3 A bruised7533 reed7070 shall he not break,7665 and the smoking3544 flax6594 shall he not quench:3518 he shall bring3318 forth3318 judgment4941 to truth.571
4 He shall not fail3543 nor3808 be discouraged,7533 till5704 he have set7760 judgment4941 in the earth:776 and the isles339 shall wait3176 for his law.8451
5 Thus3541 said559 God410 the LORD,3068 he that created1254 the heavens,8064 and stretched5186 them out; he that spread7554 forth the earth,776 and that which comes6631 out of it; he that gives5414 breath5397 to the people5971 on it, and spirit7307 to them that walk1980 therein:
6 I the LORD3068 have called7121 you in righteousness,6664 and will hold2388 your hand,3027 and will keep5341 you, and give5414 you for a covenant1285 of the people,5971 for a light216 of the Gentiles;1471
7 To open6491 the blind5787 eyes,5869 to bring3318 out the prisoners616 from the prison,4525 and them that sit3427 in darkness2822 out of the prison3608 house.1004
8 I am the LORD:3068 that is my name:8034 and my glory3519 will I not give5414 to another,312 neither my praise8416 to graven6456 images.
9 Behold,2009 the former7223 things are come935 to pass, and new2319 things do I declare:5046 before2962 they spring6779 forth I tell8085 you of them.
10 Sing7891 to the LORD3068 a new2319 song,7892 and his praise8416 from the end7097 of the earth,776 you that go3381 down3381 to the sea,3220 and all4393 that is therein;4393 the isles,339 and the inhabitants3427 thereof.
11 Let the wilderness4057 and the cities5892 thereof lift5375 up their voice, the villages2691 that Kedar6938 does inhabit:3427 let the inhabitants3427 of the rock5553 sing,7442 let them shout6681 from the top7218 of the mountains.2022
12 Let them give7760 glory3519 to the LORD,3068 and declare5046 his praise8416 in the islands.339
13 The LORD3068 shall go3318 forth3318 as a mighty1368 man,376 he shall stir5782 up jealousy7068 like a man376 of war:4421 he shall cry,7321 yes,637 roar;6873 he shall prevail1396 against5921 his enemies.341
14 I have long5769 time held2814 my peace;2814 I have been still,2790 and refrained662 myself: now will I cry6463 like a travailing3205 woman; I will destroy5395 and devour7602 at3162 once.3162
15 I will make7760 waste2717 mountains2022 and hills,1389 and dry3001 up all3605 their herbs;6212 and I will make7760 the rivers5103 islands,339 and I will dry3001 up the pools.98

20 Seeing7200 many7227 things, but you observe8104 not; opening6491 the ears,241 but he hears8085 not.
21 The LORD3068 is well2654 pleased2654 for his righteousness'6664 sake;4616 he will magnify1431 the law,8451 and make it honorable.142
22 But this1931 is a people5971 robbed962 and spoiled;8154 they are all3605 of them snared6351 in holes,2356 and they are hid2244 in prison3608 houses:1004 they are for a prey,957 and none369 delivers;5337 for a spoil,4933 and none369 said,559 Restore.7725
23 Who4310 among you will give ear238 to this?2063 who will listen7181 and hear8085 for the time268 to come?
24 Who4310 gave5414 Jacob3290 for a spoil,4882 and Israel3478 to the robbers?962 did not the LORD,3068 he against whom2098 we have sinned?2398 for they would14 not walk1980 in his ways,1870 neither3808 were they obedient8085 to his law.8451
25 Therefore he has poured8210 on him the fury2534 of his anger,639 and the strength5807 of battle:4421 and it has set7760 him on fire3857 round5439 about, yet he knew3045 not; and it burned1197 him, yet he laid7760 it not to heart.3820

