Глава 21

1 Если в земле, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе в наследие, найден будет убитый, лежащий на поле, и неизвестно будет, кто убил его:

2 То старейшины твои и судии твои пусть выдут и измерят расстояние до городов, которые около убитого;

3 И старейшины города того, который будет ближайший к убитому, пусть возьмут телицу, на которой не работали, [и] которая не носила ярма.

4 И пусть старейшины того города отведут сию телицу к неиссякающему потоку, где земля не разработана и не засеяна, и заколют там телицу у потока;

5 И придут священники, сыны Левиины; (ибо их избрал Иегова, Бог твой, служить Себе и благословлять именем Господа, и по слову их должно решить всякое спорное дело и всякий причиненный вред.)

6 И все старейшины города того, ближайшие к убитому, пусть омоют руки свои над [головою] телицы, зарезанной у потока,

7 И скажут притом: руки наши не пролили крови сей, и глаза наши не видали,

8 Очисти народ Твой, Израиля, который Ты, Господи, освободил [из земли Египетской], и не вмени народу Твоему, Израилю, невинной крови. Тогда они очистятся от крови.

9 Таким образом должен ты смывать у себя кровь невинного, когда хочешь делать [доброе] и справедливое пред очами Иеговы, [Бога твоего].

10 Когда выдешь на войну против врагов твоих, и Иегова, Бог твой, предаст их в руки твои, и возьмешь из них в плен,

11 И увидишь между пленными женщину, красивую видом, и полюбишь ее, и возьмешь ее себе в жену:

12 То приведи ее в дом свой, и пусть она острижет голову свою и растит ногти свои,

13 И снимет с себя пленническую одежду свою, и живет в доме твоем, и оплакивает отца своего и матерь свою в продолжении месяца; и после того ты можешь войти к ней и сделаться ее мужем, и она будет твоею женою.

14 Если же она после не понравится тебе, то отпусти ее, куда она захочет, но не продавай за серебро и не порабощай ее, поелику ты смирил ее.

15 Если у кого будут две жены, одна любимая, а другая нелюбимая, и как любимая, так и нелюбимая родят ему сыновей, и первенцем будет сын нелюбимой:

16 То, при разделе сыновьям своим имения своего, он не может сыну жены любимой дать первенства пред первородным сыном нелюбимой.

17 Но первенцем должен признать сына нелюбимой, [и] дать ему двойную часть из всего, что у него найдется, ибо он есть начаток силы его, ему принадлежит право первородства.

18 Если у кого будет сын упрямый и непокорный, не повинующийся гласу отца своего и гласу матери своей, и они наказывали его, но он не слушает их:

19 То отец его и мать его пусть возьмут его и приведут его к старейшинам города своего и к воротам своего местопребывания,

20 И скажут старейшинам города своего: сей сын наш упрям и непокорен, не слушает слов наших, мот и пьяница:

21 Тогда все жители города его пусть побьют его камнями до смерти, и таким образом истреби зло из среды себя, и все Израильтяне услышат и убоятся.

22 Если в ком найдется преступление, достойное смерти, и он будет умерщвлен, и ты повесишь его на дереве:

23 То тело его не должно ночевать на дереве, но погреби его в тот же день; ибо проклят пред Богом [всякий] повешенный [на дереве], и не оскверняй земли твоей, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе в удел.

Chapter 21

1 If3588 one be found4672 slain2491 in the land127 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you to possess3423 it, lying5307 in the field,7704 and it be not known3045 who4310 has slain2491 him:

2 Then your elders2205 and your judges8199 shall come3318 forth,3318 and they shall measure4058 to the cities5892 which834 are round5439 about him that is slain:2491

3 And it shall be, that the city5892 which is next7138 to the slain2491 man,376 even the elders2205 of that city5892 shall take3947 an heifer,5697 which834 has not been worked5647 with, and which834 has not drawn4900 in the yoke;5923

4 And the elders2205 of that city5892 shall bring down3381 the heifer5697 to a rough386 valley,5158 which834 is neither3808 eared5647 nor3808 sown,2232 and shall strike off the heifer's5697 neck6203 there8033 in the valley:5158

5 And the priests3548 the sons1121 of Levi3878 shall come5066 near;5066 for them the LORD3068 your God430 has chosen977 to minister8334 to him, and to bless1288 in the name8034 of the LORD;3068 and by their word6310 shall every3605 controversy7379 and every3605 stroke5061 be tried:

6 And all3605 the elders2205 of that city,5892 that are next7138 to the slain2491 man, shall wash7364 their hands3027 over5921 the heifer5697 that is beheaded6202 in the valley:5158

7 And they shall answer6030 and say,559 Our hands3027 have not shed8210 this2088 blood,1818 neither3808 have our eyes5869 seen7200 it.

