NumbersChapter 30 |
|
1 AND Moses spoke to the chiefs of the tribes of the children of Israel and said to them, This is the thing which the LORD has commanded: |
|
2 When a man vows a vow to the LORD and swears an oath to bind himself by a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth. |
|
3 If a woman also vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a bond while she is in her father's house in her youth, |
|
4 And her father hears of her vows and the bonds wherewith she has bound herself, and her father shall keep silent toward her; then all her vows shall stand and every bond wherewith she has bound herself shall stand. |
|
5 But if her father shall make them void in the day that he hears of all the vows and all the bonds by which she has bound herself, then they shall not stand; and the LORD shall forgive her because her father had declared them void. |
|
6 And if she is given in marriage to a husband, and her vows are upon her or she has uttered anything out of her lips by which she bound herself. |
|
7 And her husband hears of it and keeps silent in the day that he hears it; then all her vows shall stand and her bonds by which she has bound herself shall stand. |
|
8 But if her husband makes them void on the day that he hears of it, then shall her vows be void and that which she uttered with her lips, and the gifts which she has promised, by which she bound herself, shall be of none effect; and the LORD shall forgive her. |
|
9 But as to the vow of a widow or a deserted woman, everything by which she has bound herself shall stand against her. |
|
10 And if she vowed in her husband's house or bound herself with an oath, |
|
11 And her husband heard it but kept silent toward her and did not nullify it; then her vow shall stand, and the bond by which she has bound herself shall stand. |
|
12 But if her husband has utterly made her vows void on the day when he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows or concerning the bonds by which she bound herself shall not stand, because her husband has made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her. |
|
13 Every vow and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish or her husband may make it void. |
|
14 But if her husband should remain silent toward her from day to day; then he confirms all her vows and all her bonds which are upon her; he confirms them because he kept silent toward her on the day that he heard them. |
|
15 But if he shall make them void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity. |
|
16 These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter while she is still in her youth in her father's house. |

2 І Промовляв Мойсей до голів племе́н Ізраїлевих синів, говорячи: „Оце та річ, що Господь наказав: |
|
3 Коли хто складає обі́тницю для Господа або присягне́ прися́гу заректи́ заро́ка на душу свою, хай той не порушить свого слова, — нехай зробить усе, як вийшло було з його уст. |
|
4 А жінка, коли складає обітницю для Господа, і зарече́ заро́ка в домі свого батька в своїй мо́лодості, |
|
5 і почує її батько обітницю її та заро́ка, що зарекла́ на свою душу, та буде мовчати їй ба́тько її, то будуть важні всі обі́тниці її, і буде важний кожен зарі́к її, що вона зарекла́ на ду́шу свою́. |
|
6 А якщо батько її заборонить їй того дня, коли був почув, усі обі́тниці її та заро́ки її, що зарекла́ на свою душу, то не будуть вони важні́, а Госпо́дь пробачить їй, бо її ба́тько заборонив їй. |
|
7 А якщо буде вона замі́жня, а обі́тниці її на ній або мова уст її, що зарекла́ на душу свою, |
|
8 і почує її чоловік, і буде мовчати їй того дня, коли почує, то будуть важні́ обі́тниці її, і заро́ки її, що зарекла́ на свою душу, будуть важні́. |
|
9 А якщо того дня, коли чоловік її почув, він заборонить їй і унева́жнить обі́тниці її, що на ній, і мову уст її, що зарекла́ на свою душу, то Господь пробачить їй. |
|
10 А обі́тниця вдови та розве́деної, усе, що зарекла́ на свою душу, буде важне́ на ній. |
|
11 А якщо вона обі́тувала в домі свого чоловіка, або зарекла́ заро́ка на свою душу прися́гою, |
|
12 а чоловік її чув та змо́вчав їй, не заборонив їй, то будуть важні́ всі обі́тниці її, і кожен зарі́к, що зарекла́ на свою душу, буде важни́й. |
|
13 А якщо справді унева́жнить їх чоловік її того дня, коли він почує, то все, що вийшло з її уст для її обітниць та для заро́ків душі її, не буде важне́, — її чоловік унева́жнив їх, і Господь про́стить їй. |
|
14 Кожна обі́тниця й кожна прися́га заро́ку впокоря́ти свою душу, — чоловік її зробить важно́ю, або́ чоловік її унева́жнить її. |
|
15 А якщо чоловік її, замо́вчуючи, буде мовча́ти їй з дня на день, то зробить важни́ми всі її обі́тниці, або всі її заро́ки, що на ній; зробив їх важни́ми, бо він мовчав їй того дня, коли був почув. |
|
16 А якщо справді унева́жнить він їх по то́му, як був почув, то понесе він гріх її. |

