Книга пророка Исаии

Глава 10

1 Горе тем, которые установляют неправедные уставы, и подписывая пишут несправедливость тяжкую,

2 Чтобы устранить бедных от правосудия, и похитить права у народа Моего малосильного, чтобы вдовы были добычею их, и чтоб сирот ограбить.

3 И что вы станете делать в день посещения и бури, издалека грядущей? К кому прибегнете за помощью? И где оставите славу свою?

4 Если кто не преклонит выи как узник, то падет убитый. При всем этом не укротится гнев Его, и рука Его еще простерта. -

5 О! Ассур, жезл гнева Моего! и бич в руке его есть Мое негодование!

6 Я послал его против народа неверного, и указал ему идти на народ гнева Моего, чтобы взять добычу, и произвесть расхищение, и чтоб отдать его на попрание, как грязь на улицах.

7 Но он не так мыслит и не так думает сердце его; ибо губит и не мало народа истребить на уме у него.

8 Ибо он говорит: цари везде не князья ли мои?

9 Кално не то же ли что Кархамис? Емаф не то же ли, что Арпад? Самария не то же ли, что Дамаск?

10 Если рука моя овладела царствами идольскими, в которых кумиров более, нежели в Иерусалиме и Самарии;

11 То ужели не могу поступить с Иерусалимом, и кумирами его также, как поступил с Самариею и идолами ее? -

12 И будет, когда Господь кончит все Свое дело на горе Сионе и в Иерусалиме, воззрю на плоды величавого сердца царя Ассирийского, и на красоту высокомерных очей его.

13 Ибо он говорит: я это сделал силою своей руки и мудростью своею: ибо умен я, и переставляю пределы народов, и расхищаю сокровища их; и сидящих на престоле низвергаю, как исполин.

14 И рука моя захватила богатство народов, как гнездо птицы; и как собирают яйца оставленные, так я обобрал землю всю, и никто не пошевелил крылом, и не разинул рта, и не пискнул.

15 Величается ли секира пред секущим ее? Пила гордится ли пред тем, кто ее двигает? Как будто жезл движет того, кто поднимает его; как будто палка поднимает того, который не дерево!

16 За то Господь, Господь воинств пошлет чахлость на тучных его, и разгорится жар под знаменитостью его, как горит на пожаре.

17 И свет Израилев будет огнем, и Святый его пламенем, и сожжет, и пожрет терны его, и волчцы его в день один.

18 И славную дубраву его, и Кармил его, от души до тела, погубит; и он будет, как чахлый, изнемогающий.

19 И будет остаток дерев дубравы его малочислен, и дитя возможет сделать им опись. -

20 И будет в оный день оставшиеся у Израиля и спасенные дому Иакова, не будут уже опираться на того, кто разит их; но возложат упование на Иегову, Святого Израилева, в истине.

21 Остаток обратится, остаток Иакова к Богу сильному.

22 Ибо, хотя бы народу у тебя, Израиль, было столько, сколько песку у моря, остаток у него обратится. Совершение предопределенного изобилующая правда.

23 Ибо конец и решение сделает Господь Иегова воинств во всей земле.

24 Посему так говорит Господь Иегова воинств: народ Мой, живущий на Сионе! не бойся Ассура. Он поражает тебя жезлом, и трость свою поднимает на тебя, как Египет.

25 Ибо еще немного, очень немного, и пройдет Мое негодование, и гнев Мой обратится на истребление их.

26 И поднимет Иегова воинств бич на него, как во время поражения Мадиама у скалы Орива, или как был простерт на море жезл его, и поднимет его, как на Египтян. -

27 И будет в оный день, снимется с рамен твоих бремя его; и распадется ярмо от елея.

28 Он идет на Аиаф; проходит чрез Мигрон; в Михмасе складывает вещи свои.

29 Проходят теснины; в Геве роздых ночлега их; Рама трясется; Гивея Саулова разбежалась.

30 Вой голосом твоим, дщерь Галлима, чтобы Лаис услышал. Бедный Анафоф!

31 Разбежалась Мадмена, жители Гевима рассеялись.

32 Еще день простоять в Нове. Грозит рукою своею горе Сиону, холму Иерусалимскому.

33 Се, Господь Иегова воинств страшною силою сорвет красивые ветви дерев, и величающиеся ростом будут срублены, высокие положены на землю.

