1 If3588 one be found4672 slain2491 in the land127 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee to possess3423 it, lying5307 in the field,7704 and it be not3808 known3045 who4310 hath slain5221 him:

1 Если в земле,127 которую Господь3068 Бог430 твой, дает5414 тебе во владение,3423 найден4672 будет4672 убитый,2491 лежащий5307 на поле,7704 и неизвестно,3045 кто убил5221 его,

2 Then thy elders2205 and thy judges8199 shall come forth,3318 and they shall measure4058 unto413 the cities5892 which834 are round about5439 him that is slain: 2491
|
2 то пусть выйдут3318 старейшины2205 твои и судьи8199 твои и измерят4058 расстояние до городов,5892 которые вокруг5439 убитого;2491
|
|
3 And it shall be,1961 that the city5892 which is next7138 unto413 the slain man,2491 even the elders2205 of that1931 city5892 shall take3947 a heifer,5697 1241 which834 hath not3808 been wrought5647 with, and which834 hath not3808 drawn4900 in the yoke;5923
|
3 и старейшины2205 города5892 того, который будет ближайшим7138 к убитому,2491 пусть возьмут3947 телицу,12415697 на которой не работали,5647 и которая не носила4900 ярма,5923
|

4 And the elders2205 of that1931 city5892 shall bring down3381 853 the heifer5697 unto413 a rough386 valley,5158 which834 is neither3808 eared5647 nor3808 sown,2232 and shall strike off6203 853 the heifer's5697 neck6203 there8033 in the valley: 5158
|
4 и пусть старейшины2205 того города5892 отведут3381 сию телицу5697 в дикую386 долину,5158 которая не разработана5647 и не засеяна,2232 и заколют6202 там телицу5697 в долине;5158
|

5 And the priests3548 the sons1121 of Levi3878 shall come near;5066 for3588 them the LORD3068 thy God430 hath chosen977 to minister8334 unto him, and to bless1288 in the name8034 of the LORD;3068 and by5921 their word6310 shall every3605 controversy7379 and every3605 stroke5061 be1961 tried:

5 и придут5066 священники,3548 сыны1121 Левиины;3878
|

6 And all3605 the elders2205 of that1931 city,5892 that are next7138 unto413 the slain2491 man, shall wash7364 853 their hands3027 over5921 the heifer5697 that is beheaded6202 in the valley: 5158
|
6 и все старейшины2205 города5892 того, ближайшие7138 к убитому,2491 пусть омоют7364 руки3027 свои над головою телицы,5697 зарезанной6202 в долине,5158
|
|
7 And they shall answer6030 and say,559 Our hands3027 have not3808 shed8210 853 this2088 blood,1818 neither3808 have our eyes5869 seen7200 it.
|
7 и объявят6030 и скажут:559 руки3027 наши не пролили8210 крови1818 сей, и глаза5869 наши не видели;7200
|
|
8 Be merciful,3722 O LORD,3068 unto thy people5971 Israel,3478 whom834 thou hast redeemed,6299 and lay5414 not408 innocent5355 blood1818 unto thy people5971 of Israel's3478 charge.7130 And the blood1818 shall be forgiven3722 them.

8 очисти3722 народ5971 Твой, Израиля,3478 который Ты, Господи,3068 освободил,6299 и не вмени54147130 народу5971 Твоему, Израилю,3478 невинной5355 крови.1818 И они очистятся3722 от крови.1818
|

