Chapter 15

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land of your habitation, which I give to you for an inheritance,

3 You shall offer an offering to the LORD, a burnt offering or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour to the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;

4 Then shall he who offers his offering to the LORD bring a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil.

5 And a fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink offering shall you offer with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.

6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third part of a hin of oil.

7 And for a drink offering you shall offer a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet savour to the LORD.

8 And when you offer a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or as a peace offering to the LORD;

9 Then you shall offer with the bullock a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.

10 And you shall bring for a drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

11 Thus shall you do for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid of the goats.

12 According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to every one according to their number.

13 All the house of Israel shall do these things after this manner, and shall offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

14 And if a proselyte, sojourn with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD; as you do, so shall he do.

15 One ordinance shall be both for .you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever throughout your generations; the proselyte shall be like you before the LORD.

16 One law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you.

17 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

18 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land whither I will bring you,

19 Then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to the LORD.

20 You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough as an offering to the LORD; as you make the offering of the threshing floor, so shall you offer it.

21 Of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a heave offering throughout your generations.

22 And if you err, and do not observe all these commandments which the LORD has spoken to Moses,

23 Even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and henceforward throughout your generations;

24 Then it shall be, if the error was committed in the presence of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour to the LORD, with its meal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance thereof, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

25 And the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it was an error; and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering to the LORD for their folly;

26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel and the proselyte who sojourns among them, because all the people had erred.

27 And if any person sins through an error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin offering.

28 And the priest shall make atonement for the person who sins, when he sins by an error before the LORD. to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

29 You shall have one law for him who does anything through ignorance, both for the children of Israel and for the proselytes who sojourn among you.

30 But the person who commits sin wittingly, whether he be of you or of the proselytes, the same blasphemes before the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

31 Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandments, that person shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath day.

33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

34 And they put him in prison, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

35 And the LORD said to Moses, The man shall be surely put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.

36 And all the congregation brought him outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

37 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

38 Speak to the children of Israel and bid them that they make fringes on the borders of their mantles throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringes of the borders a ribbon of blue;

39 And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the LORD your God and do them; and that you may not go astray, seeking after your own hearts and your own mind, after which you used to go astray;

40 That you may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the LORD your God.

1 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

2 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: когда вы войдете в землю, которую Я даю вам в жилище,

3 И принесете жертву Господу, всесожжение, или жертву закалаемую, во исполнение обета, или по усердию, или в праздники ваши, дабы сделать приятное благоухание Господу от крупного или мелкого скота:

4 Тогда приносящий жертву свою Господу должен принести в приношение хлебное десятую часть [ефы] пшеничной муки, облитой четвертою частью гина елея.

5 И вина для возлияния приноси четвертую часть гина при всесожжении, или при закалаемой жертве, на каждого агнца [употребляй столько, принося приятное благоухание Господу].

6 А принося овна, приноси в приношение хлебное две десятых части ефы пшеничной муки, облитой третьею частью гина елея.

7 И вина для возлияния приноси третью часть гина в приятное благоухание Господу.

8 Если из крупного скота приносишь всесожжение или жертву закалаемую, во исполнение обета или в благодарение Господу:

9 То, вместе с жертвою из крупного скота, должно принести приношение хлебного три десятых части ефы пшеничной муки, облитой половиною гина елея.

10 И вина для возлияния приноси полгина в жертву, в приятное благоухание Господу.

11 Так должно делать при каждом тельце, и при каждом овне и при агнце из овец, или коз.

12 Смотря по числу жертв, которые вы приносите, так делайте при каждой, смотря по числу их.

13 Всякий природный житель земли должен делать сие так, принося жертву в приятное благоухание Господу.

14 И если будет между вами жить пришлец [в земле вашей], или будет кто среди вас в роды ваши, и принесет жертву в приятное благоухание Господу: то и он должен делать так, как вы делаете.

15 Для вас, общество [Господне], и для пришельца, живущего [у вас], постановление одно; постановление вечное в роды ваши: что вы, то и пришлец да будет пред Господом.

16 Закон один и одни права да будут для вас, и для пришельца, живущего у вас.

17 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

18 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: когда вы войдете в землю, в которую Я веду вас,

19 И будете есть хлеб той земли: то возносите возношение Господу.

20 Начаток теста вашего, лепешку вознесите в возношение: вознесите ее так, как возношение с гумна.

21 Начаток теста вашего отдавайте в возношение Господу в роды ваши.

