Глава 34

1 Потом Иегова сказал Моисею: вытеши себе две скрижали каменные, подобные прежним, и напишу на сих скрижалях слова, какие были на прежних скрижалях, которые ты разбил.

2 Итак, будь готов завтра; и взойди завтра на гору Синай, и предстань Мне там на вершине горы.

3 Но никто другой не должен восходить с тобою; и даже никто не должен показываться на всей горе; даже скот, мелкий и крупный, не должен пастись близ горы сей.

4 Моисей вытесал две скрижали каменные, подобные прежним, и, встав рано поутру, взошел на гору Синай, как повелел ему Иегова; и взял в руки свои две скрижали каменные.

5 И сошел Иегова в облаке, и остановился там близ его, и провозгласил имя Иеговы.

6 И прошел Иегова пред лицем его, и провозгласил: Иегова, Иегова, Бог человеколюбивый и милосердый, медленный на гнев, великий в милости и истине,

7 Сохраняющий милость в тысячи родов, прощающий беззаконие и преступление и грех, но не оставляющий без наказания, наказывающий беззаконие отцев в сынах, и в сынах сынов до третьего и до четвертого рода.

8 Моисей тотчас пал на землю, и поклонился,

9 И сказал: если я обрел благоволение в очах Твоих, Иегова, то да пойдет Иегова посреди нас; ибо народ сей жестоковыен; прости беззакония наши и грехи наши, и сделай нас наследием Твоим.

10 И был ответ: се, Я заключаю завет: пред всем народом твоим соделаю чудеса, каковых не было по всей земле, и ни у каких народов; и увидит весь народ, среди коего ты находишься, дело Иеговы; ибо страшно будет то, что Я сделаю для тебя.

11 Сохрани то, что повелеваю тебе ныне: вот, Я изгоняю от лица твоего Аморреев и Хананеев, и Хеттеев, и Ферезеев, и Евеев, и Иевусеев;

12 Смотри, не вступай в союз с жителями той земли, в которую ты войдешь; чтоб они не сделались сетью среди вас.

13 Но жертвенники их разрушьте, и столпы их сокрушите, и священные рощи их вырубите.

14 Ибо не должен ты поклоняться богу иному, кроме Иеговы; имя Его ревнитель; Он Бог ревнитель.

15 Не вступай в союз с жителями той земли; чтобы, когда они будут блудно ходить вслед богов своих, и будут приносить жертвы богам своим, не пригласили тебя, и ты не вкусил бы жертвы их.

16 И не бери из дочерей их жен сынам своим; дабы дочери их, блудно ходя вослед богов своих, не ввели и сынов твоих в блужение вслед богов своих.

17 Не делай себе богов литых.

18 Праздник опресноков соблюдай, семь дней ешь пресный хлеб, как Я повелел тебе, в назначенное время месяца Авива; поелику в месяце Авиве вышел ты из Египта.

19 Все разверзающее ложесна - Мне; и из всего скота твоего, из волов и овец, первородное мужеского пола.

20 Первородное из ослов выкупи овцею, если же не выкупишь, то убей его. Всех первенцев из сынов твоих выкупай. Пусть не являются пред лице Мое с пустыми руками.

21 Шесть дней работай, а в седьмый день покойся; покойся и в самое время посева и жатвы.

22 И праздник седьмиц совершай при начале жатвы пшеницы, и праздник собирания плодов в конце года.

23 Три раза в году должен являться весь мужеский пол пред лице Господа Иеговы, Бога Израилева.

24 Ибо Я прогоню народы от лица твоего, и распространю пределы твои, и никто не пожелает земли твоей, когда будешь являться пред лице Иеговы, Бога твоего, три раза в году.

25 Не изливай крови жертвы Моей на квасное, и жертва праздника Пасхи не должна переночевать до утра.

26 Самые первые плоды земли твоей приноси в дом Иеговы, Бога твоего. Не вари козленка в молоке матери его.

27 И сказал Иегова Моисею: напиши себе слова сии, поелику в сих словах Я заключаю завет с тобою и с Израилем.

28 И пробыл там Моисей с Иеговою сорок дней и сорок ночей, хлеба не ел и воды не пил; и написал на скрижалях слова завета, десять слов.

29 Когда сходил Моисей с горы Синая, и две скрижали откровения были в руке у Моисея при сошествии его с горы, тогда Моисей не знал, что лице его издавало лучи от того, что Бог говорил с ним.

30 И воззрели Аарон и все сыны Израилевы на Моисея; и се, лучи издает лице его; и боялись подойти к нему.

31 И призвал их Моисей, и пришли к нему Аарон и все начальники общества, и разговаривал Моисей с ними.

32 После сего приблизились все сыны Израилевы, и он заповедал им все, что говорил ему Иегова на горе Синае.

33 По окончании же разговора с ними, Моисей положил на лице свое покрывало.

34 Когда же приходил Моисей пред лице Иеговы, чтобы говорить с Ним, тогда снимал покрывало, доколе не отходил от Него. Отходя же пересказывал сынам Израилевым все, что заповедано было.

