1 Если восстанет среди тебя пророк, или сновидец, и представит тебе знамение или чудо,

2 И сбудется то знамение или чудо, о котором он говорил тебе, и скажет притом: пойдем вслед богов других, которых ты не знаешь, и будем служить им:

3 То не слушай слов пророка сего, или сновидца сего; ибо чрез сие искушает вас Иегова, Бог ваш, чтобы узнать, любите ли вы Иегову, Бога вашего, от всего сердца вашего и от всей души вашей.

4 Иегове, Богу вашему, последуйте и Его бойтесь; Его заповеди храните, Его гласа слушайте, и Ему служите и к Нему прилепляйтесь.

5 А пророка того или сновидца того должно предать смерти за то, что он уговаривал отступить от Иеговы, Бога вашего, выведшего вас из земли Египетской, и избавившего тебя из дома рабства; дабы совратить тебя с пути, по которому заповедал тебе Иегова, Бог твой, идти; и таким образом истреби зло из среды себя.

6 Если будет убеждать тебя брат твой, [сын отца твоего или] сын матери твоей, или сын твой, или дочь твоя, или жена, [которая] на лоне твоем, или друг твой, который для тебя, как душа твоя, тайно говоря: пойдем и будем служить богам другим, коих не знал ты и отцы твои,

7 Богам тех народов, которые вокруг тебя, близких к тебе или отдаленных от тебя, от одного края земли до другого:

8 То не соглашайся с ним и не слушай его; и да не пощадит его око твое, не жалей его и не прикрывай его;

9 Но убей его; твоя рука прежде всех должна быть на нем, чтобы убить его, а потом руки всего народа.

10 Побей его камнями до смерти; ибо он покушался отвратить тебя от Иеговы, Бога твоего, Который вывел тебя из земли Египетской, из дома рабства.

11 Весь Израиль услышит сие и убоится, и не станут впредь делать среди тебя такого зла.

12 Если услышишь, что в каком-либо городе твоем, который Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе для жительства,

13 Появились нечестивые люди из среды тебя и соблазнили [всех] жителей города их, говоря: пойдем и будем служить богам другим, которых вы не знали:

14 То ты разыщи, исследуй и хорошо выспроси; и если это точная правда, если сделана мерзость сия среди тебя:

15 То порази [всех] жителей того города острием меча, предай заклятию его, и все, что в нем, и скот его порази острием меча.

16 Всю же добычу его собери на средину площади его, и сожги огнем город и всю добычу его во всесожжение Иегове, Богу твоему; и да будет он вечно в развалинах, не должно его никогда вновь созидать.

17 Ничто из заклятого да не прилипнет к руке твоей, дабы укротил Господь ярость гнева Своего, дал тебе милость и помиловал тебя, и размножил тебя, [как Он говорил тебе,] как клялся [Господь] отцам твоим,

18 Если будешь слушать гласа Иеговы, Бога твоего, соблюдая все заповеди Его, которые ныне заповедаю тебе, делая [доброе и] справедливое пред очами Иеговы, Бога твоего.

Deuteronomy

Chapter 13

1 If3588 there arise6965 among7130 you a prophet,5030 or176 a dreamer2492 of dreams,2472 and gives5414 you a sign226 or176 a wonder,4159

2 And the sign226 or the wonder4159 come935 to pass, whereof834 he spoke1696 to you, saying,559 Let us go3212 after310 other312 gods,430 which834 you have not known,3045 and let us serve5647 them;

3 You shall not listen8085 to the words1697 of that prophet,5030 or176 that dreamer2492 of dreams:2472 for the LORD3068 your God430 proves5254 you, to know3045 whether you love157 the LORD3068 your God430 with all3605 your heart3824 and with all3605 your soul.5315

4 You shall walk3212 after310 the LORD3068 your God,430 and fear3372 him, and keep8104 his commandments,4687 and obey8085 his voice,6963 and you shall serve5647 him, and join1692 to him.

5 And that prophet,5030 or176 that dreamer2492 of dreams,2472 shall be put to death;4191 because3588 he has spoken1696 to turn5627 you away from the LORD3068 your God,430 which brought3318 you out of the land776 of Egypt,4714 and redeemed6299 you out of the house1004 of bondage,5650 to thrust5080 you out of the way1870 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 commanded6680 you to walk3212 in. So shall you put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from the middle7130 of you.