3 Коли хто складає обі́тницю для Господа або присягне́ прися́гу заректи́ заро́ка на душу свою, хай той не порушить свого слова, — нехай зробить усе, як вийшло було з його уст. |

4 And her father hears of her vows and the bonds wherewith she has bound herself, and her father shall keep silent toward her; then all her vows shall stand and every bond wherewith she has bound herself shall stand. |
4 А жінка, коли складає обітницю для Господа, і зарече́ заро́ка в домі свого батька в своїй мо́лодості, |

5 But if her father shall make them void in the day that he hears of all the vows and all the bonds by which she has bound herself, then they shall not stand; and the LORD shall forgive her because her father had declared them void. |
5 і почує її батько обітницю її та заро́ка, що зарекла́ на свою душу, та буде мовчати їй ба́тько її, то будуть важні всі обі́тниці її, і буде важний кожен зарі́к її, що вона зарекла́ на ду́шу свою́. |

6 And if she is given in marriage to a husband, and her vows are upon her or she has uttered anything out of her lips by which she bound herself. |
6 А якщо батько її заборонить їй того дня, коли був почув, усі обі́тниці її та заро́ки її, що зарекла́ на свою душу, то не будуть вони важні́, а Госпо́дь пробачить їй, бо її ба́тько заборонив їй. |

7 And her husband hears of it and keeps silent in the day that he hears it; then all her vows shall stand and her bonds by which she has bound herself shall stand. |
7 А якщо буде вона замі́жня, а обі́тниці її на ній або мова уст її, що зарекла́ на душу свою, |
|
8 But if her husband makes them void on the day that he hears of it, then shall her vows be void and that which she uttered with her lips, and the gifts which she has promised, by which she bound herself, shall be of none effect; and the LORD shall forgive her. |
8 і почує її чоловік, і буде мовчати їй того дня, коли почує, то будуть важні́ обі́тниці її, і заро́ки її, що зарекла́ на свою душу, будуть важні́. |

10 А обі́тниця вдови та розве́деної, усе, що зарекла́ на свою душу, буде важне́ на ній. |
|
11 And her husband heard it but kept silent toward her and did not nullify it; then her vow shall stand, and the bond by which she has bound herself shall stand. |
11 А якщо вона обі́тувала в домі свого чоловіка, або зарекла́ заро́ка на свою душу прися́гою, |
|
12 But if her husband has utterly made her vows void on the day when he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows or concerning the bonds by which she bound herself shall not stand, because her husband has made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her. |
12 а чоловік її чув та змо́вчав їй, не заборонив їй, то будуть важні́ всі обі́тниці її, і кожен зарі́к, що зарекла́ на свою душу, буде важни́й. |
|
13 Every vow and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish or her husband may make it void. |
13 А якщо справді унева́жнить їх чоловік її того дня, коли він почує, то все, що вийшло з її уст для її обітниць та для заро́ків душі її, не буде важне́, — її чоловік унева́жнив їх, і Господь про́стить їй. |

14 But if her husband should remain silent toward her from day to day; then he confirms all her vows and all her bonds which are upon her; he confirms them because he kept silent toward her on the day that he heard them. |
14 Кожна обі́тниця й кожна прися́га заро́ку впокоря́ти свою душу, — чоловік її зробить важно́ю, або́ чоловік її унева́жнить її. |

15 But if he shall make them void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity. |
15 А якщо чоловік її, замо́вчуючи, буде мовча́ти їй з дня на день, то зробить важни́ми всі її обі́тниці, або всі її заро́ки, що на ній; зробив їх важни́ми, бо він мовчав їй того дня, коли був почув. |

16 А якщо справді унева́жнить він їх по то́му, як був почув, то понесе він гріх її. |
