in heaven:3772 Michael3413 and his angels32 fought4170 against2596 the dragon;1404 and the dragon1404 fought4170 and his angels,32

8 And prevailed2480 not; neither3777 was their place5117 found2147 any2089 more2089 in heaven.3772

9 And the great3173 dragon1404 was cast906 out, that old744 serpent,3789 called2564 the Devil,1228 and Satan,4567 which3588 deceives4105 the whole3650 world:3625 he was cast906 out into1519 the earth,1093 and his angels32 were cast906 out with him.

10 And I heard191 a loud3173 voice5456 saying3004 in heaven,3772 Now737 is come1096 salvation,4991 and strength,1411 and the kingdom932 of our God,2316 and the power1849 of his Christ:5547 for the accuser2725 of our brothers80 is cast2598 down,2598 which3588 accused2723 them before1799 our God2316 day2250 and night.3571

11 And they overcame3528 him by the blood129 of the Lamb,721 and by the word3056 of their testimony;3141 and they loved25 not their lives5590 to the death.2288

12 Therefore1223 5124 rejoice,2165 you heavens,3772 and you that dwell4637 in them. Woe3759 to the inhabitants2730 of the earth1093 and of the sea!2281 for the devil1228 is come2597 down2597 to you, having2192 great3173 wrath,2372 because he knows1492 that he has2192 but a short3641 time.2540

13 And when3753 the dragon1404 saw1492 that he was cast906 to the earth,1093 he persecuted1377 the woman1135 which3748 brought5088 forth5088 the man730 child.

14 And to the woman1135 were given1325 two1417 wings4420 of a great3173 eagle,105 that she might fly4072 into1519 the wilderness,2048 into1519 her place,5117 where3699 she is nourished5142 for a time,2540 and times,2540 and half2255 a time,2540 from the face4383 of the serpent.3789

15 And the serpent3789 cast906 out of his mouth4750 water5204 as a flood4215 after3694 the woman,1135 that he might cause4160 her to be carried4216 away of the flood.4216

16 And the earth1093 helped997 the woman,1135 and the earth1093 opened455 her mouth,4750 and swallowed2666 up the flood4215 which3739 the dragon1404 cast906 out of his mouth.4750

17 And the dragon1404 was wroth3710 with the woman,1135 and went565 to make4160 war4171 with the remnant3062 of her seed,4690 which3588 keep5083 the commandments1785 of God,2316 and have2192 the testimony3141 of Jesus2424 Christ.5547

1 И знамение великое явилось на небе: женщина, облаченная в солнце, под ногами у нее луна, а на голове — венец из двенадцати звезд.

2 Под сердцем носила она Ребенка и кричала, страдая и мучаясь, ибо настало ей время родить.

3 Появилось и другое на небе знамение: увидел я громадного огненно-красного дракона с семью головами и десятью рогами, на головах его семь диадем было.

4 Он смёл хвостом своим и сбросил на землю треть звезд небесных и стал после этого перед женщиной, готовой родить, чтобы, когда разрешится она Младенцем, пожрать его.

5 И родила женщина Сына, Младенца, коему предстояло посохом железным пасти все народы. И вознесено было это дитя к Богу, к престолу Его,

6 а женщина скрылась в пустыне, в том месте, что было приготовлено для нее Богом. Там окружена была она заботой тысячу двести шестьдесят дней.

7 На небе же произошла война: архангел Михаил и ангелы его теснили дракона, а он со своими ангелами яростно сопротивлялся.

8 Но не устоял дракон с ангелами своими и не осталось для них более места на небе.

9 Повержен был великий дракон, древний змей, называемый «дьяволом» и «сатаной», обманывавший всю вселенную. Повержен он был и сброшен на землю вместе с ангелами своими.

10 Тогда услышал я громкий голос с неба. Он возвестил: «Вот и одержана Богом нашим победа, явлено могущество Царства Его, и утверждена власть Его Помазанника, ибо низвержен обвинитель братьев наших, тот, кто день и ночь обвинял их перед Богом нашим.

11 Они победили его кровью Агнца и словом свидетельства своего, даже жизнью своей готовы были поступиться они, не страшась и смерти самой.

12 Ликуйте же, небеса и все на них живущие! Но горе тебе, земля, и тебе, море, потому что сошел к вам дьявол, в великой ярости сошел он, ибо знает, что мало уже осталось у него времени».

13 Когда понял дракон, что прикован теперь к земле, стал преследовать он жену, родившую Младенца.

