1 In the end3796 of the sabbath,4521 as it began2020 to dawn2020 toward1519 the first3391 day of the week,4521 came2064 Mary3137 Magdalene3094 and the other243 Mary3137 to see2334 the sepulcher.5028

2 And, behold,2400 there was a great3173 earthquake:4578 for the angel32 of the Lord2962 descended2597 from heaven,3772 and came4334 and rolled617 back617 the stone3037 from the door,2374 and sat2521 on it.

3 His countenance2397 was like5613 lightning,796 and his raiment1742 white3022 as snow:5510

4 And for fear5401 of him the keepers5083 did shake,4579 and became1096 as dead3498 men.

5 And the angel32 answered611 and said2036 to the women,1135 Fear5399 not you: for I know1492 that you seek2212 Jesus,2424 which3588 was crucified.4717

6 He is not here:5602 for he is risen,1453 as he said.2036 Come,1205 see1492 the place5117 where3699 the Lord2962 lay.2749

7 And go4198 quickly,5035 and tell2036 his disciples3101 that he is risen1453 from the dead;3498 and, behold,2400 he goes4254 before4254 you into1519 Galilee;1056 there1563 shall you see3700 him: see,2400 I have told2036 you.

8 And they departed1831 quickly5035 from the sepulcher3419 with fear5401 and great3173 joy;5479 and did run5143 to bring518 his disciples3101 word.518

9 And as they went4198 to tell518 his disciples,3101 behold,2400 Jesus2424 met528 them, saying,3004 All hail.5463 And they came4334 and held2902 him by the feet,4228 and worshipped4352 him.

10 Then5119 said3004 Jesus2424 to them, Be not afraid:5399 go565 tell518 my brothers80 that they go5217 into1519 Galilee,1056 and there1563 shall they see3700 me.

11 Now1161 when they were going,4198 behold,2400 some5100 of the watch2892 came2064 into1519 the city,4172 and showed518 to the chief749 priests749 all537 the things that were done.1096

12 And when they were assembled4863 with the elders,4245 and had taken2983 counsel,4824 they gave1325 large2425 money694 to the soldiers,4757

13 Saying,3004 Say2036 you, His disciples3101 came2064 by night,3571 and stole2813 him away while we slept.2837

14 And if1437 this5124 come191 to the governor's2232 ears,191 we will persuade3982 him, and secure4160 275 you.

15 So1161 they took2983 the money,694 and did4160 as they were taught:1321 and this3778 saying3056 is commonly1310 reported1310 among1722 the Jews2453 until3360 this4594 day.4594

16 Then1161 the eleven1733 disciples3101 went4198 away into1519 Galilee,1056 into1519 a mountain3735 where3757 Jesus2424 had appointed5021 them.

17 And when they saw1492 him, they worshipped4352 him: but some3588 doubted.1365

18 And Jesus2424 came4334 and spoke2980 to them, saying,3004 All3956 power1849 is given1325 to me in heaven3772 and in earth.1093

19 Go4198 you therefore,3767 and teach3100 all3956 nations,1484 baptizing907 them in the name3686 of the Father,3962 and of the Son,5207 and of the Holy40 Ghost:4151

20 Teaching1321 them to observe5083 all3956 things whatever3745 I have commanded1781 you: and, see,2400 I am1510 with you always,3956 2250 even to the end4930 of the world.165 Amen.281

1 Як минула ж субота, на світанку дня першого в тижні, прийшла Марія Магдалина та інша Марія побачити гріб.

2 І великий ось ставсь землетру́с, бо зійшов із неба Ангол Господній, і, приступивши, відвалив від гробу ка́меня, та й сів на ньому.

3 Його ж постать була́, як та бли́скавка, а шати його були білі, як сніг.

4 І від стра́ху перед ним затряслася сторо́жа, та й стала, як мертва.

5 А ангол озвався й промовив жінка́м: „Не лякайтеся, бо я знаю, що Ісуса розп'я́того це ви шукаєте.

6 Нема Його тут, — бо воскрес, як сказав. Підійдіть, — подивіться на місце, де знахо́дився Він.

7 Ідіть же хутко, і скажіть Його у́чням, що воскрес Він із мертвих, і ото випере́джує вас в Галілеї, — там Його ви побачите. Ось, вам я звістив!“

8 І пішли вони хутко від гро́бу, зо стра́хом і великою радістю, і побігли, щоб учнів Його сповістити.

9 Аж ось перестрів їх Ісус і сказав: „Ра́ді́йте!“ Вони ж підійшли, обняли Його ноги і вклонились Йому до землі.

10 Промовляє тоді їм Ісус: „Не лякайтесь! Ідіть, повідо́мте братів Моїх, — нехай вони йдуть у Галілею, — там побачать Мене!“

11 Коли ж вони йшли, ось дехто зо сторожі до міста прийшли та й первосвященикам розповіли́ все, що́ сталось.

12 І, зібравшись зо старшими, вони врадили раду, і дали́ сторожі чимало срібняків,

13 і сказали: „Розповідайте: Його учні вночі прибули́, — і вкрали Його, як ми спали.

14 Як почує ж намісник про це, то його ми перекона́ємо, і від клопоту ви́зволимо вас“.

15 І, взявши вони срібняки́, зробили, як на́вчено їх. І проне́слося слово оце між юдеями, і трима́ється аж до сьогодні.

16 Одина́дцять же учнів пішли в Галілею на го́ру, куди звелів їм Ісус.

17 І як вони Його вгледіли, поклонились Йому до землі, а дехто вагався.

18 А Ісус підійшов і промовив до них та й сказав: „Да́на Мені всяка вла́да на небі й на землі.

19 Тож ідіть, і навчі́ть всі наро́ди, христячи їх в їм'я́ Отця, і Сина, і Святого Духа,

20 навчаючи їх зберігати все те, що Я вам заповів. І ото, Я перебува́тиму з вами повсякде́нно аж до кінця віку“! Амі́нь.

6 Нема Його тут, — бо воскрес, як сказав. Підійдіть, — подивіться на місце, де знахо́дився Він.

7 And go4198 quickly,5035 and tell2036 his disciples3101 that he is risen1453 from the dead;3498 and, behold,2400 he goes4254 before4254 you into1519 Galilee;1056 there1563 shall you see3700 him: see,2400 I have told2036 you.

7 Ідіть же хутко, і скажіть Його у́чням, що воскрес Він із мертвих, і ото випере́джує вас в Галілеї, — там Його ви побачите. Ось, вам я звістив!“

8 And they departed1831 quickly5035 from the sepulcher3419 with fear5401 and great3173 joy;5479 and did run5143 to bring518 his disciples3101 word.518

8 І пішли вони хутко від гро́бу, зо стра́хом і великою радістю, і побігли, щоб учнів Його сповістити.

9 And as they went4198 to tell518 his disciples,3101 behold,2400 Jesus2424 met528 them, saying,3004 All hail.5463 And they came4334 and held2902 him by the feet,4228 and worshipped4352 him.

9 Аж ось перестрів їх Ісус і сказав: „Ра́ді́йте!“ Вони ж підійшли, обняли Його ноги і вклонились Йому до землі.

18 А Ісус підійшов і промовив до них та й сказав: „Да́на Мені всяка вла́да на небі й на землі.

19 Тож ідіть, і навчі́ть всі наро́ди, христячи їх в їм'я́ Отця, і Сина, і Святого Духа,
