1 І було́ мені слово Господнє таке:

2 „Сину лю́дський, скажи кня́зеві Тиру: Так говорить Господь Бог: за те, що пови́щилось серце твоє й ти сказав: „Я Бог, сиджу́ на Божому престолі в серці морі́в“, а ти тільки люди́на, а не Бог, хоч ставив своє серце нарівні з серцем Божим.

3 Ось ти мудріший від Даниї́ла, — кожен мудрець не прилу́читься до тебе.

4 Своєю мудрістю та своїм розумом набув ти собі багатство, і назгрома́див золота та срібла в скарбни́цях своїх.

5 Великою своєю мудрістю та торгівлею своєю помно́жив ти багатство своє, і пови́щилось твоє серце багатством своїм!

6 Тому так говорить Господь Бог: За те, що ти ставиш своє серце нарівні з серцем Божим,

7 тому ось Я спрова́джу на тебе чужих, насильників поміж наро́дами, і вони повитяга́ють мечі свої на красу́ твоєї мудрости, і знева́жать красу́ твою.

8 Вони скинуть тебе в могилу, і помреш ти смертю пробитого в серці морів.

9 Чи справді ти скажеш: „Я бог!“ перед уби́вником своїм, а ти ж тільки люди́на, а не Бог, у руці тих, що зневажа́ють тебе?

10 Ти помреш смертю необрі́занців, від руки чужих, бо Я це сказав, говорить Господь Бог!“

11 І було мені слово Господнє таке:

12 „Сину лю́дський, здійми жало́бну пісню на ти́рського царя, та й скажеш йому: Так говорить Господь Бог: Ти печать доскона́лости, повен мудрости, і корона краси́.

13 Ти пробува́в ув Еде́ні, садку́ Божому: усякий дорогий камінь — на одежі твоїй: карнео́ль, топа́з і я́спіс, хризолі́т, сога́м, і о́нікс, сапфі́р, рубі́н і смара́гд, і золото; знаряддя бубнів твоїх та сопі́лок твоїх були́ в тебе ще дня, коли був ти ство́рений, були вони нагото́влені.

14 Ти пома́заний Херувим хорони́тель, і Я дав тебе на святу го́ру Божу, ти ходив посеред огни́стого камі́ння.

15 Ти був бездога́нний у своїх дорогах від дня твого ство́рення, аж поки не знайшлася на тобі несправедливість.

16 Через велику торгі́влю твою твоє нутро́ перепо́внилось наси́ллям, і ти прогрішив. Тому́ Я знева́жив тебе, щоб не був ти на Божій горі, і погубив тебе, хорони́телю Херуви́ме, з сере́дини огни́стого камі́ння.

17 Стало високим твоє серце через красу́ твою, ти занапасти́в свою мудрість через свою красу́. Кинув Я тебе на землю, дав тебе перед царями, щоб дивились на тебе.

18 Многото́ю провин своїх, через кривду торгі́влі своєї зневажив ти святині свої. І вивів Я огонь з твоєї сере́дини, і він поже́р тебе, і Я зробив тебе по́пелом на землі на оча́х усіх, хто бачить тебе.

19 Усі, хто знає тебе серед народів, остовпіють над тобою; ти по́страхом станеш, і не буде тебе аж навіки!“

20 І було мені слово Господнє таке:

21 „Сину лю́дський, зверни своє обличчя до Сидо́ну, і пророку́й на нього,

22 та й скажеш: так говорить Господь Бог: Ось Я на тебе, Сидо́не, і буду шано́ваний серед тебе, і пізнають, що Я — Господь, коли робитиму на нього при́суди, і коли покажу́ Свою святість серед нього.

23 І пошлю на нього морови́цю та кров на його вулиці, і впаде́ серед нього пробитий, що при́йде на нього знавко́ла, і пізнають, що Я — Госпо́дь.

24 І не буде вже для Ізраїлевого дому колю́чої терни́ни та будя́ччя, що прино́сить біль зо всіх їхніх око́лиць, що пого́рджують ними, і пізнають вони, що Я — Господь Бог.

25 Так говорить Господь Бог: Коли Я позбираю Ізраїлів дім із наро́дів, між якими вони розпоро́шені, то Я покажу́ на ньому Свою святість на оча́х наро́дів, і вони осядуть на землі своїй, яку Я дав Своєму рабові Якову.