14 Но даны ей были два могучих орлиных крыла, чтобы могла она улететь в пустыню, в приготовленное для нее место. Там заботились о ней, сокрыв от змея, в течение времени, двух времен и еще половины времени.

15 Изверг змей из пасти поток воды, целую реку послал вслед за женой, чтобы унесло ее течением.

16 Но жене земля помогла: открыла она уста свои и поглотила реку, которую послал дракон из пасти своей.

17 Разъярился дракон на жену ту и отправился воевать против потомков ее, оставшихся верными Богу, против тех, кто заповеди Божьи соблюдает и хранит свидетельство Иисуса.

1 И знамение великое явилось на небе: женщина, облаченная в солнце, под ногами у нее луна, а на голове — венец из двенадцати звезд.

2 Под сердцем носила она Ребенка и кричала, страдая и мучаясь, ибо настало ей время родить.

3 And there appeared3700 another243 wonder4592 in heaven;3772 and behold2400 a great3173 red4450 dragon,1404 having2192 seven2033 heads2776 and ten1176 horns,2768 and seven2033 crowns1238 on his heads.2776

3 Появилось и другое на небе знамение: увидел я громадного огненно-красного дракона с семью головами и десятью рогами, на головах его семь диадем было.

4 And his tail3769 drew4951 the third5154 part of the stars792 of heaven,3772 and did cast906 them to the earth:1093 and the dragon1404 stood2476 before1799 the woman1135 which3588 was ready3195 to be delivered,5088 for to devour2719 her child5043 as soon3752 as it was born.5088

4 Он смёл хвостом своим и сбросил на землю треть звезд небесных и стал после этого перед женщиной, готовой родить, чтобы, когда разрешится она Младенцем, пожрать его.

5 И родила женщина Сына, Младенца, коему предстояло посохом железным пасти все народы. И вознесено было это дитя к Богу, к престолу Его,

6 а женщина скрылась в пустыне, в том месте, что было приготовлено для нее Богом. Там окружена была она заботой тысячу двести шестьдесят дней.

7 На небе же произошла война: архангел Михаил и ангелы его теснили дракона, а он со своими ангелами яростно сопротивлялся.

8 Но не устоял дракон с ангелами своими и не осталось для них более места на небе.

9 Повержен был великий дракон, древний змей, называемый «дьяволом» и «сатаной», обманывавший всю вселенную. Повержен он был и сброшен на землю вместе с ангелами своими.

10 Тогда услышал я громкий голос с неба. Он возвестил: «Вот и одержана Богом нашим победа, явлено могущество Царства Его, и утверждена власть Его Помазанника, ибо низвержен обвинитель братьев наших, тот, кто день и ночь обвинял их перед Богом нашим.

11 Они победили его кровью Агнца и словом свидетельства своего, даже жизнью своей готовы были поступиться они, не страшась и смерти самой.

12 Ликуйте же, небеса и все на них живущие! Но горе тебе, земля, и тебе, море, потому что сошел к вам дьявол, в великой ярости сошел он, ибо знает, что мало уже осталось у него времени».

13 And when3753 the dragon1404 saw1492 that he was cast906 to the earth,1093 he persecuted1377 the woman1135 which3748 brought5088 forth5088 the man730 child.

13 Когда понял дракон, что прикован теперь к земле, стал преследовать он жену, родившую Младенца.

14 And to the woman1135 were given1325 two1417 wings4420 of a great3173 eagle,105 that she might fly4072 into1519 the wilderness,2048 into1519 her place,5117 where3699 she is nourished5142 for a time,2540 and times,2540 and half2255 a time,2540 from the face4383 of the serpent.3789

14 Но даны ей были два могучих орлиных крыла, чтобы могла она улететь в пустыню, в приготовленное для нее место. Там заботились о ней, сокрыв от змея, в течение времени, двух времен и еще половины времени.

15 Изверг змей из пасти поток воды, целую реку послал вслед за женой, чтобы унесло ее течением.

16 And the earth1093 helped997 the woman,1135 and the earth1093 opened455 her mouth,4750 and swallowed2666 up the flood4215 which3739 the dragon1404 cast906 out of his mouth.4750

16 Но жене земля помогла: открыла она уста свои и поглотила реку, которую послал дракон из пасти своей.

17 Разъярился дракон на жену ту и отправился воевать против потомков ее, оставшихся верными Богу, против тех, кто заповеди Божьи соблюдает и хранит свидетельство Иисуса.
