Глава 13

1 Было ко мне слово Вечного:

2 – Смертный, говори с пророками Исраила, которые сейчас пророчествуют. Скажи тем, кто пророчествует от себя: Слушайте слово Вечного!

3 Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Горе безумным пророкам, которые слушают самих себя и ничего не видят!

4 Твои пророки, Исраил, точно шакалы, что роют норы посреди руин.

5 Вы не ходили к проломам в стене, чтобы починить её для народа Исраила, чтобы она непоколебимо стояла в битве в день Вечного.

6 Их видения ложны, их ворожба обманчива. Они говорят: „Вечный возвещает“, когда Вечный не посылал их, и ждут, что их слова сбудутся.

7 Разве вы не видели ложных видений? Разве вы не произносили обманчивых прорицаний, говоря: „Вечный возвещает“, хотя Я не говорил этого?»

8 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «За ваши лживые слова и обманчивые видения Я иду против вас, – возвещает Владыка Вечный. –

9 Моя рука обратится против пророков, которые видят ложные видения и произносят обманчивые прорицания. Их не будет в совете Моего народа, и не будут они упомянуты в родословной Исраила, и в землю Исраила не войдут. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Владыка Вечный.

10 И так как они сбивают Мой народ с истинного пути, говоря: „Мир“, когда мира нет, а когда народ строит непрочную стену, покрывают её побелкой,

11 то скажи тем, кто её белит, что она скоро рухнет. Хлынет проливной дождь, будет падать крупный град, и поднимется неистовый вихрь, и стена рухнет.

12 Когда стена обвалится, разве люди не спросят вас: „Где же побелка, которой вы её покрывали?“»

13 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «В негодовании Я подниму ураганный ветер, и в гневе Моём град и проливной дождь будут идти с разрушительной яростью.

14 Я разрушу стену, которую вы покрыли побелкой, и сровняю её с землёй так, что обнажатся её основания. Когда она рухнет, вы погибнете вместе с ней. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный.

15 Так Я изолью гнев на стену и на людей, которые её белят. Я скажу вам: Нет больше ни стены, ни тех, кто её белил, –

16 пророков Исраила, которые пророчествовали о приходе мира в Иерусалим, когда мира не было», – возвещает Владыка Вечный.

17 А теперь, смертный, обрати лицо к дочерям твоего народа, которые пророчествуют от себя. Пророчествуй им

18 и скажи: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Горе тем женщинам, которые шьют колдовские повязки всем на запястья и делают головные покрывала разных размеров, чтобы уловлять людей. Неужели, губя жизни Моего народа, вы сохраните свои собственные?

19 Вы оскверняли Меня среди Моего народа за несколько пригоршней ячменя и несколько хлебных корок, предавая смерти тех, кто не должен был умереть, и оставляя в живых тех, кто не должен был жить, обманывая Мой народ, который внимает лжи».

20 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Я – враг вашим колдовским повязкам, с помощью которых вы уловляете людей, как если бы они были птицами; Я сорву их с ваших рук и освобожу тех людей, как птиц из охотничьих силков.

21 Я сорву ваши покровы и спасу от вас Мой народ, он не будет больше вашей добычей. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный.

22 За то, что своей ложью вы приводили в уныние праведников, тогда как Я не посылал им печали, и за то, что вы поощряли злодеев не отворачиваться от злых путей и спасти тем самым себе жизнь,

23 вы больше не будете видеть ложные видения и ворожить. Я спасу от вас Мой народ. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный».

Chapter 13

1 AND the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who prophesy to the people, and say to them who prophesy out of their own heart, Hear the word of the LORD;

3 Thus says the LORD God: Woe to the foolish prophets, who follow their own pride, for they have not seen any vision!

4 O Israel, your prophets are like the foxes in the ruins.

5 You have not gone up to build the breaches, neither have you made up a hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.

6 For they say, Thus says the LORD; and the LORD has not sent them; and they persist in confirming a false word.

7 Indeed you have seen a vain vision, and you have spoken a lying divination, and yet you say, The LORD said it; although I have not spoken.

8 Therefore thus says the LORD God: Because you have seen false visions and spoken lies; therefore, behold, I am against you, says the LORD God.