26 І осядуть вони на ній безпе́чно, і будува́тимуть доми́ та садитимуть виноградники, і будуть сидіти безпечно, коли Я чинитиму при́суди на всіх тих, що пого́рджують ними з їхнього довкі́лля. І пізнають вони, що Я — Господь, їхній Бог!“

1 The word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 again to me, saying,559

2 Son1121 of man,120 say559 to the prince5057 of Tyrus,6865 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Because3282 your heart3820 is lifted1361 up, and you have said,559 I am a God,410 I sit3427 in the seat4186 of God,430 in the middle3820 of the seas;3220 yet you are a man,120 and not God,410 though you set5414 your heart3820 as the heart3820 of God:430

3 Behold,2009 you are wiser2450 than Daniel;1840 there is no3808 secret5640 that they can hide6004 from you:

4 With your wisdom2451 and with your understanding8394 you have gotten6213 you riches,2428 and have gotten6213 gold2091 and silver3701 into your treasures:214

5 By your great7230 wisdom2451 and by your traffic7404 have you increased7235 your riches,2428 and your heart3824 is lifted1361 up because of your riches:2428

6 Therefore3651 thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Because3282 you have set5414 your heart3820 as the heart3820 of God;430

7 Behold,2005 therefore3651 I will bring935 strangers2114 on you, the terrible6184 of the nations:1471 and they shall draw7324 their swords2719 against5921 the beauty3308 of your wisdom,2451 and they shall defile2490 your brightness.3314

8 They shall bring3381 you down3381 to the pit,7845 and you shall die4191 the deaths4463 of them that are slain2491 in the middle3820 of the seas.3220

9 Will you yet559 say559 before6440 him that slays2026 you, I am God?430 but you shall be a man,120 and no3808 God,410 in the hand3027 of him that slays2490 you.

10 You shall die4191 the deaths4194 of the uncircumcised6189 by the hand3027 of strangers:2114 for I have spoken1696 it, said5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

11 Moreover the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to me, saying,559

12 Son1121 of man,120 take5375 up a lamentation7015 on the king4428 of Tyrus,6865 and say559 to him, Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 You seal2856 up the sum,8508 full4392 of wisdom,2451 and perfect3632 in beauty.3308

13 You have been1961 in Eden5731 the garden1588 of God;430 every3605 precious3368 stone68 was your covering,4540 the sardius,124 topaz,6357 and the diamond,3095 the beryl,8658 the onyx,7718 and the jasper,3471 the sapphire,5601 the emerald,5306 and the carbuncle,1304 and gold:2091 the workmanship4399 of your tabrets8596 and of your pipes5345 was prepared3559 in you in the day3117 that you were created.1254

14 You are the anointed4473 cherub3742 that covers;5526 and I have set5414 you so: you were1961 on the holy6944 mountain2022 of God;430 you have walked1980 up and down in the middle8432 of the stones68 of fire.784

15 You were perfect8549 in your ways1870 from the day3117 that you were created,1254 till5704 iniquity5766 was found4672 in you.

16 By the multitude7230 of your merchandise7404 they have filled4390 the middle8432 of you with violence,2555 and you have sinned:2398 therefore I will cast2490 you as profane2490 out of the mountain2022 of God:430 and I will destroy6 you, O covering5526 cherub,3742 from the middle8432 of the stones68 of fire.784

17 Your heart3820 was lifted1361 up because of your beauty,3308 you have corrupted7843 your wisdom2451 by reason5921 of your brightness:3314 I will cast7993 you to the ground,776 I will lay5414 you before6440 kings,4428 that they may behold7200 you.

18 You have defiled2490 your sanctuaries4720 by the multitude7230 of your iniquities,5771 by the iniquity5766 of your traffic;7404 therefore will I bring3318 forth3318 a fire784 from the middle8432 of you, it shall devour398 you, and I will bring5414 you to ashes665 on the earth776 in the sight5869 of all3605 them that behold7200 you.

19 All3605 they that know3045 you among the people5971 shall be astonished8074 at5921 you: you shall be a terror,1091 and never5704 5769 shall you be any more.

20 Again the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to me, saying,559

21 Son1121 of man,120 set7760 your face6440 against413 Zidon,6721 and prophesy5012 against5921 it,

22 And say,559 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Behold,2005 I am against5921 you, O Zidon;6721 and I will be glorified3513 in the middle8432 of you: and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD,3068 when I shall have executed6213 judgments8201 in her, and shall be sanctified6942 in her.

