1 Moreover the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to me, saying,559

2 Du559 Menschenkind1121, so spricht der120 HErr136 HErr3069 vom Lande127 Israel3478: Das Ende7093 kommt935, das Ende7093 über alle vier702 Örter3671 des Landes776.

2 Also, you son1121 of man,120 thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD3069 to the land127 of Israel;3478 An end,7093 the end7093 is come935 on the four702 corners3671 of the land.776
|

3 Nun kommt das Ende7093 über dich; denn ich will meinen Grimm639 über dich senden7971 und will dich richten8199, wie du verdienet hast, und will dir geben5414, was allen1870 deinen Greueln8441 gebührt.

3 Now6258 is the end7093 come on you, and I will send7971 my anger639 on you, and will judge8199 you according to your ways,1870 and will recompense5414 on you all3605 your abominations.8441

4 Mein Auge5869 soll dein nicht2550 schonen2347, noch übersehen, sondern ich will dir1870 geben5414, wie du verdienet hast und deine Greuel8441 sollen unter8432 dich kommen, daß ihr3045 erfahren sollt, ich sei der HErr3068.

4 And my eye5869 shall not spare2347 you, neither3808 will I have pity:2550 but I will recompense5414 your ways1870 on you, and your abominations8441 shall be in the middle8432 of you: and you shall know3045 that I am the LORD.3068
|

5 So spricht559 der HErr136 HErr3069: Siehe, es kommt935 ein259 Unglück7451 über das andere!

5 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 An evil,7451 an only259 evil,7451 behold,2009 is come.935
|
|
6 Das Ende7093 kommt935, es kommt935 das Ende7093, es ist erwacht6974 über dich; siehe, es kommt935!
|
6 An end7093 is come,935 the end7093 is come:935 it watches6974 for you; behold,2009 it is come.935
|
|
7 Es gehet schon auf6843 und bricht daher über dich, du Einwohner3427 des Landes776; die Zeit6256 kommt935, der Tag3117 des Jammers4103 ist935 nahe7138, da kein Singen auf1906 den Bergen2022 sein935 wird.

7 The morning6843 is come935 to you, O you that dwell3427 in the land:776 the time6256 is come,935 the day3117 of trouble4103 is near,7138 and not the sounding1906 again1906 of the mountains.2022
|
|
8 Nun will ich bald meinen Grimm2534 über dich schütten8210 und meinen Zorn639 an dir vollenden; und will dich richten8199, wie du7138 verdienet hast3615, und dir geben5414, was deinen Greueln8441 allen1870 gebührt.
|
8 Now6258 will I shortly7138 pour8210 out my fury2534 on you, and accomplish3615 my anger639 on you: and I will judge8199 you according to your ways,1870 and will recompense5414 you for all3605 your abominations.8441

9 Mein Auge soll dein nicht2550 schonen2347 und will nicht gnädig sein, sondern ich will dir1870 geben5414, wie du verdienet hast, und deine Greuel8441 sollen unter8432 dich kommen, daß ihr3045 erfahren sollt, ich sei der HErr3068, der euch5869 schlägt5221.

9 And my eye5869 shall not spare,2347 neither3808 will I have pity:2550 I will recompense5414 you according to your ways1870 and your abominations8441 that are in the middle8432 of you; and you shall know3045 that I am the LORD3068 that smites.5221