8 Be merciful,3722 O LORD,3068 to your people5971 Israel,3478 whom834 you have redeemed,6299 and lay5414 not innocent5355 blood1818 to your people5971 of Israel's3478 charge.7130 And the blood1818 shall be forgiven3722 them.

9 So shall you put1197 away1197 the guilt of innocent5355 blood1818 from among7130 you, when3588 you shall do6213 that which is right3477 in the sight5869 of the LORD.3068

10 When3588 you go3318 forth3318 to war4421 against5921 your enemies,341 and the LORD3068 your God430 has delivered5414 them into your hands,3027 and you have taken them captive,7617

11 And see7200 among the captives7633 a beautiful3303 8389 woman,802 and have a desire2836 to her, that you would have her to your wife;802

12 Then you shall bring935 her home8432 to your house,1004 and she shall shave1548 her head,7218 and pare6213 her nails;6856

13 And she shall put5493 the raiment8071 of her captivity7633 from off5921 her, and shall remain3427 in your house,1004 and mourn1058 her father1 and her mother517 a full3117 month:3391 and after310 that you shall go935 in to her, and be her husband,1167 and she shall be your wife.802

14 And it shall be, if518 you have no3808 delight2654 in her, then you shall let her go7971 where she will;5315 but you shall not sell4376 her at all3605 for money,3701 you shall not make6014 merchandise6014 of her, because8478 834 you have humbled6031 her.

15 If3588 a man376 have1961 two8147 wives,802 one259 beloved,157 and another259 hated,8130 and they have born3205 him children,1121 both the beloved157 and the hated;8130 and if the firstborn1060 son1121 be hers that was hated:8146

16 Then it shall be, when3117 he makes his sons1121 to inherit5157 that which834 he has,1961 that he may3201 not make the son1121 of the beloved157 firstborn1069 before6440 the son1121 of the hated,8130 which is indeed the firstborn:1060

17 But he shall acknowledge5234 the son1121 of the hated8130 for the firstborn,1060 by giving5414 him a double8147 portion6310 of all3605 that he has:4672 for he is the beginning7225 of his strength;202 the right4941 of the firstborn1062 is his.

18 If3588 a man376 have1961 a stubborn5637 and rebellious4784 son,1121 which will not obey8085 the voice6963 of his father,1 or the voice6963 of his mother,517 and that, when they have chastened3256 him, will not listen8085 to them:

19 Then shall his father1 and his mother517 lay hold8610 on him, and bring3318 him out to the elders2205 of his city,5892 and to the gate8179 of his place;4725

20 And they shall say559 to the elders2205 of his city,5892 This2088 our son1121 is stubborn5637 and rebellious,4784 he will not obey8085 our voice;6963 he is a glutton,2151 and a drunkard.5435

21 And all3605 the men582 of his city5892 shall stone7275 him with stones,68 that he die:4191 so shall you put1197 evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you; and all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear.3372

22 And if3588 a man376 have committed1961 a sin2399 worthy of death,4194 and he be to be put to death,4191 and you hang8518 him on5921 a tree:6086

23 His body5038 shall not remain3885 all3885 night on the tree,6086 but you shall in any wise bury6912 him that day;3117 (for he that is hanged8518 is accursed7045 of God;430) that your land127 be not defiled,2930 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you for an inheritance.5159

2 То старейшины твои и судии твои пусть выдут и измерят расстояние до городов, которые около убитого;

3 И старейшины города того, который будет ближайший к убитому, пусть возьмут телицу, на которой не работали, [и] которая не носила ярма.

3 And it shall be, that the city5892 which is next7138 to the slain2491 man,376 even the elders2205 of that city5892 shall take3947 an heifer,5697 which834 has not been worked5647 with, and which834 has not drawn4900 in the yoke;5923

4 И пусть старейшины того города отведут сию телицу к неиссякающему потоку, где земля не разработана и не засеяна, и заколют там телицу у потока;

4 And the elders2205 of that city5892 shall bring down3381 the heifer5697 to a rough386 valley,5158 which834 is neither3808 eared5647 nor3808 sown,2232 and shall strike off the heifer's5697 neck6203 there8033 in the valley:5158

5 И придут священники, сыны Левиины; (ибо их избрал Иегова, Бог твой, служить Себе и благословлять именем Господа, и по слову их должно решить всякое спорное дело и всякий причиненный вред.)

5 And the priests3548 the sons1121 of Levi3878 shall come5066 near;5066 for them the LORD3068 your God430 has chosen977 to minister8334 to him, and to bless1288 in the name8034 of the LORD;3068 and by their word6310 shall every3605 controversy7379 and every3605 stroke5061 be tried:

6 И все старейшины города того, ближайшие к убитому, пусть омоют руки свои над [головою] телицы, зарезанной у потока,

6 And all3605 the elders2205 of that city,5892 that are next7138 to the slain2491 man, shall wash7364 their hands3027 over5921 the heifer5697 that is beheaded6202 in the valley:5158

7 И скажут притом: руки наши не пролили крови сей, и глаза наши не видали,

7 And they shall answer6030 and say,559 Our hands3027 have not shed8210 this2088 blood,1818 neither3808 have our eyes5869 seen7200 it.