35 Поелику же сыны Израилевы видели, что лице Моисея издает лучи, то Моисей опять полагал покрывало на лице свое, пока не нужно было идти говорить с Ним.

Chapter 34

1 AND the LORD said to Moses, Hew two tablets of stone like the first ones; and write upon the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

2 And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning to mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain.

3 And no man shall come up with you, neither shall any man be seen throughout all the mountain; neither let the flocks nor herds feed opposite that mountain.

4 And Moses hewed two tablets of stone like the first ones; and he arose early in the morning and went up to the top of mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two stone tablets.

5 And the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there and announced the name of the LORD.

6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD, The God merciful and compassionate, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

7 Keeping mercy for thousands of generations, forgiving sins and transgressions, who by no means justifies the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, to the third and fourth generation.

8 And Moses made haste and fell on the ground and worshipped.

9 And he said, If now I have found mercy in thy sight, O my LORD, let now my LORD go with us; for it is a stiff-necked people; and pardon our offenses and our sins and our guilty conscience.

10 And the LORD said, Behold, I will make a covenant before all your people; I will do marvels such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any of the nations; and all this people among whom you are shall see the work of the LORD; for it is a terrible thing that I will do with you.

11 Observe the things which I command you this day; behold, I will destroy from before you the Canaanites, the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

12 Take heed to yourself lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither you go, lest they become a stumbling block to you.

13 But you must destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their idols.

14 For you shall worship no other god; for the LORD whose name is zealous, is a zealous God.

15 You shall not make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, so that the people may not go astray after their idols and sacrifice to their gods, and they shall invite you, and you shall eat of their sacrifices;

16 And you shall take of their daughters to your sons, and give your daughters to their sons; and your daughters shall go astray after their gods, and their daughters cause your sons to go astray after their gods.

17 You shall make to yourself no molten gods.

18 The feast of unleavened bread you shall keep. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, in the time of the month of Abib; for in the month of Abib you came out from Egypt.

19 All that opens the womb is mine; and every firstling among your cattle, both of the oxen and of the lambs.

20 And all the firstlings of the cattle you shall redeem with a lamb; but if you shall not redeem it, then you shall kill it. All the first-born of your sons you shall redeem. And none shall appear before me empty-handed.

21 Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in the time of ploughing and during harvest you shall rest.

22 And you shall observe the feast of weeks, the feast of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

23 Three times a year shall all your memorial offerings be brought before the LORD, the God of Israel.

24 For I will destroy the nations from before you, and enlarge your borders; neither shall any man covet your land when you shall go up to appear before the LORD your God three times in a year.

25 You shall not offer the blood of a sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left over to the morning.

26 The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring to the house of the LORD your God. You shall not cook a kid in its mother's milk.

27 And the LORD said to Moses, Write these words; for by these words I have made a covenant with you and with all Israel.

28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote upon the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tablets of testimony in his hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses knew not that the skin of his face shone while the LORD talked with him.

30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses' face, behold, the skin of Moses' face shone; and they were afraid to come near to him.

31 So Moses called to them; and Aaron and all the leaders of the congregation returned to him; and Moses talked with them.

32 And afterward all the children of Israel came near to him; and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai.

33 And when Moses had finished speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.

34 But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the veil off until he came out. And he came out and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.

35 And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone; and Moses took off the veil from his face when he went in to speak with the LORD.

1 Потом Иегова сказал Моисею: вытеши себе две скрижали каменные, подобные прежним, и напишу на сих скрижалях слова, какие были на прежних скрижалях, которые ты разбил.

1 AND the LORD said to Moses, Hew two tablets of stone like the first ones; and write upon the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

2 Итак, будь готов завтра; и взойди завтра на гору Синай, и предстань Мне там на вершине горы.

2 And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning to mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain.

3 Но никто другой не должен восходить с тобою; и даже никто не должен показываться на всей горе; даже скот, мелкий и крупный, не должен пастись близ горы сей.

3 And no man shall come up with you, neither shall any man be seen throughout all the mountain; neither let the flocks nor herds feed opposite that mountain.

4 Моисей вытесал две скрижали каменные, подобные прежним, и, встав рано поутру, взошел на гору Синай, как повелел ему Иегова; и взял в руки свои две скрижали каменные.

4 And Moses hewed two tablets of stone like the first ones; and he arose early in the morning and went up to the top of mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two stone tablets.

5 И сошел Иегова в облаке, и остановился там близ его, и провозгласил имя Иеговы.

5 And the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there and announced the name of the LORD.

6 И прошел Иегова пред лицем его, и провозгласил: Иегова, Иегова, Бог человеколюбивый и милосердый, медленный на гнев, великий в милости и истине,

6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD, The God merciful and compassionate, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

7 Сохраняющий милость в тысячи родов, прощающий беззаконие и преступление и грех, но не оставляющий без наказания, наказывающий беззаконие отцев в сынах, и в сынах сынов до третьего и до четвертого рода.

7 Keeping mercy for thousands of generations, forgiving sins and transgressions, who by no means justifies the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, to the third and fourth generation.

