Chapter 15

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land of your habitation, which I give to you for an inheritance,

3 You shall offer an offering to the LORD, a burnt offering or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour to the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;

4 Then shall he who offers his offering to the LORD bring a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil.

5 And a fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink offering shall you offer with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.

6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third part of a hin of oil.

7 And for a drink offering you shall offer a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet savour to the LORD.

8 And when you offer a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or as a peace offering to the LORD;

9 Then you shall offer with the bullock a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.

10 And you shall bring for a drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

11 Thus shall you do for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid of the goats.

12 According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to every one according to their number.

13 All the house of Israel shall do these things after this manner, and shall offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

14 And if a proselyte, sojourn with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD; as you do, so shall he do.

15 One ordinance shall be both for .you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever throughout your generations; the proselyte shall be like you before the LORD.

16 One law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you.

17 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

18 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land whither I will bring you,

19 Then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to the LORD.

20 You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough as an offering to the LORD; as you make the offering of the threshing floor, so shall you offer it.

21 Of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a heave offering throughout your generations.

22 And if you err, and do not observe all these commandments which the LORD has spoken to Moses,

23 Even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and henceforward throughout your generations;

24 Then it shall be, if the error was committed in the presence of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour to the LORD, with its meal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance thereof, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

25 And the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it was an error; and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering to the LORD for their folly;

26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel and the proselyte who sojourns among them, because all the people had erred.

27 And if any person sins through an error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin offering.

28 And the priest shall make atonement for the person who sins, when he sins by an error before the LORD. to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

29 You shall have one law for him who does anything through ignorance, both for the children of Israel and for the proselytes who sojourn among you.

30 But the person who commits sin wittingly, whether he be of you or of the proselytes, the same blasphemes before the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

31 Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandments, that person shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath day.

33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

34 And they put him in prison, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

35 And the LORD said to Moses, The man shall be surely put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.

36 And all the congregation brought him outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

37 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

38 Speak to the children of Israel and bid them that they make fringes on the borders of their mantles throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringes of the borders a ribbon of blue;

39 And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the LORD your God and do them; and that you may not go astray, seeking after your own hearts and your own mind, after which you used to go astray;

40 That you may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the LORD your God.

2 передать сынам Израилевым: «Когда придете вы в землю, которую Я дам вам, чтобы вы поселились в ней,

3 и будете приносить дары ГОСПОДУ — полностью на огне сжигаемые жертвоприношения или другие жертвы, по обету совершаемые или из особого рвения и в дни установленных праздников для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ, из крупного рогатого скота или мелкого —

4 приносящий ГОСПОДУ дар свой должен принести и хлебный дар: десятую часть эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой четвертью гина оливкового масла,

5 и в возлияние четверть гина вина на каждого ягненка, приносимого во всесожжение или в жертву иного рода.

6 Если же принесете барана в жертву, то для хлебного дара понадобится две десятых эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой третью гина оливкового масла;

7 в возлияние при этом надо принести треть гина вина для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ.

8 Когда приносите в жертву ГОСПОДУ молодого быка, во всесожжение, или как жертву во исполнение обета, или как благодарственную жертву,

9 тут же принесите и хлебный дар: три десятых эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой половиной гина оливкового масла;

10 а в возлияние надо принести половину гина вина; и всё это будет как ваш дар, как благоухание, приятное для ГОСПОДА.

11 Так следует делать всегда, когда приносите ГОСПОДУ молодого быка, барана, ягненка или козла.

12 Каким бы ни было число приносимых жертв, при каждом таком заклании приносите и дары хлебные.

13 Каждый исконный израильтянин должен это делать, когда будет приносить дар для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ.

14 А если живет среди вас переселенец или в будущем кто-либо поселится среди потомков ваших и захочет он принести дар как благоухание, приятное ГОСПОДУ, то и он должен делать всё так, как и вы.

15 Для всего народа вашего да будет у вас одно установление и для вас, и для переселенцев, живущих среди вас, установление непреложное для всех поколений ваших. При жертвоприношениях между вами и переселенцами нет различия перед ГОСПОДОМ.

16 Один закон и одни права для всех: и для вас, и для переселенцев, живущих среди вас».

17 И еще велел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею

18 передать сынам Израилевым: «Когда войдете вы в ту землю, в которую Я веду вас,

19 и будете есть хлеб той земли, принесите часть от него в возносимый дар ГОСПОДУ.

20 Из первого же замеса теста вы должны принести лепешку как возносимый дар; принести ее следует так же, как вы это делаете с возносимым даром с гумна при обмолоте зерна.

21 Во всех грядущих поколениях ваших совершайте сие приношение ГОСПОДУ ежегодно из своего первого помола муки.

