Глава 5

1 И воззвал Моисей ко всему Израилю, и сказал им: слушай, Израиль, постановления и законы, которые я изреку сегодня в уши ваши, и выучите их, и старайтесь исполнять их.

2 Иегова, Бог наш, поставил с нами завет на Хориве.

3 Не с отцами нашими поставил Господь завет сей, но с нами, с нами, которые здесь сегодня все живы.

4 Лицем к лицу говорил Господь с вами на горе из среды огня;

5 Я же стоял между Господом и между вами в то время, дабы пересказывать вам слово Господа, поелику вы боялись огня и не восходили на гору: Он тогда сказал:

6 Я Иегова, Бог твой, Который вывел тебя из земли Египетской, из дома рабства.

7 Да не будет у тебя других богов пред лицем Моим.

8 Не делай себе кумира и никакого изображения того, что на небе вверху, и что на земле внизу, и что в водах ниже земли.

9 Не поклоняйся им и не служи им: потому что Я Иегова, Бог твой, Бог ревнитель, за вину отцев наказывающий детей до третьего и четвертого рода, ненавидящих Меня,

10 И благотворящий до тысячи родов любящим Меня и соблюдающим заповеди Мои.

11 Не произноси имени Иеговы, Бога твоего, напрасно; ибо не оставит Иегова, [Бог твой,] без наказания того, кто произнесет имя Его напрасно.

12 Наблюдай день субботний, чтобы свято хранить его, как заповедал тебе Иегова, Бог твой.

13 Шесть дней работай и делай всякие дела твои;

14 А день седьмый - суббота Господу, Богу твоему. Не делай [в оный] никакого дела, ни ты, ни сын твой, ни дочь твоя, ни раб твой, ни раба твоя, ни вол твой, ни осел твой, ни всякий скот твой, ни пришлец твой, который у тебя, чтобы отдохнул раб твой, и раба твоя, [и осел твой,] как и ты.

15 И помни, что [ты] был рабом в земле Египетской, но Иегова, Бог твой, вывел тебя оттуда рукою крепкою и мышцею высокою, потому и повелел тебе Иегова, Бог твой, учредить день субботний [и свято хранить его].

16 Почитай отца твоего и матерь твою, как повелел тебе Иегова, Бог твой, чтобы продолжились дни твои и чтобы хорошо тебе было на той земле, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе.

17 Не убивай.

18 Не прелюбодействуй.

19 Не кради.

20 Не произноси ложного свидетельства на ближнего твоего.

21 Не желай жены ближнего твоего и не желай дома ближнего твоего, ни поля его, ни раба его, ни рабы его, ни вола его, ни осла его, [ни всякого скота его,] и всего, что есть у ближнего твоего.

22 Слова сии изрек Господь ко всему собранию вашему на горе из среды огня, облака и мрака, [и бури,] громогласно, и более не говорил, и написал их на двух каменных скрижалях, и дал их мне.

23 И когда вы услышали глас из среды мрака, и гора горела огнем: то вы подошли ко мне, все начальники колен ваших, и старейшины ваши,

24 И сказали: вот, показал нам Иегова, Бог наш, славу Свою и величие Свое, и глас Его слышали мы из среды огня. Сегодня видели мы, что Бог говорит с человеком, и сей остается жив:

25 Но теперь для чего нам умирать? Ибо великий огонь сей пожрет нас; если мы еще услышим глас Иеговы, Бога нашего, то умрем.

26 Ибо есть ли какая плоть, которая бы слышала глас Бога живого, говорящего из среды огня, как мы, и осталась жива?

27 Приступи ты и слушай все, что скажет [тебе] Иегова, Бог наш, и ты пересказывай нам все, что будет говорить тебе Иегова, Бог наш, мы будем слушать и исполнять.

28 Господь услышал слова ваши, как вы разговаривали со мною, и сказал мне Господь: слышал Я слова народа сего, которые они говорили тебе; все, что ни говорили они, хорошо.

29 О, если бы сердце их было у них таково, чтоб бояться Меня и соблюдать все заповеди Мои во все дни, дабы хорошо было им и сынам их вовек.

30 Поди, скажи им: возвратитесь в шатры свои.

31 А ты здесь останься со Мною, и Я изреку тебе все заповеди и постановления и законы, которым ты должен научить их, чтобы они [так] поступали на той земле, которую Я даю им в наследие.

32 Смотрите, поступайте так, как повелел вам Иегова, Бог ваш; не уклоняйтесь ни направо, ни налево.