6 If3588 your brother,251 the son1121 of your mother,517 or your son,1121 or your daughter,1323 or176 the wife802 of your bosom,2436 or176 your friend,7453 which834 is as your own soul,5315 entice5496 you secretly,5643 saying,559 Let us go3212 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 which834 you have not known,3045 you, nor your fathers;1

7 Namely, of the gods430 of the people5971 which834 are round5439 about you, near7126 to you, or176 far7350 off from you, from the one end7097 of the earth776 even to the other end7097 of the earth;776

8 You shall not consent14 to him, nor3808 listen8085 to him; neither3808 shall your eye5869 pity2347 him, neither3808 shall you spare,2550 neither3808 shall you conceal3680 him:

9 But you shall surely3588 kill2026 him; your hand3027 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterwards314 the hand3027 of all3605 the people.5971

10 And you shall stone5619 him with stones,68 that he die;4191 because3588 he has sought1245 to thrust5080 you away from the LORD3068 your God,430 which brought3318 you out of the land776 of Egypt,4714 from the house1004 of bondage.5650

11 And all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and shall do6213 no3808 more3254 any1697 such wickedness7451 as this2088 is among7130 you.

12 If3588 you shall hear8085 say in one259 of your cities,5892 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 has given5414 you to dwell3427 there,8033 saying,559

13 Certain men,582 the children1121 of Belial,1100 are gone3318 out from among7130 you, and have withdrawn5080 the inhabitants3427 of their city,5892 saying,559 Let us go3212 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 which834 you have not known;3045

14 Then shall you inquire,1875 and make search,2713 and ask7592 diligently;3190 and, behold,2009 if it be truth,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 among7130 you;

15 You shall surely smite5221 the inhabitants3427 of that city5892 with the edge6310 of the sword,2719 destroying2763 it utterly, and all3605 that is therein, and the cattle929 thereof, with the edge6310 of the sword.2719

16 And you shall gather6908 all3605 the spoil7998 of it into413 the middle8432 of the street7339 thereof, and shall burn8313 with fire784 the city,5892 and all3605 the spoil7998 thereof every3632 whit,3632 for the LORD3068 your God:430 and it shall be an heap8510 for ever;5769 it shall not be built1129 again.5750

17 And there shall stick1692 nothing408 3972 of the cursed2764 thing to your hand:3027 that the LORD3068 may turn7725 from the fierceness2740 of his anger,639 and show5414 you mercy,7356 and have compassion7355 on you, and multiply7235 you, as he has sworn7650 to your fathers;1

18 When3588 you shall listen8085 to the voice6963 of the LORD3068 your God,430 to keep8104 all3605 his commandments4687 which834 I command6680 you this day,3117 to do6213 that which is right3477 in the eyes5869 of the LORD3068 your God.430

7 Богам тех народов, которые вокруг тебя, близких к тебе или отдаленных от тебя, от одного края земли до другого:

11 And all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and shall do6213 no3808 more3254 any1697 such wickedness7451 as this2088 is among7130 you.

12 Если услышишь, что в каком-либо городе твоем, который Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе для жительства,

12 If3588 you shall hear8085 say in one259 of your cities,5892 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 has given5414 you to dwell3427 there,8033 saying,559

13 Появились нечестивые люди из среды тебя и соблазнили [всех] жителей города их, говоря: пойдем и будем служить богам другим, которых вы не знали:

13 Certain men,582 the children1121 of Belial,1100 are gone3318 out from among7130 you, and have withdrawn5080 the inhabitants3427 of their city,5892 saying,559 Let us go3212 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 which834 you have not known;3045

14 То ты разыщи, исследуй и хорошо выспроси; и если это точная правда, если сделана мерзость сия среди тебя:

14 Then shall you inquire,1875 and make search,2713 and ask7592 diligently;3190 and, behold,2009 if it be truth,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 among7130 you;

15 То порази [всех] жителей того города острием меча, предай заклятию его, и все, что в нем, и скот его порази острием меча.

15 You shall surely smite5221 the inhabitants3427 of that city5892 with the edge6310 of the sword,2719 destroying2763 it utterly, and all3605 that is therein, and the cattle929 thereof, with the edge6310 of the sword.2719

16 Всю же добычу его собери на средину площади его, и сожги огнем город и всю добычу его во всесожжение Иегове, Богу твоему; и да будет он вечно в развалинах, не должно его никогда вновь созидать.

16 And you shall gather6908 all3605 the spoil7998 of it into413 the middle8432 of the street7339 thereof, and shall burn8313 with fire784 the city,5892 and all3605 the spoil7998 thereof every3632 whit,3632 for the LORD3068 your God:430 and it shall be an heap8510 for ever;5769 it shall not be built1129 again.5750

17 Ничто из заклятого да не прилипнет к руке твоей, дабы укротил Господь ярость гнева Своего, дал тебе милость и помиловал тебя, и размножил тебя, [как Он говорил тебе,] как клялся [Господь] отцам твоим,

17 And there shall stick1692 nothing408 3972 of the cursed2764 thing to your hand:3027 that the LORD3068 may turn7725 from the fierceness2740 of his anger,639 and show5414 you mercy,7356 and have compassion7355 on you, and multiply7235 you, as he has sworn7650 to your fathers;1
