Глава 14

1 Вы сыны Иеговы, Бога вашего, не надрезывайте тела вашего и не выстригайте волос над глазами вашими, плача по умершем,

2 Поелику ты народ святый у Иеговы, Бога твоего, и тебя избрал Иегова, чтоб ты был собственным Его народом из всех народов, которые на земле.

3 Не ешь ничего гнусного.

4 Вот скот, который вам можно есть: коровы, овцы, козы,

5 Олень, и серна, и сайгак, и сайга, и нигарг, и орикс и зубр.

6 Всякой скот, у которого раздвоены копыта и на обоих копытах глубокий разрез, и который скот жует жвачку, тот ешьте.

7 Только сих не ешьте из жующих жвачку и имеющих раздвоенные копыта с глубоким разрезом: верблюда, зайца и тушканчика; потому что хотя они жуют жвачку, но копыта у них не раздвоены: нечисты они для вас;

8 И свиньи, потому что копыта у ней раздвоены, но не жует жвачки: нечиста она для вас; не ешьте мяса их и к трупам их не прикасайтесь.

9 Из всех животных, которые в воде, ешьте сии: у которых есть перья и чешуя, все те ешьте;

10 Но всех тех, у которых нет перьев и чешуи, не ешьте: нечисто это для вас.

11 Всякую птицу чистую ешьте.

12 Но сих не должно вам есть из них: орла, грифа и морского орла,

13 Коршуна, сокола и кречета, с породою их,

14 И всякого ворона с породою его,

15 Страуса, совы, чайки, и ястреба с породою его,

16 Филина, ибиса и лебедя,

17 Пеликана, сипа и рыболова,

18 Цапли, и зуя с породою его, удода и нетопыря.

19 Все животные пресмыкающиеся крылатые нечисты для вас; не ешьте [их].

20 Всякую птицу чистую ешьте.

21 Не ешьте никакой мертвечины; пришельцу, который будет в жилищах твоих, отдай ее, он пусть ест ее, или продай иноземцу; ибо ты народ святый у Иеговы Бога твоего; не вари козленка в молоке матери его.

22 Отделяй десятину от всего произведения семян твоих, которое приходит с поля [твоего] каждогодно,

23 И ешь [сие] пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, на том месте, которое изберет, [Господь, Бог твой], чтоб обитать имени Его там; [приноси] десятину хлеба твоего, вина твоего и елея твоего, и первенцев крупного скота твоего и мелкого скота твоего, дабы ты научился бояться Иеговы Бога твоего, во все дни.

24 Если же длинна будет для тебя дорога, так что ты не можешь нести сего, потому что далеко от тебя то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой, чтоб положить там имя Свое: то, когда благословил тебя Иегова, Бог твой,

25 Продай [это] за серебро, и возьми серебро в руку твою, и приходи на то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой;

26 И покупай на серебро сие всего, чего пожелает душа твоя, волов, овец, вина, напитков и всего, чего потребует от тебя душа твоя, и ешь там пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, и веселись ты и семейство твое.

27 И Левита, который в жилищах твоих, не оставь; поелику нет ему части и удела с тобою.

28 По прошествии же трех лет отделяй все десятины произведений твоих в тот год, и клади [сие] в жилищах твоих;

29 И пусть придет Левит, поскольку нет ему части и удела с тобою, и пришлец, и сирота, и вдова, которые находятся в жилищах твоих, и пусть едят и насыщаются; дабы благословил тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всяком деле рук твоих, которое ты будешь делать.

Deuteronomy

Chapter 14

1 YOU are the children of the LORD your God; you shall not make tattooed patterns in the skin, nor any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

2 For you are a holy people to the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a beloved people to himself, above all the peoples that are on the face of the earth.

3 You shall not eat any abominable thing.

4 These are the beasts which you shall eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,

5 The hart, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the buffalo, the rock-goat, the mountain goat.

6 Every animal that parts the hoof and has the hoof divided into two parts and chews the cud among the animals, that you shall eat.

7 Nevertheless you shall not eat of these that chew the cud, or of these that have the hoof divided, such as the camel, the hare, and the coney; for they chew the cud, but their hoofs are not divided; therefore they are unclean for you.

8 And the swine, because it divides the hoof, but does not chew the cud, is unclean for you; you shall not eat of their meat, nor touch their dead carcasses.

9 These you shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales you shall eat:

10 And whatever does not have fins and scales, you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.

11 Of all clean birds you shall eat.

12 But these are the ones of which you shall not eat: the eagle, the vulture, and the raven after its kind,

13 The ostrich, and the hawk after its kind,

14 The owl, the pelican, the crow,

15 The little owl, the night hawk, and the bee eater,

16 The stork, the hoopoe after its kind,

17 The desert cock, and the peacock,

18 And all the brood of these birds is unclean for you, you shall not eat them.

19 But of all dean birds you shall eat.

20 You shall not eat of anything that is unclean, but you shall give it to the stranger who is in your towns, that he may eat it.