22 Если же преступите по ошибке, и не исполните всех сих заповедей, которые изрек Господь Моисею,

23 Всего, что заповедал вам Господь [Бог] чрез Моисея, от того дня, в который Господь дал вам заповеди, и впредь в роды ваши:

24 То, если по неусмотрению общества сделана ошибка, пусть все общество принесет одного тельца из крупного скота [без порока,] во всесожжение, в приятное благоухание Господу, вместе с хлебным приношением и возлиянием его по установлению, и одного козла в жертву за грех.

25 И очистит священник все общество сынов Израилевых, и будет прощено им; поелику это была ошибка, и они принесли приношение свое в жертву Господу, и совершили пред лицем Господа жертву за грех, сделанный по ошибке.

26 И будет прощено всему обществу сынов Израилевых, и пришельцу, живущему у вас; поелику весь народ находился во грехе, сделанном по ошибке.

27 Если же один кто согрешит по ошибке: то пусть принесет козу однолетнюю в жертву за грех.

28 И очистит священник душу, сделавшую по ошибке грех пред Господом, и очищена будет, и прощено будет ей.

29 Один закон да будет для вас, как для природного жителя из сынов Израилевых, так и для пришельца, живущего у вас, если кто сделает что по ошибке.

30 Если же кто из природных жителей, или из пришельцев, дерзкою рукою сделает что, то он хулит Господа: истребится душа та из народа своего.

31 Он слово Господне презрел, и заповедь Его нарушил: истребится душа та; грех ее на ней.

32 Когда сыны Израилевы были в пустыне, нашли одного человека, собиравшего дрова в день субботы.

33 И привели его нашедшие его, собирающего дрова [в день субботы], к Моисею и Аарону и ко всему обществу [сынов Израилевых].

34 Они посадили его под стражу, потому что не было еще ясно определено, что должно с ним сделать.

35 И сказал Господь Моисею: должен умереть человек сей; пусть побьет его камнями все общество вне стана.

36 И вывело его все общество вон из стана, и побило его камнями [все общество вне стана], и он умер, как повелел Господь Моисею.

37 И сказал Господь Моисею:

38 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: чтоб они делали у себя кисти на краях одежды своей в роды их, и к кисти, которая на краях, пришивали нить яхонтового цвета.

39 Эта кисть у вас будет для того, чтобы вы, смотря на нее, вспомнили все заповеди Господни и исполняли их, и не ходили вслед сердца вашего и очей ваших, чтоб блудодейно последовать им,

40 Для того, чтоб вы помнили и исполняли все заповеди Мои, и были святы пред Богом вашим.

41 Я Иегова, Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из земли Египетской, чтоб быть вам Богом; Я Иегова, Бог ваш.

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: когда вы войдете в землю, которую Я даю вам в жилище,

3 You shall offer an offering to the LORD, a burnt offering or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour to the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;

3 И принесете жертву Господу, всесожжение, или жертву закалаемую, во исполнение обета, или по усердию, или в праздники ваши, дабы сделать приятное благоухание Господу от крупного или мелкого скота:

4 Then shall he who offers his offering to the LORD bring a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil.

4 Тогда приносящий жертву свою Господу должен принести в приношение хлебное десятую часть [ефы] пшеничной муки, облитой четвертою частью гина елея.

5 And a fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink offering shall you offer with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.

5 И вина для возлияния приноси четвертую часть гина при всесожжении, или при закалаемой жертве, на каждого агнца [употребляй столько, принося приятное благоухание Господу].

6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third part of a hin of oil.

6 А принося овна, приноси в приношение хлебное две десятых части ефы пшеничной муки, облитой третьею частью гина елея.

7 And for a drink offering you shall offer a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet savour to the LORD.

7 И вина для возлияния приноси третью часть гина в приятное благоухание Господу.

8 And when you offer a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or as a peace offering to the LORD;

8 Если из крупного скота приносишь всесожжение или жертву закалаемую, во исполнение обета или в благодарение Господу:

9 Then you shall offer with the bullock a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.

9 То, вместе с жертвою из крупного скота, должно принести приношение хлебного три десятых части ефы пшеничной муки, облитой половиною гина елея.

10 And you shall bring for a drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

10 И вина для возлияния приноси полгина в жертву, в приятное благоухание Господу.

11 Thus shall you do for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid of the goats.

11 Так должно делать при каждом тельце, и при каждом овне и при агнце из овец, или коз.

12 According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to every one according to their number.

12 Смотря по числу жертв, которые вы приносите, так делайте при каждой, смотря по числу их.

13 All the house of Israel shall do these things after this manner, and shall offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

13 Всякий природный житель земли должен делать сие так, принося жертву в приятное благоухание Господу.

14 And if a proselyte, sojourn with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD; as you do, so shall he do.

14 И если будет между вами жить пришлец [в земле вашей], или будет кто среди вас в роды ваши, и принесет жертву в приятное благоухание Господу: то и он должен делать так, как вы делаете.

