Psalm 24

1 THE earth is the LORD'S and the fulness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein.

2 For he has set the foundation thereof in the sea, and has furnished it with rivers.

3 Who shall ascend into the mountain of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not sworn by his soul falsely, nor taken an oath deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from God our Saviour.

6 This is the generation of them that seek thy face, that proclaim thy countenance, O thou God of Jacob.

7 Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors, that the King of glory may come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors, that the King of glory may come in.

10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory forever.

1 К Тебе, Вечный, возношу я душу мою,

2 на Тебя, мой Бог, уповаю.Да не буду я постыжен; да не будут враги мои торжествовать.

3 Никто из надеющихся на Тебя не постыдится вовек,но пусть посрамятся те, кто вероломствует без причины.

4 Вечный, покажи мне Твои пути, стезям Твоим научи меня.

5 Наставь меня в Твоей истине, научи меня, потому что Ты – Бог моего спасения, и я всегда на Тебя надеюсь.

6 Вспомни, Вечный, милость Свою и любовь, потому что они извечны.

7 Не вспоминай грехов моей юности и проступков моих.По милости Твоей вспомни меня, потому что Ты благ, Вечный.

8 Вечный благ и праведен, поэтому наставляет грешников на путь.

9 Направляет Он кротких к правде и учит их путям Своим.

10 Все пути Вечного – любовь и верность к хранящим условия Его соглашения.

2 на Тебя, мой Бог, уповаю.Да не буду я постыжен; да не будут враги мои торжествовать.