33 Ходите по всему пути, по которому повелел вам Иегова, Бог ваш, дабы вы были живы и хорошо было вам, и прожили много времени на той земле, которую получите в наследие.

Deuteronomy

Chapter 5

1 AND Moses called all Israel, and said to them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your presence this day, that you may learn them, and keep and do them.

2 The LORD our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.

3 It was not with our fathers that the LORD made this covenant, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.

4 The LORD talked with you face to face in the mountain out of the midst of the fire,

5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the words of the LORD your God; for you were afraid because of the fire, and did not go up into the mountain), saying,

6 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

7 You shall have no other gods besides me.

8 You shall not make for yourself any graven image or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the waters under the earth;

9 You shall not worship them, nor serve them; for I the LORD your God am a zealous God, visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,

10 But showing mercy to thousands of generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

11 You shall not take an oath by the name of the LORD your God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes an oath by his name in vain.

12 Keep the sabbath day and sanctify it, as the LORD your God has commanded you.

13 Six days you shall labor, and do all your work;

14 But the seventh day is the sabbath to the LORD your God; in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your ox, nor your ass, nor any of your cattle, nor the sojourner that is in your towns; that your manservant and your maidservant may rest as well as you.

15 And remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD your God brought you out thence by a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm; therefore the LORD your God has commanded you to keep the sabbath day.

16 Honor your father and your mother, as the LORD your God has commanded you; that your days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with you, in the land which the LORD your God gives you.

17 You shall not kill.

18 You shall not commit adultery.

19 You shall not steal.

20 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

21 You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, neither shall you covet your neighbor's house, nor his field, nor his vineyard, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is your neighbor's.

22 These words the LORD spoke to all the assembly on the mountain out of the midst of the fire, in the cloud and in the thick darkness, with a loud voice which cannot be measured. And he wrote them upon two tablets of stone, and gave them to me.

23 And when you heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness and saw the mountain burning with fire, you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders;

24 And you said, Behold, the LORD our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire; and have seen this day that God does talk with man, and that he lives.

25 Now therefore why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.

26 For who is there of all flesh, that has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

27 Go near and hear all that the LORD our God shall say; and speak to us all that the LORD our God shall speak to you; and we will hear it and do it.

28 And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when you spoke to me; and the LORD said to me, I have heard the voice of the people and the words which they have spoken to you; they have well said all that they have spoken.

29 O that there were such a heart in them, to worship, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children for ever!

30 Go and say to them, Return to your tents.

31 But as for you, stand here before me, and I will tell you all my commandments and my statutes and my judgments, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess.

32 You must observe and do therefore as the LORD your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

33 You shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God has commanded you, that you may live, and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.

2 The LORD our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.

3 Не с отцами нашими поставил Господь завет сей, но с нами, с нами, которые здесь сегодня все живы.

3 It was not with our fathers that the LORD made this covenant, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.

4 Лицем к лицу говорил Господь с вами на горе из среды огня;

4 The LORD talked with you face to face in the mountain out of the midst of the fire,

5 Я же стоял между Господом и между вами в то время, дабы пересказывать вам слово Господа, поелику вы боялись огня и не восходили на гору: Он тогда сказал:

5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the words of the LORD your God; for you were afraid because of the fire, and did not go up into the mountain), saying,

6 Я Иегова, Бог твой, Который вывел тебя из земли Египетской, из дома рабства.

6 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

7 Да не будет у тебя других богов пред лицем Моим.

7 You shall have no other gods besides me.

8 Не делай себе кумира и никакого изображения того, что на небе вверху, и что на земле внизу, и что в водах ниже земли.

9 You shall not worship them, nor serve them; for I the LORD your God am a zealous God, visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,

10 И благотворящий до тысячи родов любящим Меня и соблюдающим заповеди Мои.

10 But showing mercy to thousands of generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

11 Не произноси имени Иеговы, Бога твоего, напрасно; ибо не оставит Иегова, [Бог твой,] без наказания того, кто произнесет имя Его напрасно.

11 You shall not take an oath by the name of the LORD your God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes an oath by his name in vain.

12 Наблюдай день субботний, чтобы свято хранить его, как заповедал тебе Иегова, Бог твой.

12 Keep the sabbath day and sanctify it, as the LORD your God has commanded you.

13 Шесть дней работай и делай всякие дела твои;

13 Six days you shall labor, and do all your work;

14 А день седьмый - суббота Господу, Богу твоему. Не делай [в оный] никакого дела, ни ты, ни сын твой, ни дочь твоя, ни раб твой, ни раба твоя, ни вол твой, ни осел твой, ни всякий скот твой, ни пришлец твой, который у тебя, чтобы отдохнул раб твой, и раба твоя, [и осел твой,] как и ты.