22 Но если вы с пути собьетесь и не исполните все заповеди, о которых говорил ГОСПОДЬ Моисею,

23 всего, что заповедал ГОСПОДЬ через Моисея начиная с того дня, когда ГОСПОДЬ дал вам заповеди на Синае, и после того, сделав их обязательными для всех поколений ваших,

24 тогда за это по ошибке сделанное упущение, не замеченное общиной, она, осознав, должна будет всё приготовить, чтобы принести в жертву всесожжения молодого быка в благоухание, приятное ГОСПОДУ, вместе с предписанным хлебным даром и возлиянием и козла в жертву за грех.

25 И священник совершит для них то служение, которое приведет всю общину сынов Израилевых к единению с Богом, и они обретут прощение, ибо это было сделано по ошибке и за свое упущение они принесли дар ГОСПОДУ, принесли пред Ним жертву за грех.

26 Обретут прощение и вся община сынов Израилевых, и переселенцы, которые живут среди вас, ибо неумышленно согрешил весь народ.

27 Если же какой-то человек согрешит неумышленно, он должен будет принести годовалую козу в жертву за грех.

28 Священник совершит перед ГОСПОДОМ служение, дабы восстановить единение с Ним человека, который допустил ошибку и неумышленно согрешил, и тот обретет прощение.

29 Один закон пусть будет и для исконного израильтянина, и для переселенца, живущего среди вас, если совершат они неумышленный грех.

30 Но если кто вызывающе грешит, будь то исконный житель или переселенец, он тем самым бросает вызов ГОСПОДУ. Такой человек должен быть исторгнут: не место ему среди народа.

31 Ведь он презрел слово ГОСПОДА и нарушил заповедь Его; посему должен быть навсегда исторгнут такой человек, и вина его — на нем».

32 В то время когда сыны Израилевы еще были в пустыне, замечен там был один человек, собиравший дрова в день субботний.

33 Заставшие нарушителя заповеди за этим занятием привели его к Моисею, Аарону и к собранию всему.

34 Его взяли под стражу, пока не станет ясно, что с ним делать.

35 Тогда ГОСПОДЬ сказал Моисею: «Этот человек должен быть предан смерти. Пусть народ побьет его камнями за станом».

36 И вывели его за стан, где и был он побит камнями насмерть, как и велел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею.

37 ГОСПОДЬ повелел Моисею

38 сказать сынам Израилевым: «Вы должны пришить кисти к четырем углам облачений ваших, и делать так следует из поколения в поколение. В кисти эти вплетите нити из голубой пряжи.

39 Взглянув на такую кисть, вы будете вспоминать все заповеди ГОСПОДА, чтобы соблюдать их и не предаваться распутству по влечению глаз своих и сердца своего.

40 Сей знак будет побуждать вас помнить и исполнять все заповеди Мои, посвящая себя Богу своему.

41 Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из Египта, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш».

3 и будете приносить дары ГОСПОДУ — полностью на огне сжигаемые жертвоприношения или другие жертвы, по обету совершаемые или из особого рвения и в дни установленных праздников для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ, из крупного рогатого скота или мелкого —

4 Then shall he who offers his offering to the LORD bring a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of oil.

4 приносящий ГОСПОДУ дар свой должен принести и хлебный дар: десятую часть эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой четвертью гина оливкового масла,

5 и в возлияние четверть гина вина на каждого ягненка, приносимого во всесожжение или в жертву иного рода.

6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third part of a hin of oil.

6 Если же принесете барана в жертву, то для хлебного дара понадобится две десятых эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой третью гина оливкового масла;

7 And for a drink offering you shall offer a third part of a hin of wine, for a sweet savour to the LORD.

7 в возлияние при этом надо принести треть гина вина для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ.

8 And when you offer a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or as a peace offering to the LORD;

8 Когда приносите в жертву ГОСПОДУ молодого быка, во всесожжение, или как жертву во исполнение обета, или как благодарственную жертву,

9 Then you shall offer with the bullock a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.

9 тут же принесите и хлебный дар: три десятых эфы лучшей пшеничной муки, политой половиной гина оливкового масла;

10 а в возлияние надо принести половину гина вина; и всё это будет как ваш дар, как благоухание, приятное для ГОСПОДА.

11 Thus shall you do for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid of the goats.

11 Так следует делать всегда, когда приносите ГОСПОДУ молодого быка, барана, ягненка или козла.

12 According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to every one according to their number.

12 Каким бы ни было число приносимых жертв, при каждом таком заклании приносите и дары хлебные.

13 All the house of Israel shall do these things after this manner, and shall offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD.

13 Каждый исконный израильтянин должен это делать, когда будет приносить дар для благоухания, приятного ГОСПОДУ.

14 And if a proselyte, sojourn with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour to the LORD; as you do, so shall he do.

14 А если живет среди вас переселенец или в будущем кто-либо поселится среди потомков ваших и захочет он принести дар как благоухание, приятное ГОСПОДУ, то и он должен делать всё так, как и вы.

15 One ordinance shall be both for .you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever throughout your generations; the proselyte shall be like you before the LORD.

15 Для всего народа вашего да будет у вас одно установление и для вас, и для переселенцев, живущих среди вас, установление непреложное для всех поколений ваших. При жертвоприношениях между вами и переселенцами нет различия перед ГОСПОДОМ.