8 Очисти народ Твой, Израиля, который Ты, Господи, освободил [из земли Египетской], и не вмени народу Твоему, Израилю, невинной крови. Тогда они очистятся от крови.

8 Be merciful,3722 O LORD,3068 to your people5971 Israel,3478 whom834 you have redeemed,6299 and lay5414 not innocent5355 blood1818 to your people5971 of Israel's3478 charge.7130 And the blood1818 shall be forgiven3722 them.

9 Таким образом должен ты смывать у себя кровь невинного, когда хочешь делать [доброе] и справедливое пред очами Иеговы, [Бога твоего].

9 So shall you put1197 away1197 the guilt of innocent5355 blood1818 from among7130 you, when3588 you shall do6213 that which is right3477 in the sight5869 of the LORD.3068

10 Когда выдешь на войну против врагов твоих, и Иегова, Бог твой, предаст их в руки твои, и возьмешь из них в плен,

10 When3588 you go3318 forth3318 to war4421 against5921 your enemies,341 and the LORD3068 your God430 has delivered5414 them into your hands,3027 and you have taken them captive,7617

11 И увидишь между пленными женщину, красивую видом, и полюбишь ее, и возьмешь ее себе в жену:

11 And see7200 among the captives7633 a beautiful3303 8389 woman,802 and have a desire2836 to her, that you would have her to your wife;802

12 То приведи ее в дом свой, и пусть она острижет голову свою и растит ногти свои,

12 Then you shall bring935 her home8432 to your house,1004 and she shall shave1548 her head,7218 and pare6213 her nails;6856

13 И снимет с себя пленническую одежду свою, и живет в доме твоем, и оплакивает отца своего и матерь свою в продолжении месяца; и после того ты можешь войти к ней и сделаться ее мужем, и она будет твоею женою.

13 And she shall put5493 the raiment8071 of her captivity7633 from off5921 her, and shall remain3427 in your house,1004 and mourn1058 her father1 and her mother517 a full3117 month:3391 and after310 that you shall go935 in to her, and be her husband,1167 and she shall be your wife.802

14 Если же она после не понравится тебе, то отпусти ее, куда она захочет, но не продавай за серебро и не порабощай ее, поелику ты смирил ее.

14 And it shall be, if518 you have no3808 delight2654 in her, then you shall let her go7971 where she will;5315 but you shall not sell4376 her at all3605 for money,3701 you shall not make6014 merchandise6014 of her, because8478 834 you have humbled6031 her.

15 Если у кого будут две жены, одна любимая, а другая нелюбимая, и как любимая, так и нелюбимая родят ему сыновей, и первенцем будет сын нелюбимой:

15 If3588 a man376 have1961 two8147 wives,802 one259 beloved,157 and another259 hated,8130 and they have born3205 him children,1121 both the beloved157 and the hated;8130 and if the firstborn1060 son1121 be hers that was hated:8146

16 То, при разделе сыновьям своим имения своего, он не может сыну жены любимой дать первенства пред первородным сыном нелюбимой.

16 Then it shall be, when3117 he makes his sons1121 to inherit5157 that which834 he has,1961 that he may3201 not make the son1121 of the beloved157 firstborn1069 before6440 the son1121 of the hated,8130 which is indeed the firstborn:1060

17 Но первенцем должен признать сына нелюбимой, [и] дать ему двойную часть из всего, что у него найдется, ибо он есть начаток силы его, ему принадлежит право первородства.

17 But he shall acknowledge5234 the son1121 of the hated8130 for the firstborn,1060 by giving5414 him a double8147 portion6310 of all3605 that he has:4672 for he is the beginning7225 of his strength;202 the right4941 of the firstborn1062 is his.

18 Если у кого будет сын упрямый и непокорный, не повинующийся гласу отца своего и гласу матери своей, и они наказывали его, но он не слушает их:

18 If3588 a man376 have1961 a stubborn5637 and rebellious4784 son,1121 which will not obey8085 the voice6963 of his father,1 or the voice6963 of his mother,517 and that, when they have chastened3256 him, will not listen8085 to them:

19 То отец его и мать его пусть возьмут его и приведут его к старейшинам города своего и к воротам своего местопребывания,

20 И скажут старейшинам города своего: сей сын наш упрям и непокорен, не слушает слов наших, мот и пьяница:

23 His body5038 shall not remain3885 all3885 night on the tree,6086 but you shall in any wise bury6912 him that day;3117 (for he that is hanged8518 is accursed7045 of God;430) that your land127 be not defiled,2930 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you for an inheritance.5159
