2 „А ти, сину лю́дський, здійми пісню жало́бну про Тир! |
|
3 І скажеш до Тиру: Ти, що при входах морськи́х пробува́єш, що торгуєш з наро́дами на числе́нних острова́х: Так говорить Господь Бог: Тире, ти сказав: я — то корона краси́! |
|
4 У серці морі́в границі твої; будівни́чі твої доверши́ли твою красу́! |
|
5 З кипари́су з Сені́ру вони збудували для тебе всі до́шки подві́йні, взяли ке́дра з Лива́ну, щоб що́глу зроби́ти на тобі. |
|
6 З баша́нських дубі́в твої весла зробили, твій по́клад зробили із кости слоно́вої, із смере́ки з острові́в тих Кіттійських. |
|
7 Сорока́тий з Єгипту віссо́н був вітри́лом твоїм, щоб за пра́пора бути тобі; блаки́ть та пурпу́ра з острові́в Еліші стали твоїм покриття́м. |
|
8 Мешка́нці Сидо́ну й Арва́ду були весляра́ми тобі, мудреці́ твої, Тире, у тебе були, вони — морепла́вці твої. |
|
9 Старші́ із Ґева́лу й його мудреці́ були в тебе за тих, що латали проло́ми твої. Всі морські́ кораблі й морепла́вці їхні в тебе були́, щоб міняти крам твїй. |
|
10 Перс, і Луд, і Пут були в ві́йську твоїм вояка́ми твоїми, вішали в тебе щита́ та шоло́ма, — вони то давали тобі пишноту́. |
|
11 Сино́ве Арваду та ві́йсько твоє — навко́ло на мурах твоїх, а Ґаммадеї на ба́штах твоїх пробува́ли, щити́ свої вішали навколо на мурах твоїх, — вони доверши́ли окрасу твою. |
|
12 Тарші́ш був для те́бе купцем через много́ту багатства усякого; срі́блом, залізом, циною й оливом платили вони за крам твій. |
|
13 Яван, Тувал та Мешех — це купці твої, — людську душу та мідяні речі давали вони за замі́нний крам твій. |
|
14 З дому Тоґарми давали коні, і верхівців, і мулів за крам твій. |
|
15 Сино́ве Дедану — твої покупці́; числе́нні острови́ — торгували з тобою, — рога́ми слоно́вої кости й геба́новим деревом звертали данину твою. |
|
16 Арам — твій купець через многість виро́бів твоїх; руби́н, пурпу́ру, і квітча́сту ткани́ну, і віссо́н, і кора́лі та дорогоці́нний камінь давали тобі за крам твій. |
|
17 Юда й Ізраїлів Край — це купці твої; пшеницю з Мінніту, солодо́щі, і мед, і оли́ву й бальза́м давали вони за замі́нний крам твій. |
|
18 Дамаск — твій купець через многість виро́бів твоїх, через многість багатства усякого, вином із Хелбону та білою вовною. |
|
19 Ведан та Яван із Уззалу давали тобі́ за крам залізо обро́блене, бальза́м та очере́т, — було це замінним кра́мом твоїм. |
|
20 Дедан — твій купець килимка́ми до сі́дел при їждженні. |
|
21 Арабія та всі кеда́рські князі́ — покупці це твоєї руки; ягня́тами, і барана́ми, і козла́ми, — ними торгі́вля твоя. |
|
22 Купці Шеви й Рами — покупці це твої, — коштовним бальза́мом, і дорогим усіля́ким камінням та злотом давали вони за това́р твій. |
|
23 Харан, і Ханне, і Еден, купці Шеви, Ашшу́р та Кілмад — це твої покупці́. |
|
24 Це твої покупці́ коштовним убра́нням: покрива́лами блаки́тними, і квітча́стими, і багатокольоро́вими тка́ними ви́робами, міцни́ми шну́рами пов'я́заними за крам твій. |
|
25 Кораблі із Таршішу — твої карава́ни, для краму твого замі́нного, — і став ти багатим, і став дуже славним у серці морі́в. |
|
26 На воду велику тебе завели́ твої веслярі́, і в серці морів східній вітер розі́б'є тебе́. |
|
27 Багатство твоє та крам твій, і ви́роби твої замі́нні, морепла́вці твої і твої щоглярі́, ті, що латають пробо́ї твої, і ті, що міняють замі́нний крам твій, і всі твої вояки́, які в тебе, і всі збори твої, що серед тебе, — попа́дають в серці морі́в в дні упа́дку твого́! |

