Psalm 82

1 GOD stands in the congregation of angels; he judges among the angels.

2 How long will you judge unjustly, and be partial to the wicked?

3 Defend the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy.

4 Deliver the poor and needy out of the hand of the wicked.

5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

6 I have said, You are gods; all of you are children of the most High.

7 Henceforth you shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

2 Боже, не отворачивайся от меня и не молчи, откликнись на мои молитвы.

3 Взгляни, приближаются ненавистники Твои, недруги Твои напасть готовы.

4 Против народа Твоего и против тех, кого любишь Ты, хитрый заговор замыслили враги.

5 Они сказали: «Уничтожим тот народ, чтоб об Израиле никто не помнил».

6 Они собрались вместе и союз составили против Тебя.

7 Вот кто собрался против нас войной: Едом, измаильтяне и Моав, и агарян потомки, Гевал, Аммон и Амалик, филистимляне с жителями Тира.