21 Or you may sell it to an alien; for you are a holy people to the LORD your God. You shall not cook a kid in its mother's milk.

22 You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed that the field brings forth year by year.

23 And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place where he shall choose to set his name, the tithes of your grain, of your wine and of your oil and of the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to revere the LORD your God always.

24 And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it; because the place where the LORD your God chooses to set his name is too far from you, when the LORD your God has blessed you;

25 Then you shall turn them into money, and bind up the money in a cloth and keep it in your possession, and go to the place which the LORD your God chooses;

26 And you shall buy with that money whatever you desire, oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink or whatever you may desire; and you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household,

27 And the Levite who is within your towns; you shall not forsake him; for he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

28 At the end of three years you shall bring forth all the tithes of your crops the same year, and you shall lay it up within your towns;

29 And the Levite, who has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the proselyte and the orphan and the widow who are within your towns shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you shall do.

1 YOU are the children of the LORD your God; you shall not make tattooed patterns in the skin, nor any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

2 Поелику ты народ святый у Иеговы, Бога твоего, и тебя избрал Иегова, чтоб ты был собственным Его народом из всех народов, которые на земле.

2 For you are a holy people to the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a beloved people to himself, above all the peoples that are on the face of the earth.

3 Не ешь ничего гнусного.

3 You shall not eat any abominable thing.

4 Вот скот, который вам можно есть: коровы, овцы, козы,

4 These are the beasts which you shall eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,

5 Олень, и серна, и сайгак, и сайга, и нигарг, и орикс и зубр.

5 The hart, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the buffalo, the rock-goat, the mountain goat.

6 Всякой скот, у которого раздвоены копыта и на обоих копытах глубокий разрез, и который скот жует жвачку, тот ешьте.

6 Every animal that parts the hoof and has the hoof divided into two parts and chews the cud among the animals, that you shall eat.

7 Только сих не ешьте из жующих жвачку и имеющих раздвоенные копыта с глубоким разрезом: верблюда, зайца и тушканчика; потому что хотя они жуют жвачку, но копыта у них не раздвоены: нечисты они для вас;

7 Nevertheless you shall not eat of these that chew the cud, or of these that have the hoof divided, such as the camel, the hare, and the coney; for they chew the cud, but their hoofs are not divided; therefore they are unclean for you.

8 И свиньи, потому что копыта у ней раздвоены, но не жует жвачки: нечиста она для вас; не ешьте мяса их и к трупам их не прикасайтесь.

8 And the swine, because it divides the hoof, but does not chew the cud, is unclean for you; you shall not eat of their meat, nor touch their dead carcasses.

9 Из всех животных, которые в воде, ешьте сии: у которых есть перья и чешуя, все те ешьте;

9 These you shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales you shall eat:

10 Но всех тех, у которых нет перьев и чешуи, не ешьте: нечисто это для вас.

10 And whatever does not have fins and scales, you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.

23 И ешь [сие] пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, на том месте, которое изберет, [Господь, Бог твой], чтоб обитать имени Его там; [приноси] десятину хлеба твоего, вина твоего и елея твоего, и первенцев крупного скота твоего и мелкого скота твоего, дабы ты научился бояться Иеговы Бога твоего, во все дни.

23 And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place where he shall choose to set his name, the tithes of your grain, of your wine and of your oil and of the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to revere the LORD your God always.

24 Если же длинна будет для тебя дорога, так что ты не можешь нести сего, потому что далеко от тебя то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой, чтоб положить там имя Свое: то, когда благословил тебя Иегова, Бог твой,

24 And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it; because the place where the LORD your God chooses to set his name is too far from you, when the LORD your God has blessed you;

25 Продай [это] за серебро, и возьми серебро в руку твою, и приходи на то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой;

25 Then you shall turn them into money, and bind up the money in a cloth and keep it in your possession, and go to the place which the LORD your God chooses;

26 И покупай на серебро сие всего, чего пожелает душа твоя, волов, овец, вина, напитков и всего, чего потребует от тебя душа твоя, и ешь там пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, и веселись ты и семейство твое.

26 And you shall buy with that money whatever you desire, oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink or whatever you may desire; and you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household,

27 И Левита, который в жилищах твоих, не оставь; поелику нет ему части и удела с тобою.

27 And the Levite who is within your towns; you shall not forsake him; for he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

28 По прошествии же трех лет отделяй все десятины произведений твоих в тот год, и клади [сие] в жилищах твоих;

28 At the end of three years you shall bring forth all the tithes of your crops the same year, and you shall lay it up within your towns;

29 И пусть придет Левит, поскольку нет ему части и удела с тобою, и пришлец, и сирота, и вдова, которые находятся в жилищах твоих, и пусть едят и насыщаются; дабы благословил тебя Иегова, Бог твой, во всяком деле рук твоих, которое ты будешь делать.

29 And the Levite, who has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the proselyte and the orphan and the widow who are within your towns shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you shall do.