34 И посечет чашу дубравы железом; и Ливан оный падет от Многомощного.

Chapter 10

1 WOE to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and who write unjust decrees;

2 To turn aside the needy from justice and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that they may plunder the widows and that they may rob the fatherless!

3 And what will you do on the day of recompense and in the storm which shall come from afar? To whom will you flee for help? And where will you leave your glory?

4 Without me you shall bow down under the prisoners, and you shall fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

5 Ho, Assyrian! the rod of my anger, and the staff in their hand is my indignation.

6 I will send him against a hypocritical nation, and against a wrathful people will I give him a charge, to take captives and to take spoil and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.

7 But he does not look so, neither does his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and annihilate nations not a few.

8 For he says, Are not my princes altogether kings?

9 Is not Calno like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad? Is not Samaria like Damascus?

10 As my hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose graven images did excel those of Jerusalem and of Samaria;

11 And as I have done to Samaria and her idols, so will I do to Jerusalem and her idols.

12 Therefore it shall come to pass, that when the LORD has performed his whole work on mount Zion, and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the proud heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his pride.

13 For he has said, By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I am prudent, and I have removed the boundaries of the nations, and I have plundered their wealth, and subjugated the inhabited cities;

14 And my hand has found like a nest the riches of the peoples; and as one gathers eggs that have been forsaken, I have gathered all the earth; and there was none that moved a wing or opened the mouth or chirped.

15 Shall the ax boast itself over him who hews with it? Or shall the saw magnify itself over him who saws with it? Or shall a rod exalt itself over him who lifts it up?

16 Therefore shall the LORD God of hosts send destruction upon his rich ones; and instead of his glory he shall kindle a burning like the burning of a fire.

17 And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame; and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;

18 And it shall consume the glory of his forest and of his fruitful fields, both soul and body shall perish; and they shall be as if they never had been.

19 And the rest of the trees of his forest shall be so few that a child may write them down.

20 And it shall come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those who are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again trust upon him that smote them; but they shall trust in the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.

21 The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.

22 For though your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return; their number decreased, cut off, but flooded with righteousness.

23 For the LORD God of hosts shall bring destruction and make decrees throughout all the earth.

24 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts: O my people that dwell in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian, who shall smite you with his rod, and shall lift up his staff against you after the manner of Egypt.

25 For yet a very little while, and my indignation shall be accomplished, and my anger because of their destruction.

26 And the LORD of hosts shall stir up a scourge against them according to the slaughter of Midian at mount Horeb; and as his staff was upon the sea, so shall he lift it up after the manner of Egypt.

27 And it shall come to pass in that day that his burden shall be taken away from off your shoulder and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed from your neck because of your strength.

28 He has come to Anath, he has passed Megiddo; at Michmash he has laid up his supplies;

29 They have gone over the passage of Gibeah to Beth-bethan; Ramath is afraid; Gibeah of Saul has fled.

30 Lift up your voice, O daughter of Gallim; give ear, O Laish; answer me, O Anathoth.

31 Marmanah has been removed; the inhabitants of Gobin are resisting.

32 As yet he shall remain at Nob that day; he shall shake his hand against the mount of the daughter of Zion and against the hill of Jerusalem.

33 Behold, the LORD God of hosts shall overthrow the glorious ones with might; and the high ones of stature shall be humbled, and the haughty shall be brought down.

34 And he shall cut down the thickets of the forest with iron, and Lebanon with its glory shall fall.

12 И будет, когда Господь кончит все Свое дело на горе Сионе и в Иерусалиме, воззрю на плоды величавого сердца царя Ассирийского, и на красоту высокомерных очей его.	12 Therefore it shall come to pass, that when the LORD has performed his whole work on mount Zion, and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the proud heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his pride.

20 И будет в оный день оставшиеся у Израиля и спасенные дому Иакова, не будут уже опираться на того, кто разит их; но возложат упование на Иегову, Святого Израилева, в истине.	20 And it shall come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those who are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again trust upon him that smote them; but they shall trust in the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
21 Остаток обратится, остаток Иакова к Богу сильному.	21 The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.
22 Ибо, хотя бы народу у тебя, Израиль, было столько, сколько песку у моря, остаток у него обратится. Совершение предопределенного изобилующая правда.	22 For though your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return; their number decreased, cut off, but flooded with righteousness.