8 Моисей тотчас пал на землю, и поклонился,

8 And Moses made haste and fell on the ground and worshipped.

9 И сказал: если я обрел благоволение в очах Твоих, Иегова, то да пойдет Иегова посреди нас; ибо народ сей жестоковыен; прости беззакония наши и грехи наши, и сделай нас наследием Твоим.

9 And he said, If now I have found mercy in thy sight, O my LORD, let now my LORD go with us; for it is a stiff-necked people; and pardon our offenses and our sins and our guilty conscience.

10 И был ответ: се, Я заключаю завет: пред всем народом твоим соделаю чудеса, каковых не было по всей земле, и ни у каких народов; и увидит весь народ, среди коего ты находишься, дело Иеговы; ибо страшно будет то, что Я сделаю для тебя.

10 And the LORD said, Behold, I will make a covenant before all your people; I will do marvels such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any of the nations; and all this people among whom you are shall see the work of the LORD; for it is a terrible thing that I will do with you.

11 Сохрани то, что повелеваю тебе ныне: вот, Я изгоняю от лица твоего Аморреев и Хананеев, и Хеттеев, и Ферезеев, и Евеев, и Иевусеев;

11 Observe the things which I command you this day; behold, I will destroy from before you the Canaanites, the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

12 Смотри, не вступай в союз с жителями той земли, в которую ты войдешь; чтоб они не сделались сетью среди вас.

16 И не бери из дочерей их жен сынам своим; дабы дочери их, блудно ходя вослед богов своих, не ввели и сынов твоих в блужение вслед богов своих.

16 And you shall take of their daughters to your sons, and give your daughters to their sons; and your daughters shall go astray after their gods, and their daughters cause your sons to go astray after their gods.

17 Не делай себе богов литых.

17 You shall make to yourself no molten gods.

18 Праздник опресноков соблюдай, семь дней ешь пресный хлеб, как Я повелел тебе, в назначенное время месяца Авива; поелику в месяце Авиве вышел ты из Египта.

18 The feast of unleavened bread you shall keep. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, in the time of the month of Abib; for in the month of Abib you came out from Egypt.

19 Все разверзающее ложесна - Мне; и из всего скота твоего, из волов и овец, первородное мужеского пола.

19 All that opens the womb is mine; and every firstling among your cattle, both of the oxen and of the lambs.

20 Первородное из ослов выкупи овцею, если же не выкупишь, то убей его. Всех первенцев из сынов твоих выкупай. Пусть не являются пред лице Мое с пустыми руками.

20 And all the firstlings of the cattle you shall redeem with a lamb; but if you shall not redeem it, then you shall kill it. All the first-born of your sons you shall redeem. And none shall appear before me empty-handed.

21 Шесть дней работай, а в седьмый день покойся; покойся и в самое время посева и жатвы.

21 Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in the time of ploughing and during harvest you shall rest.

22 И праздник седьмиц совершай при начале жатвы пшеницы, и праздник собирания плодов в конце года.

26 The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring to the house of the LORD your God. You shall not cook a kid in its mother's milk.

27 И сказал Иегова Моисею: напиши себе слова сии, поелику в сих словах Я заключаю завет с тобою и с Израилем.

27 And the LORD said to Moses, Write these words; for by these words I have made a covenant with you and with all Israel.

28 И пробыл там Моисей с Иеговою сорок дней и сорок ночей, хлеба не ел и воды не пил; и написал на скрижалях слова завета, десять слов.

28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote upon the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

29 Когда сходил Моисей с горы Синая, и две скрижали откровения были в руке у Моисея при сошествии его с горы, тогда Моисей не знал, что лице его издавало лучи от того, что Бог говорил с ним.

29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tablets of testimony in his hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses knew not that the skin of his face shone while the LORD talked with him.

30 И воззрели Аарон и все сыны Израилевы на Моисея; и се, лучи издает лице его; и боялись подойти к нему.

30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses' face, behold, the skin of Moses' face shone; and they were afraid to come near to him.

31 И призвал их Моисей, и пришли к нему Аарон и все начальники общества, и разговаривал Моисей с ними.

31 So Moses called to them; and Aaron and all the leaders of the congregation returned to him; and Moses talked with them.

32 После сего приблизились все сыны Израилевы, и он заповедал им все, что говорил ему Иегова на горе Синае.

32 And afterward all the children of Israel came near to him; and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai.

33 По окончании же разговора с ними, Моисей положил на лице свое покрывало.

33 And when Moses had finished speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.

34 Когда же приходил Моисей пред лице Иеговы, чтобы говорить с Ним, тогда снимал покрывало, доколе не отходил от Него. Отходя же пересказывал сынам Израилевым все, что заповедано было.

34 But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the veil off until he came out. And he came out and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.

35 Поелику же сыны Израилевы видели, что лице Моисея издает лучи, то Моисей опять полагал покрывало на лице свое, пока не нужно было идти говорить с Ним.

35 And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone; and Moses took off the veil from his face when he went in to speak with the LORD.