16 One law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the proselyte who sojourns with you.

16 Один закон и одни права для всех: и для вас, и для переселенцев, живущих среди вас».

17 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17 И еще велел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею

18 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land whither I will bring you,

18 передать сынам Израилевым: «Когда войдете вы в ту землю, в которую Я веду вас,

19 Then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to the LORD.

19 и будете есть хлеб той земли, принесите часть от него в возносимый дар ГОСПОДУ.

20 You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough as an offering to the LORD; as you make the offering of the threshing floor, so shall you offer it.

20 Из первого же замеса теста вы должны принести лепешку как возносимый дар; принести ее следует так же, как вы это делаете с возносимым даром с гумна при обмолоте зерна.

21 Of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD a heave offering throughout your generations.

21 Во всех грядущих поколениях ваших совершайте сие приношение ГОСПОДУ ежегодно из своего первого помола муки.

22 And if you err, and do not observe all these commandments which the LORD has spoken to Moses,

22 Но если вы с пути собьетесь и не исполните все заповеди, о которых говорил ГОСПОДЬ Моисею,

23 Even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and henceforward throughout your generations;

23 всего, что заповедал ГОСПОДЬ через Моисея начиная с того дня, когда ГОСПОДЬ дал вам заповеди на Синае, и после того, сделав их обязательными для всех поколений ваших,

24 Then it shall be, if the error was committed in the presence of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour to the LORD, with its meal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance thereof, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

24 тогда за это по ошибке сделанное упущение, не замеченное общиной, она, осознав, должна будет всё приготовить, чтобы принести в жертву всесожжения молодого быка в благоухание, приятное ГОСПОДУ, вместе с предписанным хлебным даром и возлиянием и козла в жертву за грех.

25 And the priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it was an error; and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering to the LORD for their folly;

25 И священник совершит для них то служение, которое приведет всю общину сынов Израилевых к единению с Богом, и они обретут прощение, ибо это было сделано по ошибке и за свое упущение они принесли дар ГОСПОДУ, принесли пред Ним жертву за грех.

26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel and the proselyte who sojourns among them, because all the people had erred.

26 Обретут прощение и вся община сынов Израилевых, и переселенцы, которые живут среди вас, ибо неумышленно согрешил весь народ.

27 And if any person sins through an error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin offering.

27 Если же какой-то человек согрешит неумышленно, он должен будет принести годовалую козу в жертву за грех.

28 And the priest shall make atonement for the person who sins, when he sins by an error before the LORD. to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

28 Священник совершит перед ГОСПОДОМ служение, дабы восстановить единение с Ним человека, который допустил ошибку и неумышленно согрешил, и тот обретет прощение.

29 You shall have one law for him who does anything through ignorance, both for the children of Israel and for the proselytes who sojourn among you.

29 Один закон пусть будет и для исконного израильтянина, и для переселенца, живущего среди вас, если совершат они неумышленный грех.

30 Но если кто вызывающе грешит, будь то исконный житель или переселенец, он тем самым бросает вызов ГОСПОДУ. Такой человек должен быть исторгнут: не место ему среди народа.

31 Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandments, that person shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

31 Ведь он презрел слово ГОСПОДА и нарушил заповедь Его; посему должен быть навсегда исторгнут такой человек, и вина его — на нем».

32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath day.

32 В то время когда сыны Израилевы еще были в пустыне, замечен там был один человек, собиравший дрова в день субботний.

33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

33 Заставшие нарушителя заповеди за этим занятием привели его к Моисею, Аарону и к собранию всему.

34 And they put him in prison, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

34 Его взяли под стражу, пока не станет ясно, что с ним делать.

35 And the LORD said to Moses, The man shall be surely put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.

35 Тогда ГОСПОДЬ сказал Моисею: «Этот человек должен быть предан смерти. Пусть народ побьет его камнями за станом».

36 And all the congregation brought him outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

36 И вывели его за стан, где и был он побит камнями насмерть, как и велел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею.

37 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

37 ГОСПОДЬ повелел Моисею

38 Speak to the children of Israel and bid them that they make fringes on the borders of their mantles throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringes of the borders a ribbon of blue;

38 сказать сынам Израилевым: «Вы должны пришить кисти к четырем углам облачений ваших, и делать так следует из поколения в поколение. В кисти эти вплетите нити из голубой пряжи.

39 And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the LORD your God and do them; and that you may not go astray, seeking after your own hearts and your own mind, after which you used to go astray;

39 Взглянув на такую кисть, вы будете вспоминать все заповеди ГОСПОДА, чтобы соблюдать их и не предаваться распутству по влечению глаз своих и сердца своего.

40 That you may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

40 Сей знак будет побуждать вас помнить и исполнять все заповеди Мои, посвящая себя Богу своему.

41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the LORD your God.

41 Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш, Который вывел вас из Египта, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Я — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог ваш».