10 Siehe, der Tag3117, siehe, er kommt935 daher, er bricht an6843! Die Rute4294 blühet, und3318 der Stolze2087 grünet.
|
10 Behold2009 the day,3117 behold,2009 it is come:935 the morning6843 is gone3318 forth;3318 the rod4294 has blossomed,6692 pride2087 has budded.6524
|
|
11 Der Tyrann2555 hat sich6965 aufgemacht zur Rute4294 über die GOttlosen7562, daß nichts von ihnen, noch von ihrem Volk, noch von ihrem Haufen1995 Trost5089 haben wird.
|
11 Violence2555 is risen6965 up into a rod4294 of wickedness:7562 none3808 of them shall remain, nor3808 of their multitude,1995 nor3808 of any1991 of their's:1992 neither3808 shall there be wailing5089 for them.
|
|
12 Darum kommt935 die Zeit6256, der Tag3117 nahet herzu5060. Der Käufer7069 freue sich8055 nicht4376, und der Verkäufer traure nicht56; denn es kommt der Zorn2740 über all ihren Haufen1995.
|
12 The time6256 is come,935 the day3117 draws near:5060 let not the buyer7069 rejoice,8055 nor408 the seller4376 mourn:56 for wrath2740 is on all3605 the multitude1995 thereof.
|
|
13 Darum soll der Verkäufer zu seinem verkauften4376 Gut4465 nicht wieder7725 trachten; denn wer da lebet, der wird‘s haben2416. Denn die Weissagung2377 über all ihren Haufen1995 wird nicht zurückkehren; keiner376 wird sein2388 Leben2416 erhalten um7725 seiner Missetat5771 willen.

13 For the seller4376 shall not return7725 to that which is sold,4465 although they were yet5750 alive:2416 for the vision2377 is touching413 the whole3605 multitude1995 thereof, which shall not return;7725 neither3808 shall any376 strengthen2388 himself in the iniquity5771 of his life.2416

14 Laßt sie die Posaune8619 nur blasen8628 und alles zurüsten3559! Es wird doch niemand in den Krieg4421 ziehen1980; denn mein Grimm2740 gehet über all ihren Haufen1995.
|
14 They have blown8628 the trumpet,8628 even to make all3605 ready;3559 but none369 goes1980 to the battle:4421 for my wrath2740 is on all3605 the multitude1995 thereof.

15 Auf den Gassen2351 gehet das Schwert2719, in den Häusern1004 gehet Pestilenz1698 und Hunger7458. Wer auf dem Felde7704 ist, der wird vom Schwert2719 sterben4191; wer aber in der Stadt5892 ist, den wird die Pestilenz1698 und Hunger7458 fressen398.

15 The sword2719 is without,2351 and the pestilence1698 and the famine7458 within:1004 he that is in the field7704 shall die4191 with the sword;2719 and he that is in the city,5892 famine7458 and pestilence1698 shall devour398 him.

16 Und welche unter ihnen6403 entrinnen6412, die3123 müssen auf den Gebirgen2022 sein und wie die Tauben in Gründen1516, die alle untereinander376 girren1993, ein jeglicher um seiner Missetat5771 willen.
|
16 But they that escape6403 of them shall escape,6412 and shall be on413 the mountains2022 like doves3123 of the valleys,1516 all3605 of them mourning,1993 every376 one376 for his iniquity.5771
|
|
17 Aller Hände3027 werden3212 dahinsinken7503 und aller Kniee1290 werden so ungewiß stehen wie Wasser4325.
|
17 All3605 hands3027 shall be feeble,7503 and all3605 knees1290 shall be weak3212 as water.4325
|
|
18 Und werden Säcke8242 um sich3680 gürten und mit Furcht6427 überschüttet sein2296, und aller Angesicht6440 jämmerlich955 sehen, und aller Häupter7218 werden kahl7144 sein.
|
18 They shall also gird2296 themselves with sackcloth,8242 and horror6427 shall cover3680 them; and shame955 shall be on all3605 faces,6440 and baldness7144 on all3605 their heads.7218
|
|
19 Sie werden5079 ihr Silber3701 hinauf auf die Gassen2351 werfen7993 und ihr Gold2091 als einen Unflat achten; denn ihr Silber3701 und Gold2091 wird sie nicht3201 erretten5337 am Tage3117 des Zorns5678 des HErrn3068. Und werden7646 doch ihre See LE5315 davon nicht sättigen noch ihren Bauch4578 davon füllen4390; denn es ist ihnen gewesen ein Ärgernis4383 zu ihrer Missetat5771.

