Psalm 112

1 PRAISE the LORD. Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who is vigilant in his commandments.

2 His descendants shall be mighty upon earth; he shall be blessed in the generation of the upright.

3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house; and his righteousness endures for ever.

4 To the upright there shines a light in the darkness; he is gracious and full of compassion upon the righteous.

5 Blessed is the man who shows mercy and lends; he shall proclaim his words with judgment.

6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever; the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

8 His heart is strengthened; he shall not be afraid, until he sees his desire upon his enemies.

9 He has given generously, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures for ever and ever; his horn shall be exalted with honor.

10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash his teeth and be confounded; the desire of the wicked shall perish.

1 Аллилуйя! [1] Воздайте хвалу Господу, слуги Господни, воздайте хвалу имени Господа!

2 Да будет прославлено имя Господне отныне и вовеки!

3 От востока и до запада да будет прославлено имя Господне!

4 Господь превознесен над всеми народами, и слава Его выше небес.

5 Кто подобен Господу, нашему Богу, восседающему на троне в вышине?

6 Он склоняется, чтобы взирать на происходящее на небе и на земле.

7 Он поднимает бедного из праха и возвышает нищего из грязи,

8 чтобы посадить их с вождями, с вождями их народа.

9 Бесплодную женщину вселяет в дом счастливой матерью. Аллилуйя!

1 Аллилуйя! [1] Воздайте хвалу Господу, слуги Господни, воздайте хвалу имени Господа!