9 And my hand shall be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations; they shall not remain in the midst of my people, neither shall they be written in the book of the house of Israel, neither shall they return to the land of Israel; and you shall know that I am the LORD God.

10 Because they have deceived my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and when the people built up a wall, they daubed it with untempered mortar in such a manner that it shall fall.

11 Say to those who daubed it in such a manner that it shall fall, Behold, I will bring a violent rain which will sweep everything away, and hailstones shall fall, and a whirlwind;

12 And the wall shall be breached and shall fall; and it shall be said to you, Where is the mortar with which you daubed it?

13 Therefore thus says the LORD God: I will bring a whirlwind in my wrath; and there shall be a deluge of rain in my anger, and hailstones in my fury to consume it.

14 So I will demolish the wall that you have daubed and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation shall be laid bare, and you shall be defeated and consumed in the midst of it; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

15 Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall and upon those who have daubed it with untempered mortar so that it shall be said to you, Where is the wall? Where are those who daubed it?

16 Such are the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, says the LORD God.

17 Likewise, you Son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people, who prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy against them, and say to them,

18 Thus says the LORD God: Woe to the women who embroider wristlets and make coverings for every head and for every type of person to snare the souls of men! Will you hunt the souls of my people, and will you save your own souls?

19 You have polluted my people for a handful of barley and a piece of bread, to kill persons who were not guilty of death, and to save the lives of those who should not live, and you have lied to a people who listen to lies.

20 Wherefore thus says the LORD God: Behold, I am against your embroidered garments with which you hunt the souls of the people, and I will tear them from your arms, and I will set free the souls of those that you hunt, and I will cause them to fly.

21 And I will tear your robes, and will deliver my people out of your hands, and they shall be no more delivered into your hands to be hunted; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

22 Because with lies you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sorrowful; and you have strengthened the hands of the wicked, so that they did not return from their wicked ways and live.

23 Therefore you shall no longer see false visions, nor work divinations any more; for I will deliver my people from your hands; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

1 Было ко мне слово Вечного:

1 AND the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 – Смертный, говори с пророками Исраила, которые сейчас пророчествуют. Скажи тем, кто пророчествует от себя: Слушайте слово Вечного!

2 Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who prophesy to the people, and say to them who prophesy out of their own heart, Hear the word of the LORD;

3 Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Горе безумным пророкам, которые слушают самих себя и ничего не видят!

3 Thus says the LORD God: Woe to the foolish prophets, who follow their own pride, for they have not seen any vision!

4 Твои пророки, Исраил, точно шакалы, что роют норы посреди руин.

4 O Israel, your prophets are like the foxes in the ruins.

5 Вы не ходили к проломам в стене, чтобы починить её для народа Исраила, чтобы она непоколебимо стояла в битве в день Вечного.

5 You have not gone up to build the breaches, neither have you made up a hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.

6 Их видения ложны, их ворожба обманчива. Они говорят: „Вечный возвещает“, когда Вечный не посылал их, и ждут, что их слова сбудутся.

6 For they say, Thus says the LORD; and the LORD has not sent them; and they persist in confirming a false word.

7 Разве вы не видели ложных видений? Разве вы не произносили обманчивых прорицаний, говоря: „Вечный возвещает“, хотя Я не говорил этого?»

7 Indeed you have seen a vain vision, and you have spoken a lying divination, and yet you say, The LORD said it; although I have not spoken.

8 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «За ваши лживые слова и обманчивые видения Я иду против вас, – возвещает Владыка Вечный. –

8 Therefore thus says the LORD God: Because you have seen false visions and spoken lies; therefore, behold, I am against you, says the LORD God.

9 Моя рука обратится против пророков, которые видят ложные видения и произносят обманчивые прорицания. Их не будет в совете Моего народа, и не будут они упомянуты в родословной Исраила, и в землю Исраила не войдут. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Владыка Вечный.

9 And my hand shall be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations; they shall not remain in the midst of my people, neither shall they be written in the book of the house of Israel, neither shall they return to the land of Israel; and you shall know that I am the LORD God.

