Psalm 103

1 BLESS the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,

3 Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases.

4 Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 The LORD executes righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the children of Israel.

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy.

9 He will not always chide; neither will he retain his anger for ever.

10 He has not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that revere him.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

13 As a father pities his children, so the LORD pities those who worship him.

14 For he knows whereof we are made; he remembers that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes.

16 For when the wind passes over it, it is gone; and the place thereof is known no more.

17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that reverence him, and his righteousness to children's children,

18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 The LORD has prepared his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.

20 Bless the LORD, O you his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening to the voice of his word.

21 Bless you the LORD, all you his hosts; you ministers of his that do his pleasure.

22 Bless the LORD, all his works, in all places of his dominion; bless the LORD, O my soul.

Песнь 103

1 Прославь, душа моя, Вечного!
Вечный, мой Бог, Ты необычайно велик! Ты облачён в славу и величие;

2 Ты покрываешь Себя светом, как одеждою.Небеса простираешь, как занавес,

3 и устанавливаешь над водами Свои небесные чертоги.Облака делаешь Своей колесницей, ходишь на крыльях ветра.

4 Ты делаешь из ветров Своих посланников, . из пылающего огня – Своих слуг.

5 Землю Ты утвердил на её основании, чтобы никогда не пошатнулась.

6 Бездною, как одеянием, покрыл её; воды стояли даже выше гор.

7 Но отступили воды от окрика Твоего, при звуке Твоего грома они поспешили прочь.

8 На горы поднялись, а после спустились в долины, в место, которое Ты назначил для них.

9 Ты поставил им предел, который не смогут перейти, и землю вновь не покроют.

10 Ты посылаешь реки в долины, они текут между горами.

11 Они поят всех полевых зверей; дикие ослы утоляют там свою жажду.

12 У воды гнездятся небесные птицы, из ветвей подают свой голос.

13 Ты поишь холмы из Своих небесных чертогов и насыщаешь землю, делая её плодородной.

14 Ты растишь траву для скота и зелень на пользу человека, чтобы он производил пищу из земли:

15 вино, веселящее сердце человека, и масло, от которого светится лицо его, и хлеб, укрепляющий его сердце.

16 Насыщены деревья Вечного, ливанские кедры, которые Он насадил.

17 На них птицы вьют свои гнёзда; ели – жилища аисту.

18 Высокие горы – для диких козлов, и скалы – убежище для даманов. .

19 Он поставил луну для указания месяцев; солнце знает, где ему заходить.

20 Ты простираешь тьму, и наступает ночь, в которой бродят все звери лесные.

21 Молодые львы рычат о добыче и просят у Бога пищу себе.

22 Восходит солнце – они собираются вместе и ложатся в своём логове.