19 They shall cast7993 their silver3701 in the streets,2351 and their gold2091 shall be removed:5079 their silver3701 and their gold2091 shall not be able3201 to deliver5337 them in the day3117 of the wrath5678 of the LORD:3068 they shall not satisfy7646 their souls,5315 neither3808 fill4390 their bowels:4578 because3588 it is the stumbling block4383 of their iniquity.5771

20 Sie5414 haben aus ihren edlen6643 Kleinoden5716, damit sie Hoffart1347 trieben, Bilder6754 ihrer Greuel8441 und Scheuel8251 gemacht6213; darum will ich‘s ihnen zum Unflat5079 machen7760
|
20 As for the beauty6643 of his ornament,5716 he set7760 it in majesty:1347 but they made6213 the images6754 of their abominations8441 and of their detestable8251 things therein: therefore5921 3651 have I set5414 it far5079 from them.

21 und will‘s Fremden2114 in die Hände3027 geben5414, daß sie es rauben957, und den GOttlosen7563 auf Erden776 zur Ausbeute7998, daß sie es entheiligen2490 sollen.
|
21 And I will give5414 it into the hands3027 of the strangers2114 for a prey,957 and to the wicked7563 of the earth776 for a spoil;7998 and they shall pollute2490 it.
|
|
22 Ich will935 mein Angesicht6440 davon kehren5437, daß sie6845 meinen Schatz ja wohl entheiligen2490; ja, Räuber6530 sollen darüber kommen und es entheiligen2490.
|
22 My face6440 will I turn5437 also from them, and they shall pollute2490 my secret6845 place: for the robbers6530 shall enter935 into it, and defile2490 it.
|
|
23 Mache6213 Ketten7569; denn das Land776 ist4390 voll Blutschulden1818 und4390 die Stadt5892 voll Frevels2555.
|
23 Make6213 a chain:7569 for the land776 is full4390 of bloody1818 crimes,4941 and the city5892 is full4390 of violence.2555
|
|
24 So will935 ich die Ärgsten7451 unter den Heiden1471 kommen lassen, daß sie6942 sollen5157 ihre Häuser1004 einnehmen3423, und will der Gewaltigen5794 Hoffart1347 ein Ende machen7673 und ihre Kirchen entheiligen2490.
|
24 Why I will bring935 the worst7451 of the heathen,1471 and they shall possess3423 their houses:1004 I will also make the pomp1347 of the strong5794 to cease;7673 and their holy6942 places shall be defiled.2490
|
|
25 Der Ausrotter7089 kommt935; da werden sie1245 Frieden7965 suchen, und wird nicht da sein.
|
25 Destruction7089 comes;935 and they shall seek1245 peace,7965 and there shall be none.369
|
|
26 Ein Unfall1943 wird über den andern kommen935, ein Gerücht8052 über das andere. So werden sie1245 dann ein Gesicht2377 bei den Propheten5030 suchen; aber es wird weder Gesetz8451 bei den Priestern3548 noch Rat6098 bei den Alten220 mehr6 sein.

26 Mischief1943 shall come935 on mischief,1943 and rumor8052 shall be on rumor;8052 then shall they seek1245 a vision2377 of the prophet;5030 but the law8451 shall perish6 from the priest,3548 and counsel6098 from the ancients.2204

|
27 Der8077 König4428 wird betrübt sein, und6213 die Fürsten5387 werden traurig56 gekleidet sein, und die Hände3027 des Volks5971 im1870 Lande776 werden verzagt sein. Ich926 will mit ihnen umgehen, wie4941 sie3847 gelebet haben3045, und will sie richten8199, wie sie es verdienet haben, daß sie erfahren sollen, ich sei der HErr3068.

27 The king4428 shall mourn,56 and the prince5387 shall be clothed3847 with desolation,8077 and the hands3027 of the people5971 of the land776 shall be troubled:926 I will do6213 to them after their way,1870 and according to their deserts4941 will I judge8199 them; and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD.3068