23 For I will send7971 into her pestilence,1698 and blood1818 into her streets;2351 and the wounded2491 shall be judged5307 in the middle8432 of her by the sword2719 on her on every5437 side;5439 and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD.3068

24 And there shall be no3808 more5750 a pricking3992 brier5544 to the house1004 of Israel,3478 nor any grieving3510 thorn6975 of all3605 that are round5439 about them, that despised7590 them; and they shall know3045 that I am the Lord136 GOD.3069

25 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 When I shall have gathered6908 the house1004 of Israel3478 from the people5971 among whom834 they are scattered,6327 and shall be sanctified6942 in them in the sight5869 of the heathen,1471 then shall they dwell3427 in their land127 that I have given5414 to my servant5650 Jacob.3290

26 And they shall dwell3427 safely983 therein,5921 and shall build1129 houses,1004 and plant5193 vineyards;3754 yes, they shall dwell3427 with confidence,983 when I have executed6213 judgments8201 on all3605 those that despise7590 them round5439 about them; and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD3068 their God.430

2 Son1121 of man,120 say559 to the prince5057 of Tyrus,6865 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Because3282 your heart3820 is lifted1361 up, and you have said,559 I am a God,410 I sit3427 in the seat4186 of God,430 in the middle3820 of the seas;3220 yet you are a man,120 and not God,410 though you set5414 your heart3820 as the heart3820 of God:430

3 Ось ти мудріший від Даниї́ла, — кожен мудрець не прилу́читься до тебе.

3 Behold,2009 you are wiser2450 than Daniel;1840 there is no3808 secret5640 that they can hide6004 from you:

4 Своєю мудрістю та своїм розумом набув ти собі багатство, і назгрома́див золота та срібла в скарбни́цях своїх.

4 With your wisdom2451 and with your understanding8394 you have gotten6213 you riches,2428 and have gotten6213 gold2091 and silver3701 into your treasures:214

5 Великою своєю мудрістю та торгівлею своєю помно́жив ти багатство своє, і пови́щилось твоє серце багатством своїм!

5 By your great7230 wisdom2451 and by your traffic7404 have you increased7235 your riches,2428 and your heart3824 is lifted1361 up because of your riches:2428

6 Тому так говорить Господь Бог: За те, що ти ставиш своє серце нарівні з серцем Божим,

6 Therefore3651 thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Because3282 you have set5414 your heart3820 as the heart3820 of God;430

7 тому ось Я спрова́джу на тебе чужих, насильників поміж наро́дами, і вони повитяга́ють мечі свої на красу́ твоєї мудрости, і знева́жать красу́ твою.

7 Behold,2005 therefore3651 I will bring935 strangers2114 on you, the terrible6184 of the nations:1471 and they shall draw7324 their swords2719 against5921 the beauty3308 of your wisdom,2451 and they shall defile2490 your brightness.3314

8 Вони скинуть тебе в могилу, і помреш ти смертю пробитого в серці морів.

8 They shall bring3381 you down3381 to the pit,7845 and you shall die4191 the deaths4463 of them that are slain2491 in the middle3820 of the seas.3220

9 Чи справді ти скажеш: „Я бог!“ перед уби́вником своїм, а ти ж тільки люди́на, а не Бог, у руці тих, що зневажа́ють тебе?

9 Will you yet559 say559 before6440 him that slays2026 you, I am God?430 but you shall be a man,120 and no3808 God,410 in the hand3027 of him that slays2490 you.

10 Ти помреш смертю необрі́занців, від руки чужих, бо Я це сказав, говорить Господь Бог!“

10 You shall die4191 the deaths4194 of the uncircumcised6189 by the hand3027 of strangers:2114 for I have spoken1696 it, said5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

11 І було мені слово Господнє таке:

11 Moreover the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to me, saying,559

12 „Сину лю́дський, здійми жало́бну пісню на ти́рського царя, та й скажеш йому: Так говорить Господь Бог: Ти печать доскона́лости, повен мудрости, і корона краси́.

13 Ти пробува́в ув Еде́ні, садку́ Божому: усякий дорогий камінь — на одежі твоїй: карнео́ль, топа́з і я́спіс, хризолі́т, сога́м, і о́нікс, сапфі́р, рубі́н і смара́гд, і золото; знаряддя бубнів твоїх та сопі́лок твоїх були́ в тебе ще дня, коли був ти ство́рений, були вони нагото́влені.

13 You have been1961 in Eden5731 the garden1588 of God;430 every3605 precious3368 stone68 was your covering,4540 the sardius,124 topaz,6357 and the diamond,3095 the beryl,8658 the onyx,7718 and the jasper,3471 the sapphire,5601 the emerald,5306 and the carbuncle,1304 and gold:2091 the workmanship4399 of your tabrets8596 and of your pipes5345 was prepared3559 in you in the day3117 that you were created.1254

14 Ти пома́заний Херувим хорони́тель, і Я дав тебе на святу го́ру Божу, ти ходив посеред огни́стого камі́ння.

