Chapter 13

1 NOW Joshua was old and advanced in years; and the LORD said to him, Behold, you are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.

2 This is the land that yet remains in all regions of the Philistines and in all the country of En-dor,

3 From Sihor, which is before Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanites; five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; and also the Avites to the south;

4 And all the land of the Canaanites, and Maarthah which belongs to the Sidonians, as far as Aphik, to the border of the Amorites;

5 And the land of Gebal, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Gilead below mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath.

6 All the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon to the place of hot waters, and all the Sidonians, will I the LORD drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide the land by lot to the Israelites as I have commanded you.

7 Now therefore divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh along with them,

8 Because the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance which Moses gave them beyond the Jordan eastward, as my servant Moses gave them;

9 From Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain which is westward as far as Ribon;

10 And all the towns of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;

11 And Gilead, and the territory of En-dor and of Koros, and all mount Hermon, and all Mathnin to Salcah;

12 All the kingdom of Og in Mathnin, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Erdei, who was left of the remnant of the giants, whom Moses slew, and Israel possessed their land.

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel did not destroy the people of En-dor and Koros; so the En-dorites and the Korosites dwell among the children of Israel until this day.

14 Only to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance, because the offerings of the LORD God of Israel are their inheritance, as Moses had said.

15 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of the Reubenites according to their families.

16 And their territory was from Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the town which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain as far as Riba;

17 And Heshbon, and all the towns which are in the plain; Ribon and Math-Baal and Beth-beni-ammon

18 And Jahaz and Kermoth and Aenath

19 And Koriathaim and Shammah and Jazreth and Seir on the mount of the valley

20 And Beth-peor and Ashtaroth and Pisgah and Beth-jeshimoth

21 And all the cities of the plain and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel slew in Midian, both him and his princes, Evi, Rakim, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the five princes of Sihon, who dwelt in the land.

22 Balaam also, the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword along with the rest of them that were slain by them.

23 And the border of the Reubenites was the region of the Jordan. This is the inheritance of the Reubenites according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

24 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of Gad, according to their families.

25 And their territory was Jazer and all the cities of Gilead and half the land of the children of Ammon to Adoer which is before Rabbath;

26 And from Heshbon to Ramath-mizpah, and Betonin; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;

27 And in the valley, Beth-atim and Beth-nimrah and Succoth and the region northward and the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, and their borders extended as far as the Jordan, and to the edge of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.

28 This is the inheritance of the Gadites by their families, the cities and their villages.

29 And Moses gave an inheritance to the half tribe of Manasseh; and this was the possession of the half tribe of Manasshites by their families.

30 And their territory was from Mahanaim, all Mathnin, all the kingdom of Og king of Mathnin, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Mathnin, sixty towns;

31 And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Mathnin. These cities and their villages Moses gave to the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, to the half of the children of Machir by their families.

32 These two tribes and the half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses gave an inheritance in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan, eastward.

33 But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; because, as he said to them, the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance.

1 Когда Иисус состарелся, вошел в лета преклонные , тогда Господь сказал ему: ты состарелся, вошел в лета преклонные , а земли остается очень много, которую надлежит взять в наследие.

2 Остается же сия земля: все округи Филистимские и вся земля Гессурская [и Хананейская].

3 От Шихора, что пред Египтом, до пределов Екрона к северу, считаются землею Ханаанскою пять владельцев Филистимских, Газский, Азотский, Аскалонский, Гефский, Екронский и Аввейский.

4 К югу же вся земля Ханаанская объемлет Меару Сидонскую до Афека, до пределов Аморрейских,

5 Также [Филистимскую] землю Гевлу и весь Ливан к востоку солнца от Ваал-Гада, что подле горы Ермона, до входа в Емаф.

6 Всех горных жителей от Ливана до Мисрефоф-Маима, всех Сидонян, Я изгоню от лица сынов Израилевых; раздели только ее в удел Израилю, так как Я повелел тебе.

7 Раздели землю сию в удел девяти коленам и половине колена Манассиина. [От Иордана до моря великого к западу отдай ее им : великое море будет пределом.]

8 А колено Рувимово и Гадово с [другою половиною] его получили удел свой, который [двум коленам, Рувимову и Гадову и половине колена Манассиина] дал Моисей за Иорданом к востоку [солнца]. Так как дал им Моисей раб, Господень,

9 От Ароера, который на берегу потока Ариона, и город, который среди потока, и всю равнину Медеву до Дивона;

10 Также все города Сигона, царя Аморрейского, который царствовал в Есевоне, до пределов Аммонитских,

11 Также Галаад и область Гессурскую и Маахскую, и всю гору Ермон и весь Васан до Салхи,

12 Все царство Ога Васанского, который царствовал в Аштарофе и в Едреи. (Сей оставался [один] из Рефаимов.) Моисей поразил их и прогнал их.