15 One ordinance shall be both for .you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever throughout your generations; the proselyte shall be like you before the LORD.

15 Для вас, общество [Господне], и для пришельца, живущего [у вас], постановление одно; постановление вечное в роды ваши: что вы, то и пришлец да будет пред Господом.

16 One law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you.

16 Закон один и одни права да будут для вас, и для пришельца, живущего у вас.

17 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

18 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land whither I will bring you,

18 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: когда вы войдете в землю, в которую Я веду вас,

19 Then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to the LORD.

19 И будете есть хлеб той земли: то возносите возношение Господу.

20 You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough as an offering to the LORD; as you make the offering of the threshing floor, so shall you offer it.

20 Начаток теста вашего, лепешку вознесите в возношение: вознесите ее так, как возношение с гумна.

21 Of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a heave offering throughout your generations.

21 Начаток теста вашего отдавайте в возношение Господу в роды ваши.

22 And if you err, and do not observe all these commandments which the LORD has spoken to Moses,

22 Если же преступите по ошибке, и не исполните всех сих заповедей, которые изрек Господь Моисею,

23 Even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and henceforward throughout your generations;

23 Всего, что заповедал вам Господь [Бог] чрез Моисея, от того дня, в который Господь дал вам заповеди, и впредь в роды ваши:

24 Then it shall be, if the error was committed in the presence of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour to the LORD, with its meal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance thereof, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

24 То, если по неусмотрению общества сделана ошибка, пусть все общество принесет одного тельца из крупного скота [без порока,] во всесожжение, в приятное благоухание Господу, вместе с хлебным приношением и возлиянием его по установлению, и одного козла в жертву за грех.

25 And the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it was an error; and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering to the LORD for their folly;

25 И очистит священник все общество сынов Израилевых, и будет прощено им; поелику это была ошибка, и они принесли приношение свое в жертву Господу, и совершили пред лицем Господа жертву за грех, сделанный по ошибке.

26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel and the proselyte who sojourns among them, because all the people had erred.

26 И будет прощено всему обществу сынов Израилевых, и пришельцу, живущему у вас; поелику весь народ находился во грехе, сделанном по ошибке.

27 And if any person sins through an error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin offering.

27 Если же один кто согрешит по ошибке: то пусть принесет козу однолетнюю в жертву за грех.

28 And the priest shall make atonement for the person who sins, when he sins by an error before the LORD. to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

28 И очистит священник душу, сделавшую по ошибке грех пред Господом, и очищена будет, и прощено будет ей.

29 You shall have one law for him who does anything through ignorance, both for the children of Israel and for the proselytes who sojourn among you.

29 Один закон да будет для вас, как для природного жителя из сынов Израилевых, так и для пришельца, живущего у вас, если кто сделает что по ошибке.

30 But the person who commits sin wittingly, whether he be of you or of the proselytes, the same blasphemes before the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

30 Если же кто из природных жителей, или из пришельцев, дерзкою рукою сделает что, то он хулит Господа: истребится душа та из народа своего.

33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

33 И привели его нашедшие его, собирающего дрова [в день субботы], к Моисею и Аарону и ко всему обществу [сынов Израилевых].

34 And they put him in prison, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

34 Они посадили его под стражу, потому что не было еще ясно определено, что должно с ним сделать.

35 And the LORD said to Moses, The man shall be surely put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.

35 И сказал Господь Моисею: должен умереть человек сей; пусть побьет его камнями все общество вне стана.

36 And all the congregation brought him outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

36 И вывело его все общество вон из стана, и побило его камнями [все общество вне стана], и он умер, как повелел Господь Моисею.

37 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

37 И сказал Господь Моисею:

38 Speak to the children of Israel and bid them that they make fringes on the borders of their mantles throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringes of the borders a ribbon of blue;

38 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: чтоб они делали у себя кисти на краях одежды своей в роды их, и к кисти, которая на краях, пришивали нить яхонтового цвета.

39 And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the LORD your God and do them; and that you may not go astray, seeking after your own hearts and your own mind, after which you used to go astray;

39 Эта кисть у вас будет для того, чтобы вы, смотря на нее, вспомнили все заповеди Господни и исполняли их, и не ходили вслед сердца вашего и очей ваших, чтоб блудодейно последовать им,

40 That you may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

40 Для того, чтоб вы помнили и исполняли все заповеди Мои, и были святы пред Богом вашим.

41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the LORD your God.

41 Я Иегова, Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из земли Египетской, чтоб быть вам Богом; Я Иегова, Бог ваш.
