Chapter 34

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Command the children of Israel and say to them, When you enter the land of Canaan (this is the land which shall be divided to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with its territories),

3 Then your south boundary shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the border of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;

4 And your boundary shall turn from the south to the ascent of Sepharvim, and pass on to Zin; and the limits thereof shall be from the south of Rakim-gia, and shall go on to Hazar-addar, and pass on to Azmon;

5 And the boundary shall turn from Azmon to the river of Egypt, and the limits thereof shall be at the sea.

6 And as for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea and its coasts; this shall be your western border.

7 And this shall be your northern border: from the Great Sea you shall mark out for you a boundary to mount Hor;

8 From mount Hor you shall mark out the boundary to the entrance of Hamath; and the limits of the border shall be at Zedad;

9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and its end shall be at Hazar-enan; these shall be your northern boundaries.

10 And you shall mark out your eastern boundary from Hazar-enan to Shepham;

11 And the boundary shall go down from Shepham to Diblath, on the east side of Ain; and the boundary shall descend and shall reach to the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;

12 And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and its limits shall be at the salt sea; this shall be your land with the borders thereof round about.

13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which you shall divide by lots, which the LORD has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe;

14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, and the half tribe of Manasseh, have received their inheritance;

15 The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side of the Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrise.

16 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17 These are the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for an inheritance: Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun.

18 And you shall take one prince of every tribe to divide the land to you.

19 And these are the names of the chiefs: of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jophaniah.

20 Of the tribe of Simeon, Shelmuel the son of Ammihud.

21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Eldad the son of Chislon.

22 Of the tribe of Dan, Bakki the son of Jogli.

23 Of the tribe of Joseph, of the tribe of Manasseh, Nahlael the son of Ephod.

24 Of the tribe of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiptan.

25 Of the tribe of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.

26 Of the tribe of Issachar, Petael the son of Azzor.

27 Of the tribe of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.

28 Of the tribe of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.

29 These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance to the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.

1 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

2 Дай повеление сынам Израилевым и скажи им: когда войдете в землю Ханаанскую: то вот земля, которая достанется вам в удел, земля Ханаанская со всеми ее пределами.

3 Южная страна ограничится у вас пустынею Цин, что подле Едома, и пойдет у вас южный предел от конца соленого моря с востока,

4 И поворотится предел южный к возвышенности Акравима и пойдет через Цин, напоследок южною стороною пойдет к Кадес-Варни, оттуда пойдет к Гацар-Аддару и пройдет через Ацмон.

5 От Ацмона поворотится предел к потоку Египетскому и кончится у моря.

6 И пределом западным будет у вас великое море. Сей будет у вас предел к западу.

7 К северу же сей будет у вас предел: от великого моря проведите предел к горе Ор;

8 От горы Ор проведите предел к Емафу, потом пойдет предел к Цедаду,

9 Оттуда пойдет предел к Цифрону и кончится у Гацар-Енана. Сей будет у вас предел к северу.

10 Предел же восточный ведите себе от Гацар-Енана к Шефаму,

11 От Шефама пойдет предел к Рибле, с восточной стороны Аина, потом пойдет предел и коснется берегов моря Киннереф с восточной стороны.

12 И пойдет предел к Иордану и кончится соленым морем. Это будет земля ваша в пределах ее со всех сторон.

13 И дал повеление Моисей сынам Израилевым и сказал: вот земля, которую вы разделите на уделы по жребию, которую повелел Господь дать девяти коленам и половине колена [Манассиина].

14 Поелику колено сынов Рувимовых с поколением их, и колено сынов Гадовых с поколением их, и половина колена Манассиина, получили удел свой.

15 Два колена и половина колена получили удел свой за Иорданом насупротив Иерихона к востоку.

16 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

17 Вот имена мужей, которые будут делить вам землю: Елеазар священник и Иисус, сын Навин.

18 И по одному начальнику от колена возьмите для раздела земли.

19 И вот имена сих мужей: от колена Иудина Халев, сын Иефонниин;

20 От колена сынов Симеоновых Самуил, сын Аммиуда;

21 От колена Вениаминова Елидад, сын Кислона;

22 От колена сынов Дановых начальник Буккий, сын Иоглия;

23 От сынов Иосифовых, от колена сынов Манассииных, начальник Ганниил, сын Ефода;

24 От колена сынов Ефремовых начальник Кемуил, сын Шифтана;

25 От колена сынов Завулоновых начальник Елицафан, сын Фарнака;

26 От колена сынов Иссахаровых начальник Фалтиил, сын Аззана;

27 От колена сынов Асировых начальник Ахиуд, сын Шеломия;

28 От колена сынов Неффалимовых начальник Педаил, сын Аммиуда.

29 Вот те, которым повелел Господь разделить уделы сынам Израилевым в земле Ханаанской.

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

1 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

2 Command the children of Israel and say to them, When you enter the land of Canaan (this is the land which shall be divided to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with its territories),

2 Дай повеление сынам Израилевым и скажи им: когда войдете в землю Ханаанскую: то вот земля, которая достанется вам в удел, земля Ханаанская со всеми ее пределами.

3 Then your south boundary shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the border of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;

3 Южная страна ограничится у вас пустынею Цин, что подле Едома, и пойдет у вас южный предел от конца соленого моря с востока,

4 И поворотится предел южный к возвышенности Акравима и пойдет через Цин, напоследок южною стороною пойдет к Кадес-Варни, оттуда пойдет к Гацар-Аддару и пройдет через Ацмон.

5 And the boundary shall turn from Azmon to the river of Egypt, and the limits thereof shall be at the sea.

5 От Ацмона поворотится предел к потоку Египетскому и кончится у моря.

6 And as for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea and its coasts; this shall be your western border.

6 И пределом западным будет у вас великое море. Сей будет у вас предел к западу.

7 And this shall be your northern border: from the Great Sea you shall mark out for you a boundary to mount Hor;

7 К северу же сей будет у вас предел: от великого моря проведите предел к горе Ор;

8 From mount Hor you shall mark out the boundary to the entrance of Hamath; and the limits of the border shall be at Zedad;

8 От горы Ор проведите предел к Емафу, потом пойдет предел к Цедаду,

9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and its end shall be at Hazar-enan; these shall be your northern boundaries.

9 Оттуда пойдет предел к Цифрону и кончится у Гацар-Енана. Сей будет у вас предел к северу.

10 And you shall mark out your eastern boundary from Hazar-enan to Shepham;

10 Предел же восточный ведите себе от Гацар-Енана к Шефаму,

11 And the boundary shall go down from Shepham to Diblath, on the east side of Ain; and the boundary shall descend and shall reach to the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;

11 От Шефама пойдет предел к Рибле, с восточной стороны Аина, потом пойдет предел и коснется берегов моря Киннереф с восточной стороны.

12 And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and its limits shall be at the salt sea; this shall be your land with the borders thereof round about.

12 И пойдет предел к Иордану и кончится соленым морем. Это будет земля ваша в пределах ее со всех сторон.

13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which you shall divide by lots, which the LORD has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe;

13 И дал повеление Моисей сынам Израилевым и сказал: вот земля, которую вы разделите на уделы по жребию, которую повелел Господь дать девяти коленам и половине колена [Манассиина].

15 Два колена и половина колена получили удел свой за Иорданом насупротив Иерихона к востоку.

16 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

16 И говорил Господь Моисею, и сказал:

17 Вот имена мужей, которые будут делить вам землю: Елеазар священник и Иисус, сын Навин.

18 And you shall take one prince of every tribe to divide the land to you.

18 И по одному начальнику от колена возьмите для раздела земли.
