Chapter 2

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

2 Every man of the children of Israel shall encamp by his own standard, at the places of their father's house; far off round about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they encamp.

3 Those who encamp first toward the east shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah throughout their armies; and Nahshon the son of Amminadab shall be chief of the children of Judah.

4 And the number of his host was seventy-four thousand and six hundred.

5 And those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Issachar; and Nethanael the son of Zuar shall be chief of the children of Issachar.

6 And the number of his host was fifty-four thousand and four hundred.

7 Then shall encamp the tribe of Zebulun; and Eliab the son of Helen shall be chief of the children of Zebulun.

8 And the number of his host was fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.

9 The total number of the camp of Judah was one hundred and eighty-six thousand and four hundred, throughout their armies. They shall march first.

10 On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben according to their armies; and the chief of the children of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.

11 And the number of his host was forty-six thousand and five hundred.

12 And those who encamp by him shall be the tribe of Simeon; and the chief of the children of Simeon shall be Shelmuiel the son of Zurishaddai.

13 And the number of his host was fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.

14 Then shall encamp the tribe of Gad; and the chief of the sons of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel.

15 And the number of his host was forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty.

16 The total number of the camp of Reuben was one hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty, throughout their armies. They shall march in the second place.

17 Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall march with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; as they encamped so shall they march, every man by his standard throughout their armies.

18 On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their armies; and the chief of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.

19 And the number of his host was forty thousand and five hundred.

20 And those who encamp by him shall be the tribe of Manasseh; and the chief of the children of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Perzur.

21 And the number of his host was thirty-two thousand and two hundred.

22 Then shall encamp the tribe of Benjamin; and the chief of the sons of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni.

23 And the number of his host was thirty-five thousand and four hundred.

24 The total number of the camp of Ephraim was an hundred and eight thousand and one hundred, throughout their armies. They shall march in the third place.

25 The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies; and the chief of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

26 And the number of his host was sixty-two thousand and seven hundred.

27 And those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher; and the chief of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.

28 And the number of his host was forty-one thousand and five hundred.

29 Then shall encamp the tribe of Naphtali; and the chief of the children of Naphtali shall be Ahida the son of Enan.

30 And the number of his host was fifty-three thousand and four hundred.

31 The total number of the camp of Dan was a hundred and fifty-seven thousand and six hundred. They shall march last with their standards.

32 These are the numbers of the children of Israel by the house of their fathers; all those who were numbered of the camps throughout their hosts were six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

33 But the Levites and the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.

34 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses; so they marched by their standards, and so they encamped, every man in his camp, according to the house of his fathers.

2 «Израильский народ должен ставить свои станы вокруг шатра собрания, и пусть у каждого рода будет свой собственный особый флаг, и пусть каждый ставит стан у своего флага по ополчениям.

3 Флаг стана Иуды будет с вос точной стороны, откуда восходит солнце, род Иуды поставит станы около своего флага, глава рода Иуды — Наассон, сын Аминадава,

4 а всего в его ополчении 74 600 мужчин.

5 Рядом с родом Иуды поставит стан род Иссахара, глава рода Иссахара — Нафанаил, сын Цуара,

6 а всего в его ополчении 54 400 мужчин.

7 Род Завулона также поставит стан рядом с родом Иуды, глава рода Завулона — Елиав, сын Хелона,

8 а всего в его ополчении 57 400 мужчин.

9 Общее число мужчин в стане Иуды 186, 400 и все они распределены по своим собственным группам. Стан Иуды должен отправляться первым при переходах от одного места к другому.

10 Флаг стана Рувима будет с южной стороны священного шатра. Каждый род поставит стан около своего флага. Глава рода Рувима — Елицур, сын Шедеура,

11 а всего в этом ополчении 46 500 человек.

12 Рядом с родом Рувима будет ставить стан род Симеона. Глава рода Симеона — Шелумиил, сын Цуришаддая,

13 а всего в том ополчении 59 300 человек.

14 Род Гада также поставит стан рядом с родом Рувима. Глава рода Гада — Елиасаф, сын Дегуила,

15 а всего в этом ополчении 45 650 человек.

16 Общее число мужчин во всех ополчениях в стане Рувима 151 450. Стан Рувима будет отправляться вторым при переходе от одного места к другому.

17 Следующим во время переходов будет отправляться род Левия, с ними будет шатёр собрания, в середине, между другими станами. Народ будет ставить станы в том же порядке, в котором двигается, каждый человек будет у своего семейного флага.

18 С западной стороны будет флаг стана Ефрема, там его род поставит стан. Глава племени Ефрема — Елишама, сын Аммиуда,

19 а всего в этом ополчении 40 500 человек.