13 Но сыны Израилевы не выгнали жителей Гессура и Маахи [и Хананеев], но [царь] Гессура и Маахи живет среди Израиля до сего дня.

14 Только колену Левиину не дал он удела. Жертвы Иеговы, Бога Израилева, суть удел его, как сказал ему [Господь. Вот разделение, какое сделал Моисей сынам Израилевым по племенам их на равнинах Моавитских за Иорданом насупротив Иерихона: ]

15 Колену сынов Рувимовых по племенам их дал удел Моисей:

16 Пределом их был Ароер, который на берегу потока Арнона, и город, который среди потока, и вся равнина при Медеве,

17 Есевон и все города его, которые на равнине, и Дивон, Вамоф-Ваал и Беф-Ваал-Меон,

18 Иааца, Кедемоф и Мефааф,

19 Кириафаим, Сивма и Цереф-Шахар на горе Емек,

20 Беф-Фегор и места при подошве Фазги и Беф-Иешимоф,

21 И все города на равнине, и все царство Сигона, царя Аморрейского, который царствовал в Есевоне, которого убил Моисей, равно как и вождей Мадиамских, Евия, и Рекема, и Цура и Хура, и Реву, князей Сигоновых, живших в земле [той];

22 Также Валаама, сына Веорова, прорицателя, убили сыны Израилевы мечем в числе убитых ими.

23 Пределом сынов Рувимовых был Иордан. Вот удел сынов Рувимовых, по племенам их, города и села их.

24 Моисей дал также удел колену Гадову, сынам Гадовым, по племенам их.

25 Пределом их был Иазер и все города Галаадские, и половина земли сынов Аммоновых до Ароера, что пред Раббою,

26 И земли от Есевона до Рамаф-Мицфы и Ветонима, и от Маханаима до пределов Давира;

27 И на долине Беф-Гарам и Беф-Нимра и Сокхоф и Цафон, остаток царства Сигона, царя Есевонского; пределом его был Иордан до моря Хиннерефского за Иорданом к востоку.

28 Вот удел сынов Гадовых, по племенам их, города и села их.

29 Моисей дал удел и половине колена Манассиина, который принадлежал половине колена сынов Манассииных, по племенам их.

30 Предел их был: от Маханаима весь Васан, все царство Ога, царя Васанского, и все селения Иаировы, что в Васане, шестьдесят городов.

31 И половина Галаада и Аштароф и Едрея, царственные города Ога Васанского [даны] сынам Махира сына Манассиина, половине сынов Махировых, по племенам их.

32 Вот что Моисей дал в удел на равнинах Моавитских за Иорданом против Иерихона к востоку.

33 Но колену Левиину Моисей не дал удела: Иегова, Бог Израилев, Сам есть удел их, как Он говорил им.

1 NOW Joshua was old and advanced in years; and the LORD said to him, Behold, you are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.

1 Когда Иисус состарелся, вошел в лета преклонные , тогда Господь сказал ему: ты состарелся, вошел в лета преклонные , а земли остается очень много, которую надлежит взять в наследие.

2 This is the land that yet remains in all regions of the Philistines and in all the country of En-dor,

2 Остается же сия земля: все округи Филистимские и вся земля Гессурская [и Хананейская].

3 From Sihor, which is before Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanites; five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; and also the Avites to the south;

3 От Шихора, что пред Египтом, до пределов Екрона к северу, считаются землею Ханаанскою пять владельцев Филистимских, Газский, Азотский, Аскалонский, Гефский, Екронский и Аввейский.

4 And all the land of the Canaanites, and Maarthah which belongs to the Sidonians, as far as Aphik, to the border of the Amorites;

4 К югу же вся земля Ханаанская объемлет Меару Сидонскую до Афека, до пределов Аморрейских,

5 And the land of Gebal, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Gilead below mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath.

5 Также [Филистимскую] землю Гевлу и весь Ливан к востоку солнца от Ваал-Гада, что подле горы Ермона, до входа в Емаф.

6 All the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon to the place of hot waters, and all the Sidonians, will I the LORD drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide the land by lot to the Israelites as I have commanded you.

6 Всех горных жителей от Ливана до Мисрефоф-Маима, всех Сидонян, Я изгоню от лица сынов Израилевых; раздели только ее в удел Израилю, так как Я повелел тебе.

7 Now therefore divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh along with them,

7 Раздели землю сию в удел девяти коленам и половине колена Манассиина. [От Иордана до моря великого к западу отдай ее им : великое море будет пределом.]