1 «Вот Слуга Мой. Я его опора; он — Мой избранник и Моя отрада. Ниспошлю дух Мой на него — и он правосудие водворит в народах.
2 Не позволит себе крика, голоса своего не повысит, на городских улицах его не услышать.
3 Надломленную тростинку не переломит он, тлеющий фитиль не погасит, воистину утвердит он правосудие!
4 Не ослабеет он и не изнеможет, покуда не водворит на земле правосудие — ждут побережья наставлений его!»
5 Так говорит ГОСПОДЬ Бог, Тот, Кто создал небеса и распростер их, Кто землю раскинул и произрастил на ней всё сущее, даровавший дыхание живущим на ней и дух — всякому, кто ходит по ней:
6 «Я, ГОСПОДЬ, призвал тебя ради торжества правды, буду держать тебя за руку и оберегать тебя! Ты будешь заветом Моим для народа, светочем для племен,
7 чтобы открыть глаза слепым, вывести узников из тюрьмы, во тьме живущих — из темницы.
8 Я — ГОСПОДЬ, таково Мое имя, славы Своей не уступлю другому, хвалы, что Мне принадлежит, не отдам истуканам.
9 Всё, что было предсказано, произошло; теперь Я возвещаю новое, и вы о том услышите, прежде чем оно свершится».
10 Пойте ГОСПОДУ новую песнь, славьте Его во всех пределах земли! Славьте Его и те, кто в плаванье пустился и кто в морях обитает, и вы, побережья, все живущие на них!
11 Да возгласит в свой черед и пустыня, и города ее, селения, где обитают кочевники Кедара; пусть торжествуют жители Селы, пусть ликуют на горных вершинах!
12 ГОСПОДА прославляйте, хвалу Ему вознесите на побережьях!
13 ГОСПОДЬ выходит, как исполин, Он полон негодования, как воин; издаст клич боевой, клич громогласный, и над врагами восторжествует Он.
14 «Долго молчал Я, сдерживался, терпел, а теперь, как роженица, кричу без удержу и задыхаюсь!
15 Горы опустошу и холмы, все злаки у врагов Своих погублю, реки в пустыни обращу и иссушу озера.
16 Поведу слепых дорогой, им не знакомой, путем неизвестным отправлю их, но тьму перед ними в свет обращу и ухабистую дорогу — в ровную. Вот что сделаю Я для них — никогда Я их не оставлю!
17 Тогда с позором отправят их назад, будут в стыде все, кто на идолов уповал, кто истукана литого богом своим смел называть.
18 Услышьте ж, глухие! И вы, слепые, взгляните, узрите!
19 Кто слеп, как не слуга Мой, и глух, как не вестник, которого посылаю? Кто слеп, как не преданный Мне, кто слеп, как не слуга ГОСПОДЕНЬ?
20 На многое ты смотрел, да не всё приметил, и слушал вроде бы, да не услышал».
21 А ГОСПОДУ было угодно прославить Закон и возвеличить его ради торжества Его праведности.
22 Народ же этот ограблен и разорен: в ямах их держат, в темницах прячут, стали добычей они, и некому их избавить, трофеем оказались, и никто не вступился и не сказал: «Верните их!»
23 Кто из вас это может понять, вникает во все эти бедыи на будущее запоминает их?
24 Кто предал Иакова разорению, Израиль — грабежу? Не ГОСПОДЬ ли, против Которого грешили они, по Его путям идти не желали и Закон Его соблюдать не хотели?
25 Вот и излил Он на них ярость Своего гнева, попустил битву неистовую: жгла она их повсюду, но они ничего не уразумели, опаляла, а они будто не замечали этого.

7 чтобы открыть глаза слепым, вывести узников из тюрьмы, во тьме живущих — из темницы.

8 Я — ГОСПОДЬ, таково Мое имя, славы Своей не уступлю другому, хвалы, что Мне принадлежит, не отдам истуканам.

9 Всё, что было предсказано, произошло; теперь Я возвещаю новое, и вы о том услышите, прежде чем оно свершится».

10 Пойте ГОСПОДУ новую песнь, славьте Его во всех пределах земли! Славьте Его и те, кто в плаванье пустился и кто в морях обитает, и вы, побережья, все живущие на них!

11 Да возгласит в свой черед и пустыня, и города ее, селения, где обитают кочевники Кедара; пусть торжествуют жители Селы, пусть ликуют на горных вершинах!

12 ГОСПОДА прославляйте, хвалу Ему вознесите на побережьях!

14 «Долго молчал Я, сдерживался, терпел, а теперь, как роженица, кричу без удержу и задыхаюсь!

15 Горы опустошу и холмы, все злаки у врагов Своих погублю, реки в пустыни обращу и иссушу озера.

16 Поведу слепых дорогой, им не знакомой, путем неизвестным отправлю их, но тьму перед ними в свет обращу и ухабистую дорогу — в ровную. Вот что сделаю Я для них — никогда Я их не оставлю!

17 Тогда с позором отправят их назад, будут в стыде все, кто на идолов уповал, кто истукана литого богом своим смел называть.

18 Услышьте ж, глухие! И вы, слепые, взгляните, узрите!
19 Who4310 is blind,5787 but my servant?5650 or deaf,2795 as my messenger4397 that I sent?7971 who4310 is blind5787 as he that is perfect,7999 and blind5787 as the LORD's3068 servant?5650
19 Кто слеп, как не слуга Мой, и глух, как не вестник, которого посылаю? Кто слеп, как не преданный Мне, кто слеп, как не слуга ГОСПОДЕНЬ?

23 Кто из вас это может понять, вникает во все эти бедыи на будущее запоминает их?