14 But the seventh day is the sabbath to the LORD your God; in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your ox, nor your ass, nor any of your cattle, nor the sojourner that is in your towns; that your manservant and your maidservant may rest as well as you.

15 И помни, что [ты] был рабом в земле Египетской, но Иегова, Бог твой, вывел тебя оттуда рукою крепкою и мышцею высокою, потому и повелел тебе Иегова, Бог твой, учредить день субботний [и свято хранить его].

15 And remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD your God brought you out thence by a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm; therefore the LORD your God has commanded you to keep the sabbath day.

16 Почитай отца твоего и матерь твою, как повелел тебе Иегова, Бог твой, чтобы продолжились дни твои и чтобы хорошо тебе было на той земле, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе.

16 Honor your father and your mother, as the LORD your God has commanded you; that your days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with you, in the land which the LORD your God gives you.

17 Не убивай.

17 You shall not kill.

18 Не прелюбодействуй.

18 You shall not commit adultery.

19 Не кради.

19 You shall not steal.

20 Не произноси ложного свидетельства на ближнего твоего.

20 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

21 Не желай жены ближнего твоего и не желай дома ближнего твоего, ни поля его, ни раба его, ни рабы его, ни вола его, ни осла его, [ни всякого скота его,] и всего, что есть у ближнего твоего.

21 You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, neither shall you covet your neighbor's house, nor his field, nor his vineyard, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is your neighbor's.

22 Слова сии изрек Господь ко всему собранию вашему на горе из среды огня, облака и мрака, [и бури,] громогласно, и более не говорил, и написал их на двух каменных скрижалях, и дал их мне.

22 These words the LORD spoke to all the assembly on the mountain out of the midst of the fire, in the cloud and in the thick darkness, with a loud voice which cannot be measured. And he wrote them upon two tablets of stone, and gave them to me.

23 И когда вы услышали глас из среды мрака, и гора горела огнем: то вы подошли ко мне, все начальники колен ваших, и старейшины ваши,

23 And when you heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness and saw the mountain burning with fire, you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders;

24 И сказали: вот, показал нам Иегова, Бог наш, славу Свою и величие Свое, и глас Его слышали мы из среды огня. Сегодня видели мы, что Бог говорит с человеком, и сей остается жив:

24 And you said, Behold, the LORD our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire; and have seen this day that God does talk with man, and that he lives.

25 Но теперь для чего нам умирать? Ибо великий огонь сей пожрет нас; если мы еще услышим глас Иеговы, Бога нашего, то умрем.

25 Now therefore why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.

26 Ибо есть ли какая плоть, которая бы слышала глас Бога живого, говорящего из среды огня, как мы, и осталась жива?

26 For who is there of all flesh, that has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

27 Приступи ты и слушай все, что скажет [тебе] Иегова, Бог наш, и ты пересказывай нам все, что будет говорить тебе Иегова, Бог наш, мы будем слушать и исполнять.

27 Go near and hear all that the LORD our God shall say; and speak to us all that the LORD our God shall speak to you; and we will hear it and do it.

28 Господь услышал слова ваши, как вы разговаривали со мною, и сказал мне Господь: слышал Я слова народа сего, которые они говорили тебе; все, что ни говорили они, хорошо.

28 And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when you spoke to me; and the LORD said to me, I have heard the voice of the people and the words which they have spoken to you; they have well said all that they have spoken.

29 О, если бы сердце их было у них таково, чтоб бояться Меня и соблюдать все заповеди Мои во все дни, дабы хорошо было им и сынам их вовек.

29 O that there were such a heart in them, to worship, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children for ever!

30 Поди, скажи им: возвратитесь в шатры свои.

30 Go and say to them, Return to your tents.

31 А ты здесь останься со Мною, и Я изреку тебе все заповеди и постановления и законы, которым ты должен научить их, чтобы они [так] поступали на той земле, которую Я даю им в наследие.

31 But as for you, stand here before me, and I will tell you all my commandments and my statutes and my judgments, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess.

32 Смотрите, поступайте так, как повелел вам Иегова, Бог ваш; не уклоняйтесь ни направо, ни налево.

32 You must observe and do therefore as the LORD your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

33 Ходите по всему пути, по которому повелел вам Иегова, Бог ваш, дабы вы были живы и хорошо было вам, и прожили много времени на той земле, которую получите в наследие.

33 You shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God has commanded you, that you may live, and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.