20 Рядом с родом Ефрема поставит стан род Манассии, глава же рода Манассии — Гамалиил, сын Педацура,

21 а всего в этом ополчении 32 200 человек.

22 Род Вениамина также поставит стан рядом с родом Ефрема. Глава рода Вениамина — Авидан, сын Гидеония,

23 а всего в этом ополчении 35 400 человек.

24 В стане Ефрема — 108 100 мужчин, этот род будет отправляться третьим при переходе от одного места к другому.

25 С северной стороны будет флаг стана Дана, там его племя поставит стан, глава рода Дана — Ахиезер, сын Аммишаддая,

26 а всего в этом роду 62 700 человек.

27 Рядом с родом Дана поставит стан род Асира, глава рода Асира — Пагиил, сын Охрана,

28 а всего в этой группе 41 500 человек.

29 Род Неффалима также поставит стан рядом с родом Дана. Глава рода Неффалима — Ахира, сын Енана,

30 а всего в этой группе 53 400 человек.

31 В стане Дана — 157 600 мужчин, этот род будет отправляться последним при переходе от одного места к другому, и каждый человек будет под своим семейным флагом».

32 Вот весь израильский народ, пересчитанный по родам. Общее число израильтян в станах, пересчитанных по родам, составляло 603 550.

33 Моисей повиновался Господу и не пересчитал левитов вместе с остальным израильским народом.

34 Народ исполнил всё, что Господь повелел Моисею: каждый род ставил стан у своего собственного флага, и каждый человек оставался вместе со своим коленом и родом.

9 The total number of the camp of Judah was one hundred and eighty-six thousand and four hundred, throughout their armies. They shall march first.

16 Общее число мужчин во всех ополчениях в стане Рувима 151 450. Стан Рувима будет отправляться вторым при переходе от одного места к другому.

17 Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall march with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; as they encamped so shall they march, every man by his standard throughout their armies.

17 Следующим во время переходов будет отправляться род Левия, с ними будет шатёр собрания, в середине, между другими станами. Народ будет ставить станы в том же порядке, в котором двигается, каждый человек будет у своего семейного флага.

18 On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their armies; and the chief of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.

18 С западной стороны будет флаг стана Ефрема, там его род поставит стан. Глава племени Ефрема — Елишама, сын Аммиуда,

19 And the number of his host was forty thousand and five hundred.

19 а всего в этом ополчении 40 500 человек.

20 And those who encamp by him shall be the tribe of Manasseh; and the chief of the children of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Perzur.

20 Рядом с родом Ефрема поставит стан род Манассии, глава же рода Манассии — Гамалиил, сын Педацура,

21 And the number of his host was thirty-two thousand and two hundred.

21 а всего в этом ополчении 32 200 человек.

22 Then shall encamp the tribe of Benjamin; and the chief of the sons of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni.

22 Род Вениамина также поставит стан рядом с родом Ефрема. Глава рода Вениамина — Авидан, сын Гидеония,

24 The total number of the camp of Ephraim was an hundred and eight thousand and one hundred, throughout their armies. They shall march in the third place.

24 В стане Ефрема — 108 100 мужчин, этот род будет отправляться третьим при переходе от одного места к другому.

25 The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies; and the chief of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

26 And the number of his host was sixty-two thousand and seven hundred.

29 Then shall encamp the tribe of Naphtali; and the chief of the children of Naphtali shall be Ahida the son of Enan.

29 Род Неффалима также поставит стан рядом с родом Дана. Глава рода Неффалима — Ахира, сын Енана,

30 And the number of his host was fifty-three thousand and four hundred.

30 а всего в этой группе 53 400 человек.

31 The total number of the camp of Dan was a hundred and fifty-seven thousand and six hundred. They shall march last with their standards.

31 В стане Дана — 157 600 мужчин, этот род будет отправляться последним при переходе от одного места к другому, и каждый человек будет под своим семейным флагом».

32 These are the numbers of the children of Israel by the house of their fathers; all those who were numbered of the camps throughout their hosts were six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

32 Вот весь израильский народ, пересчитанный по родам. Общее число израильтян в станах, пересчитанных по родам, составляло 603 550.

33 But the Levites and the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.

33 Моисей повиновался Господу и не пересчитал левитов вместе с остальным израильским народом.

34 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses; so they marched by their standards, and so they encamped, every man in his camp, according to the house of his fathers.

34 Народ исполнил всё, что Господь повелел Моисею: каждый род ставил стан у своего собственного флага, и каждый человек оставался вместе со своим коленом и родом.