16 Через велику торгі́влю твою твоє нутро́ перепо́внилось наси́ллям, і ти прогрішив. Тому́ Я знева́жив тебе, щоб не був ти на Божій горі, і погубив тебе, хорони́телю Херуви́ме, з сере́дини огни́стого камі́ння.

17 Стало високим твоє серце через красу́ твою, ти занапасти́в свою мудрість через свою красу́. Кинув Я тебе на землю, дав тебе перед царями, щоб дивились на тебе.

17 Your heart3820 was lifted1361 up because of your beauty,3308 you have corrupted7843 your wisdom2451 by reason5921 of your brightness:3314 I will cast7993 you to the ground,776 I will lay5414 you before6440 kings,4428 that they may behold7200 you.

18 Многото́ю провин своїх, через кривду торгі́влі своєї зневажив ти святині свої. І вивів Я огонь з твоєї сере́дини, і він поже́р тебе, і Я зробив тебе по́пелом на землі на оча́х усіх, хто бачить тебе.

18 You have defiled2490 your sanctuaries4720 by the multitude7230 of your iniquities,5771 by the iniquity5766 of your traffic;7404 therefore will I bring3318 forth3318 a fire784 from the middle8432 of you, it shall devour398 you, and I will bring5414 you to ashes665 on the earth776 in the sight5869 of all3605 them that behold7200 you.

19 Усі, хто знає тебе серед народів, остовпіють над тобою; ти по́страхом станеш, і не буде тебе аж навіки!“

19 All3605 they that know3045 you among the people5971 shall be astonished8074 at5921 you: you shall be a terror,1091 and never5704 5769 shall you be any more.

20 І було мені слово Господнє таке:

20 Again the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to me, saying,559

21 „Сину лю́дський, зверни своє обличчя до Сидо́ну, і пророку́й на нього,

21 Son1121 of man,120 set7760 your face6440 against413 Zidon,6721 and prophesy5012 against5921 it,

22 та й скажеш: так говорить Господь Бог: Ось Я на тебе, Сидо́не, і буду шано́ваний серед тебе, і пізнають, що Я — Господь, коли робитиму на нього при́суди, і коли покажу́ Свою святість серед нього.

22 And say,559 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Behold,2005 I am against5921 you, O Zidon;6721 and I will be glorified3513 in the middle8432 of you: and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD,3068 when I shall have executed6213 judgments8201 in her, and shall be sanctified6942 in her.

23 І пошлю на нього морови́цю та кров на його вулиці, і впаде́ серед нього пробитий, що при́йде на нього знавко́ла, і пізнають, що Я — Госпо́дь.

23 For I will send7971 into her pestilence,1698 and blood1818 into her streets;2351 and the wounded2491 shall be judged5307 in the middle8432 of her by the sword2719 on her on every5437 side;5439 and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD.3068

24 І не буде вже для Ізраїлевого дому колю́чої терни́ни та будя́ччя, що прино́сить біль зо всіх їхніх око́лиць, що пого́рджують ними, і пізнають вони, що Я — Господь Бог.

24 And there shall be no3808 more5750 a pricking3992 brier5544 to the house1004 of Israel,3478 nor any grieving3510 thorn6975 of all3605 that are round5439 about them, that despised7590 them; and they shall know3045 that I am the Lord136 GOD.3069

25 Так говорить Господь Бог: Коли Я позбираю Ізраїлів дім із наро́дів, між якими вони розпоро́шені, то Я покажу́ на ньому Свою святість на оча́х наро́дів, і вони осядуть на землі своїй, яку Я дав Своєму рабові Якову.

25 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 When I shall have gathered6908 the house1004 of Israel3478 from the people5971 among whom834 they are scattered,6327 and shall be sanctified6942 in them in the sight5869 of the heathen,1471 then shall they dwell3427 in their land127 that I have given5414 to my servant5650 Jacob.3290

26 І осядуть вони на ній безпе́чно, і будува́тимуть доми́ та садитимуть виноградники, і будуть сидіти безпечно, коли Я чинитиму при́суди на всіх тих, що пого́рджують ними з їхнього довкі́лля. І пізнають вони, що Я — Господь, їхній Бог!“

26 And they shall dwell3427 safely983 therein,5921 and shall build1129 houses,1004 and plant5193 vineyards;3754 yes, they shall dwell3427 with confidence,983 when I have executed6213 judgments8201 on all3605 those that despise7590 them round5439 about them; and they shall know3045 that I am the LORD3068 their God.430