8 Because the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance which Moses gave them beyond the Jordan eastward, as my servant Moses gave them;

8 А колено Рувимово и Гадово с [другою половиною] его получили удел свой, который [двум коленам, Рувимову и Гадову и половине колена Манассиина] дал Моисей за Иорданом к востоку [солнца]. Так как дал им Моисей раб, Господень,

9 From Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain which is westward as far as Ribon;

9 От Ароера, который на берегу потока Ариона, и город, который среди потока, и всю равнину Медеву до Дивона;

10 And all the towns of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;

10 Также все города Сигона, царя Аморрейского, который царствовал в Есевоне, до пределов Аммонитских,

11 And Gilead, and the territory of En-dor and of Koros, and all mount Hermon, and all Mathnin to Salcah;

11 Также Галаад и область Гессурскую и Маахскую, и всю гору Ермон и весь Васан до Салхи,

12 All the kingdom of Og in Mathnin, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Erdei, who was left of the remnant of the giants, whom Moses slew, and Israel possessed their land.

12 Все царство Ога Васанского, который царствовал в Аштарофе и в Едреи. (Сей оставался [один] из Рефаимов.) Моисей поразил их и прогнал их.

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel did not destroy the people of En-dor and Koros; so the En-dorites and the Korosites dwell among the children of Israel until this day.

13 Но сыны Израилевы не выгнали жителей Гессура и Маахи [и Хананеев], но [царь] Гессура и Маахи живет среди Израиля до сего дня.

14 Only to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance, because the offerings of the LORD God of Israel are their inheritance, as Moses had said.

14 Только колену Левиину не дал он удела. Жертвы Иеговы, Бога Израилева, суть удел его, как сказал ему [Господь. Вот разделение, какое сделал Моисей сынам Израилевым по племенам их на равнинах Моавитских за Иорданом насупротив Иерихона: ]

15 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of the Reubenites according to their families.

15 Колену сынов Рувимовых по племенам их дал удел Моисей:

16 And their territory was from Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the town which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain as far as Riba;

16 Пределом их был Ароер, который на берегу потока Арнона, и город, который среди потока, и вся равнина при Медеве,

17 And Heshbon, and all the towns which are in the plain; Ribon and Math-Baal and Beth-beni-ammon

17 Есевон и все города его, которые на равнине, и Дивон, Вамоф-Ваал и Беф-Ваал-Меон,

18 And Jahaz and Kermoth and Aenath

18 Иааца, Кедемоф и Мефааф,

21 И все города на равнине, и все царство Сигона, царя Аморрейского, который царствовал в Есевоне, которого убил Моисей, равно как и вождей Мадиамских, Евия, и Рекема, и Цура и Хура, и Реву, князей Сигоновых, живших в земле [той];

23 Пределом сынов Рувимовых был Иордан. Вот удел сынов Рувимовых, по племенам их, города и села их.

24 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of Gad, according to their families.

24 Моисей дал также удел колену Гадову, сынам Гадовым, по племенам их.

25 And their territory was Jazer and all the cities of Gilead and half the land of the children of Ammon to Adoer which is before Rabbath;

25 Пределом их был Иазер и все города Галаадские, и половина земли сынов Аммоновых до Ароера, что пред Раббою,

26 And from Heshbon to Ramath-mizpah, and Betonin; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;

26 И земли от Есевона до Рамаф-Мицфы и Ветонима, и от Маханаима до пределов Давира;

27 И на долине Беф-Гарам и Беф-Нимра и Сокхоф и Цафон, остаток царства Сигона, царя Есевонского; пределом его был Иордан до моря Хиннерефского за Иорданом к востоку.

28 This is the inheritance of the Gadites by their families, the cities and their villages.

28 Вот удел сынов Гадовых, по племенам их, города и села их.

29 And Moses gave an inheritance to the half tribe of Manasseh; and this was the possession of the half tribe of Manasshites by their families.

29 Моисей дал удел и половине колена Манассиина, который принадлежал половине колена сынов Манассииных, по племенам их.

30 And their territory was from Mahanaim, all Mathnin, all the kingdom of Og king of Mathnin, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Mathnin, sixty towns;

30 Предел их был: от Маханаима весь Васан, все царство Ога, царя Васанского, и все селения Иаировы, что в Васане, шестьдесят городов.

31 And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Mathnin. These cities and their villages Moses gave to the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, to the half of the children of Machir by their families.

31 И половина Галаада и Аштароф и Едрея, царственные города Ога Васанского [даны] сынам Махира сына Манассиина, половине сынов Махировых, по племенам их.

32 These two tribes and the half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses gave an inheritance in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan, eastward.

32 Вот что Моисей дал в удел на равнинах Моавитских за Иорданом против Иерихона к востоку.

33 But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; because, as he said to them, the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance.

33 Но колену Левиину Моисей не дал удела: Иегова, Бог Израилев, Сам есть удел их, как Он говорил им.
