1 Кто — как мудрый,2450 и кто понимает3045 значение6592 вещей?1697 Мудрость2451 человека120 просветляет215 лице6440 его, и суровость5797 лица6440 его изменяется.8132

1 Who4310 is as the wise2450 man? and who4310 knoweth3045 the interpretation6592 of a thing?1697 a man's120 wisdom2451 maketh his face6440 to shine,215 and the boldness5797 of his face6440 shall be changed.8132

2 Я говорю: слово6310 царское4428 храни,8104 и это ради1700 клятвы7621 пред Богом.430

2 I589 counsel thee to keep8104 the king's4428 commandment,6310 and that in regard5921 1700 of the oath7621 of God.430

3 Не спеши926 уходить3212 от лица6440 его, и не упорствуй5975 в худом7451 деле;1697 потому что он, что захочет,2654 все может сделать.6213

3 Be not408 hasty926 to go1980 out of his sight:4480 6440 stand5975 not408 in an evil7451 thing;1697 for3588 he doeth6213 whatsoever3605 834 pleaseth2654 him.

4 Где слово1697 царя,4428 там власть;7983 и кто скажет559 ему: «что ты делаешь?6213»

4 Where834 the word1697 of a king4428 is, there is power:7983 and who4310 may say559 unto him, What4100 doest6213 thou?

5 Соблюдающий8104 заповедь4687 не испытает3045 никакого зла:7451 сердце3820 мудрого2450 знает3045 и время6256 и устав;4941
|
5 Whoso keepeth8104 the commandment4687 shall feel3045 no3808 evil7451 thing:1697 and a wise man's2450 heart3820 discerneth3045 both time6256 and judgment.4941

6 потому что для всякой вещи2656 есть3426 свое время6256 и устав;4941 а человеку120 великое7227 зло7451 от того,

6 Because3588 to every3605 purpose2656 there is3426 time6256 and judgment,4941 therefore3588 the misery7451 of man120 is great7227 upon5921 him.

7 что он не знает,3045 что будет; и как это будет — кто скажет5046 ему?
|
7 For3588 he knoweth3045 not369 that4100 which shall be:7945 1961 for3588 who4310 can tell5046 him when834 it shall be?1961
|
|
8 Человек120 не властен7989 над духом,7307 чтобы удержать3607 дух,7307 и нет власти7983 у него над днем3117 смерти,4194 и нет избавления4917 в этой борьбе,4421 и не спасет4422 нечестие7562 нечестивого.

8 There is no369 man120 that hath power7989 over the spirit7307 to retain3607 853 the spirit;7307 neither369 hath he power7983 in the day3117 of death:4194 and there is no369 discharge4917 in that war;4421 neither3808 shall wickedness7562 deliver4422 853 those that are given1167 to it.

9 Все это я видел,7200 и обращал5414 сердце3820 мое на всякое дело,4639 какое делается6213 под солнцем.8121 Бывает время,6256 когда человек120 властвует7980 над человеком во вред7451 ему.

9 All3605 this2088 have I seen,7200 and applied5414 853 my heart3820 unto every3605 work4639 that834 is done6213 under8478 the sun:8121 there is a time6256 wherein834 one man120 ruleth over7980 another120 to his own hurt.7451

10 Видел7200 я тогда, что хоронили6912 нечестивых,7563 и приходили935 и отходили1980 от святого6918 места,4725 и они забываемы7911 были в городе,5892 где они так поступали.6213 И это — суета!1892
|
10 And so3651 I saw7200 the wicked7563 buried,6912 who had come935 and gone1980 from the place4480 4725 of the holy,6918 and they were forgotten7911 in the city5892 where834 they had so3651 done:6213 this2088 is also1571 vanity.1892

11 Не скоро4120 совершается6213 суд6599 над худыми7451 делами;4639 от этого и не4390 страшится4390 сердце3820 сынов1121 человеческих120 делать6213 зло.7451
|
11 Because834 sentence against6599 an evil7451 work4639 is not369 executed6213 speedily,4120 therefore5921 3651 the heart3820 of the sons1121 of men120 is fully set4390 in them to do6213 evil.7451
|

12 Хотя грешник2398 сто3967 раз делает6213 зло7451 и коснеет748 в нем, но я знаю,3045 что благо2896 будет боящимся3373 Бога,430 которые благоговеют3372 пред3942 лицем3942 Его;

12 Though834 a sinner2398 do6213 evil7451 a hundred times,3967 and his days be prolonged,748 yet3588 surely1571 I589 know3045 that834 it shall be1961 well2896 with them that fear3373 God,430 which834 fear3372 before4480 6440 him:

13 а нечестивому7563 не будет добра,2896 и, подобно тени,6738 недолго продержится748 тот, кто не благоговеет3373 пред3942 Богом.430
|
13 But it shall not3808 be1961 well2896 with the wicked,7563 neither3808 shall he prolong748 his days,3117 which are as a shadow;6738 because834 he feareth3372 not369 before4480 6440 God.430
|

14 Есть3426 и такая суета1892 на земле:776 праведников6662 постигает5060 то, чего заслуживали5060 бы дела4639 нечестивых,7563 а с нечестивыми7563 бывает3426 то, чего заслуживали5060 бы дела4639 праведников.6662 И сказал559 я: и это — суета!1892

14 There is3426 a vanity1892 which834 is done6213 upon5921 the earth;776 that834 there be3426 just6662 men, unto whom834 413 it happeneth5060 according to the work4639 of the wicked;7563 again, there be3426 wicked7563 men, to413 whom it happeneth7945 5060 according to the work4639 of the righteous:6662 I said559 that this also2088 7945 1571 is vanity.1892

15 И похвалил7623 я веселье;8057 потому что нет лучшего2896 для человека120 под солнцем,8121 как есть,398 пить8354 и веселиться:8055 это сопровождает3867 его в трудах5999 во дни3117 жизни2416 его, которые дал5414 ему Бог430 под солнцем.8121

15 Then I589 commended7623 853 mirth,8057 because834 a man120 hath no369 better2896 thing under8478 the sun,8121 than3588 518 to eat,398 and to drink,8354 and to be merry:8055 for that1931 shall abide3867 with him of his labor5999 the days3117 of his life,2416 which834 God430 giveth5414 him under8478 the sun.8121

16 Когда я обратил5414 сердце3820 мое на то, чтобы постигнуть3045 мудрость2451 и обозреть7200 дела,6045 которые делаются6213 на земле,776 и среди которых человек ни днем,3117 ни ночью3915 не знает7200 сна,8142 —

16 When834 I applied5414 853 mine heart3820 to know3045 wisdom,2451 and to see7200 853 the business6045 that834 is done6213 upon5921 the earth:776 (for3588 also1571 there is that neither369 day3117 nor night3915 seeth7200 sleep8142 with his eyes: )5869

17 тогда я увидел7200 все дела4639 Божии430 и нашел, что человек120 не может3201 постигнуть4672 дел,4639 которые делаются6213 под солнцем.8121 Сколько бы человек120 ни трудился5998 в исследовании,1245 он все-таки не постигнет4672 этого; и если бы какой мудрец2450 сказал,559 что он знает,3045 он не может3201 постигнуть4672 этого.

17 Then I beheld7200 853 all3605 the work4639 of God,430 that3588 a man120 cannot3808 3201 find out4672 853 the work4639 that834 is done6213 under8478 the sun:8121 because7945 though834 a man120 labor5998 to seek it out,1245 yet he shall not3808 find4672 it; yea1571 further; though518 a wise2450 man think559 to know3045 it, yet shall he not3808 be able3201 to find4672 it.