28 На ле́мент твоїх щоглярі́в затремтя́ть вали мо́рські, |
|
29 і посхо́дять з своїх кораблів усі веслярі́, морепла́вці, всі морські́ щоглярі́, — на землі постаю́ть. |
|
30 І заголо́сять за тебе вони тужним голосом, і кричатимуть гірко, і свої го́лови по́рохом пообсипають, у по́пелі будуть кача́тись! |
|
31 І зроблять собі ради тебе жало́бную ли́сину, і себе́ опере́жуть вере́тами, і плакатимуть за тобою в гірко́ті душі гірки́м голосі́нням. |
|
32 І пісню жало́би сини їхні зді́ймуть про тебе, і над тобою співа́тимуть жа́лібно: „Хто інший, як Тир, — посере́дині моря зруйно́ваний? |
|
33 Коли приплива́ли ви́роби твої із морі́в, насища́в ти числе́нні наро́ди; многото́ю багатства твого та ви́робів замі́нних твоїх ти збага́чував зе́мських царі́в! |
|
34 Тепер же, коли ти розбитий на морі, у водних глиби́нах, то замінний ви́ріб твій і всі збори твої серед тебе попа́дали. |
|
35 Над тобою стовпі́ють усі остров'я́ни, а їхні царі затремтіли від жа́ху, засльози́лися їхні обличчя! |
|
36 Купці серед наро́дів глузли́во свистя́ть над тобою,— ти по́страхом став, і не буде навіки тебе́!“ |

1 THE word of the LORD came to me, saying, |
|
2 Now, Son of man, make a lamentation over Tyre; |
|
3 And say to Tyre, O you that are situated at the entry of the sea, the trading center of the people and of many islands, Thus says the LORD God: O Tyre, you have said, I am the crown of beauty. |
|
4 Your borders are in the midst of the seas, your builders have perfected your beauty. |
|
5 They have brought you timber of fir trees from Senir for your ships; they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for you. |
|
6 Of the oaks of Bashan have they made your oars; they have made your benches of ivory brought from the isles of China. |
|
7 Fine linen with embroidered work brought from Egypt was made for your sails; blue and purple they brought you from the islands of Alis for your covering. |
|
8 The inhabitants of Zidon and Arwad were your mariners; your wise men, O Tyre, were your pilots. |
|
9 The elders of Gebal and the wise men thereof were your caulkers; all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in your harbors. |
|
10 The Persians, the Lydians, and the men of Put, all valiant men, were in your army; they hung the shields and the helmets in you; they were your glory. |
|
11 The men of Arwad with your army manned your fortified walls and guarded your towers; they hung their shields upon your walls round about; they made your beauty perfect. |
|
12 Tarshish was your market place by reason of the abundance and variety of your wealth: silver, iron, tin, and lead they brought in to you for sale. |
|
13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your merchants; they traded with you in slaves and vessels of brass in your markets. |
|
14 They of the house of Togarmah traded in your markets with horses and horsemen and mules. |
|
15 The men of Deran were your merchants; many islands were the markets for the products of your hands; they brought you for presents horns of ivory for ointment, and frankincense. |
|
16 Edom was your market place by reason of many of your products: your purple, fine linen, embroidered work, purple robes, bracelets, and agate. |
|
17 Judah and the land of Israel, they were your merchants; they traded in your markets wheat, rice, millet, honey, oil, and balsam. |
|
18 Damascus was your market place in the multitude of your products and your wealth; she traded with good wine and white wool. |
|
19 Dan and Javan brought you merchandise to your markets from Usal, their iron ore, cassia, and cane. |
|
20 Deran was your market place; her merchants brought you the choicest cattle. |
|
21 They also brought you rams, lambs, and kids. |
|
22 The merchants of Sheba and Raamah brought to your markets their best spices and precious stones and gold. |
|
23 Haran and Canneh and Eden, the merchants of Sheba and Assyria, were your merchants. |
|
24 These were your merchants, who brought you blue clothes and embroidered work and precious riches, which were wrapped up and bound with cords and laden in ships made of cedar. |
|
25 The men of Tarshish who dwell west of you brought you loads of merchandise, and you were filled and became exceedingly strong. |
|
26 Your rowers have brought you into great waters; the east wind has broken you in the midst of the seas. |
|
27 Your riches and your merchandise and your fairs, all your chosen warriors, your mariners and your pilots, your caulkers and the handlers of your merchandise and all your men of war and all the multitude of people who are in you shall fall in the midst of the seas in the day of your ruin. |
|
28 Those who dwell round about you shall tremble at the sound of the wailing of your pilots. |
|
29 And all that handle the oar, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand on the shore, |
|
30 And they shall lament over you a great and bitter lamentation and shall cast dust upon their heads and shall wallow in ashes: |
|
31 And they shall shave their heads in mourning over you, and gird themselves with sackcloth, and they shall weep for you with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing. |
|
32 And their sons shall take up lamentations for you and lament over you, saying, Who was like Tyre built in the midst of the sea? |
|
33 When your wares went forth upon the seas, you filled many nations; you enriched the kings of the earth with the abundance of your riches and of your merchandise. |
|
34 In the time when you shall be broken and sink in the depths of the sea, your merchandise and all your people in the midst of you shall fall. |
|
35 All the inhabitants of the islands shall be astonished at you and their kings shall be sore afraid; tears shall run down their faces. |
|
36 The merchants among the people shall hiss at you; you have become a ruin, and you never shall be any more. |