10 И так как они сбивают Мой народ с истинного пути, говоря: „Мир“, когда мира нет, а когда народ строит непрочную стену, покрывают её побелкой,

10 Because they have deceived my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and when the people built up a wall, they daubed it with untempered mortar in such a manner that it shall fall.

11 то скажи тем, кто её белит, что она скоро рухнет. Хлынет проливной дождь, будет падать крупный град, и поднимется неистовый вихрь, и стена рухнет.

11 Say to those who daubed it in such a manner that it shall fall, Behold, I will bring a violent rain which will sweep everything away, and hailstones shall fall, and a whirlwind;

12 Когда стена обвалится, разве люди не спросят вас: „Где же побелка, которой вы её покрывали?“»

12 And the wall shall be breached and shall fall; and it shall be said to you, Where is the mortar with which you daubed it?

13 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «В негодовании Я подниму ураганный ветер, и в гневе Моём град и проливной дождь будут идти с разрушительной яростью.

13 Therefore thus says the LORD God: I will bring a whirlwind in my wrath; and there shall be a deluge of rain in my anger, and hailstones in my fury to consume it.

14 Я разрушу стену, которую вы покрыли побелкой, и сровняю её с землёй так, что обнажатся её основания. Когда она рухнет, вы погибнете вместе с ней. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный.

14 So I will demolish the wall that you have daubed and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation shall be laid bare, and you shall be defeated and consumed in the midst of it; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

15 Так Я изолью гнев на стену и на людей, которые её белят. Я скажу вам: Нет больше ни стены, ни тех, кто её белил, –

15 Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall and upon those who have daubed it with untempered mortar so that it shall be said to you, Where is the wall? Where are those who daubed it?

16 пророков Исраила, которые пророчествовали о приходе мира в Иерусалим, когда мира не было», – возвещает Владыка Вечный.

16 Such are the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, says the LORD God.

17 А теперь, смертный, обрати лицо к дочерям твоего народа, которые пророчествуют от себя. Пророчествуй им

17 Likewise, you Son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people, who prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy against them, and say to them,

18 и скажи: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Горе тем женщинам, которые шьют колдовские повязки всем на запястья и делают головные покрывала разных размеров, чтобы уловлять людей. Неужели, губя жизни Моего народа, вы сохраните свои собственные?

18 Thus says the LORD God: Woe to the women who embroider wristlets and make coverings for every head and for every type of person to snare the souls of men! Will you hunt the souls of my people, and will you save your own souls?

19 Вы оскверняли Меня среди Моего народа за несколько пригоршней ячменя и несколько хлебных корок, предавая смерти тех, кто не должен был умереть, и оставляя в живых тех, кто не должен был жить, обманывая Мой народ, который внимает лжи».

19 You have polluted my people for a handful of barley and a piece of bread, to kill persons who were not guilty of death, and to save the lives of those who should not live, and you have lied to a people who listen to lies.

20 Поэтому так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Я – враг вашим колдовским повязкам, с помощью которых вы уловляете людей, как если бы они были птицами; Я сорву их с ваших рук и освобожу тех людей, как птиц из охотничьих силков.

20 Wherefore thus says the LORD God: Behold, I am against your embroidered garments with which you hunt the souls of the people, and I will tear them from your arms, and I will set free the souls of those that you hunt, and I will cause them to fly.

21 Я сорву ваши покровы и спасу от вас Мой народ, он не будет больше вашей добычей. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный.

21 And I will tear your robes, and will deliver my people out of your hands, and they shall be no more delivered into your hands to be hunted; and you shall know that I am the LORD.

22 За то, что своей ложью вы приводили в уныние праведников, тогда как Я не посылал им печали, и за то, что вы поощряли злодеев не отворачиваться от злых путей и спасти тем самым себе жизнь,

22 Because with lies you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sorrowful; and you have strengthened the hands of the wicked, so that they did not return from their wicked ways and live.

23 вы больше не будете видеть ложные видения и ворожить. Я спасу от вас Мой народ. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный».

23 Therefore you shall no longer see false visions, nor work divinations any more; for I will deliver my people from your hands; and you shall know that I am the LORD.