1 THE word of the LORD came to me, saying, |

8 The inhabitants of Zidon and Arwad were your mariners; your wise men, O Tyre, were your pilots. |
|
9 Старші́ із Ґева́лу й його мудреці́ були в тебе за тих, що латали проло́ми твої. Всі морські́ кораблі й морепла́вці їхні в тебе були́, щоб міняти крам твїй. |
9 The elders of Gebal and the wise men thereof were your caulkers; all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in your harbors. |
|
10 Перс, і Луд, і Пут були в ві́йську твоїм вояка́ми твоїми, вішали в тебе щита́ та шоло́ма, — вони то давали тобі пишноту́. |
10 The Persians, the Lydians, and the men of Put, all valiant men, were in your army; they hung the shields and the helmets in you; they were your glory. |

11 The men of Arwad with your army manned your fortified walls and guarded your towers; they hung their shields upon your walls round about; they made your beauty perfect. |

12 Tarshish was your market place by reason of the abundance and variety of your wealth: silver, iron, tin, and lead they brought in to you for sale. |
|
13 Яван, Тувал та Мешех — це купці твої, — людську душу та мідяні речі давали вони за замі́нний крам твій. |
13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your merchants; they traded with you in slaves and vessels of brass in your markets. |
|
14 З дому Тоґарми давали коні, і верхівців, і мулів за крам твій. |
14 They of the house of Togarmah traded in your markets with horses and horsemen and mules. |
|

15 The men of Deran were your merchants; many islands were the markets for the products of your hands; they brought you for presents horns of ivory for ointment, and frankincense. |

16 Edom was your market place by reason of many of your products: your purple, fine linen, embroidered work, purple robes, bracelets, and agate. |

17 Judah and the land of Israel, they were your merchants; they traded in your markets wheat, rice, millet, honey, oil, and balsam. |

18 Damascus was your market place in the multitude of your products and your wealth; she traded with good wine and white wool. |
|

25 The men of Tarshish who dwell west of you brought you loads of merchandise, and you were filled and became exceedingly strong. |
|

26 Your rowers have brought you into great waters; the east wind has broken you in the midst of the seas. |
|
27 Багатство твоє та крам твій, і ви́роби твої замі́нні, морепла́вці твої і твої щоглярі́, ті, що латають пробо́ї твої, і ті, що міняють замі́нний крам твій, і всі твої вояки́, які в тебе, і всі збори твої, що серед тебе, — попа́дають в серці морі́в в дні упа́дку твого́! |
27 Your riches and your merchandise and your fairs, all your chosen warriors, your mariners and your pilots, your caulkers and the handlers of your merchandise and all your men of war and all the multitude of people who are in you shall fall in the midst of the seas in the day of your ruin. |

28 На ле́мент твоїх щоглярі́в затремтя́ть вали мо́рські, |
28 Those who dwell round about you shall tremble at the sound of the wailing of your pilots. |
|
29 і посхо́дять з своїх кораблів усі веслярі́, морепла́вці, всі морські́ щоглярі́, — на землі постаю́ть. |
29 And all that handle the oar, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand on the shore, |
|
30 І заголо́сять за тебе вони тужним голосом, і кричатимуть гірко, і свої го́лови по́рохом пообсипають, у по́пелі будуть кача́тись! |
30 And they shall lament over you a great and bitter lamentation and shall cast dust upon their heads and shall wallow in ashes: |
|
31 І зроблять собі ради тебе жало́бную ли́сину, і себе́ опере́жуть вере́тами, і плакатимуть за тобою в гірко́ті душі гірки́м голосі́нням. |
31 And they shall shave their heads in mourning over you, and gird themselves with sackcloth, and they shall weep for you with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing. |
|
32 І пісню жало́би сини їхні зді́ймуть про тебе, і над тобою співа́тимуть жа́лібно: „Хто інший, як Тир, — посере́дині моря зруйно́ваний? |
32 And their sons shall take up lamentations for you and lament over you, saying, Who was like Tyre built in the midst of the sea? |

33 Коли приплива́ли ви́роби твої із морі́в, насища́в ти числе́нні наро́ди; многото́ю багатства твого та ви́робів замі́нних твоїх ти збага́чував зе́мських царі́в! |
33 When your wares went forth upon the seas, you filled many nations; you enriched the kings of the earth with the abundance of your riches and of your merchandise. |
|
34 Тепер же, коли ти розбитий на морі, у водних глиби́нах, то замінний ви́ріб твій і всі збори твої серед тебе попа́дали. |
34 In the time when you shall be broken and sink in the depths of the sea, your merchandise and all your people in the midst of you shall fall. |
|
35 Над тобою стовпі́ють усі остров'я́ни, а їхні царі затремтіли від жа́ху, засльози́лися їхні обличчя! |
35 All the inhabitants of the islands shall be astonished at you and their kings shall be sore afraid; tears shall run down their faces. |
|
36 Купці серед наро́дів глузли́во свистя́ть над тобою,— ти по́страхом став, і не буде навіки тебе́!“ |
36 The merchants among the people shall hiss at you; you have become a ruin, and you never shall be any more. |