9 So shalt thou859 put away1197 the guilt of innocent5355 blood1818 from among4480 7130 you, when3588 thou shalt do6213 that which is right3477 in the sight5869 of the LORD.3068
|
9 Так должен ты смывать1197 у7130 себя кровь1818 невинного,5355 если хочешь6213 делать6213 доброе и справедливое3477 пред очами5869 Господа.3068
|
|
10 When3588 thou goest forth3318 to war4421 against5921 thine enemies,341 and the LORD3068 thy God430 hath delivered5414 them into thine hands,3027 and thou hast taken7617 them captive,7628
|
10 Когда выйдешь3318 на войну4421 против врагов341 твоих, и Господь3068 Бог430 твой предаст5414 их в руки3027 твои, и возьмешь7617 их в плен,7628
|
|
11 And seest7200 among the captives7633 a beautiful3033 8389 woman,802 and hast a desire2836 unto her, that thou wouldest have3947 her to thy wife;802
|
11 и увидишь7200 между пленными7633 женщину,802 красивую3303 видом,8389 и полюбишь2836 ее, и захочешь3947 взять3947 ее себе в жену,802
|
|
12 Then thou shalt bring935 her home8432 to thine house;1004 and she shall shave1548 853 her head,7218 and pare6213 853 her nails;6856
|
12 то приведи935 ее в8432 дом1004 свой, и пусть она острижет1548 голову7218 свою и обрежет6213 ногти6856 свои,
|
|
13 And she shall put5493 853 the raiment8071 of her captivity7628 from off4480 5921 her, and shall remain3427 in thine house,1004 and bewail1058 853 her father1 and her mother517 a full3117 month:3391 and after310 that3651 thou shalt go in935 unto413 her, and be her husband,1167 and she shall be1961 thy wife.802

13 и снимет5493 с себя пленническую7628 одежду8071 свою, и живет3427 в доме1004 твоем, и оплакивает1058 отца1 своего и матерь517 свою в продолжение3117 месяца;3391 и после310 того ты можешь935 войти935 к ней и сделаться1166 ее мужем,1166 и она будет твоею женою;802

14 And it shall be,1961 if518 thou have no delight2654 3808 in her, then thou shalt let her go7971 whither she will;5315 but thou shalt not3808 sell her at all4376 4376 for money,3701 thou shalt not3808 make merchandise6014 of her, because8478 834 thou hast humbled6031 her.

14 если же она после не понравится2654 тебе, то отпусти7971 ее, куда она захочет,5315 но не продавай4376 ее за серебро3701 и не обращай6014 ее в рабство,6014 потому что834 ты смирил6031 ее.

15 If3588 a man376 have1961 two8147 wives,802 one259 beloved,157 and another259 hated,8130 and they have born3205 him children,1121 both the beloved157 and the hated;8130 and if the firstborn1060 son1121 be1961 hers that was hated: 8146
|
15 Если у кого376 будут две8147 жены802 — одна259 любимая,157 а другая259 нелюбимая,8130 и как любимая,157 так и нелюбимая8130 родят3205 ему сыновей,1121 и первенцем1060 будет сын1121 нелюбимой,8146 —

16 Then it shall be,1961 when3117 he maketh853 his sons1121 to inherit5157 853 that which834 he hath,1961 that he may3201 not3808 make1069 853 the son1121 of the beloved157 firstborn1069 before5921 6440 the son1121 of the hated,8130 which is indeed the firstborn: 1060

16 то, при3117 разделе5157 сыновьям1121 своим имения5157 своего, он не может3201 сыну1121 жены любимой157 дать1069 первенство1069 пред59216440 первородным1060 сыном1121 нелюбимой;8130

17 But3588 he shall acknowledge5234 the son1121 of the hated8130 853 for the firstborn,1060 by giving5414 him a double8147 portion6310 of all3605 that834 he hath:4672 for3588 he1931 is the beginning7225 of his strength;202 the right4941 of the firstborn1062 is his.

17 но первенцем1060 должен признать5234 сына1121 нелюбимой8130 и дать5414 ему двойную8147 часть6310 из всего, что у него найдется,4672 ибо он есть начаток7225 силы202 его, ему принадлежит право4941 первородства.1062

18 If3588 a man376 have1961 a stubborn5637 and rebellious4784 son,1121 which will not369 obey8085 the voice6963 of his father,1 or the voice6963 of his mother,517 and that, when they have chastened3256 him, will not3808 hearken8085 unto413 them:
|
18 Если у кого376 будет сын1121 буйный5637 и непокорный,4784 неповинующийся8085 голосу6963 отца1 своего и голосу6963 матери517 своей, и они наказывали3256 его, но он не слушает8085 их, —
|
|
19 Then shall his father1 and his mother517 lay hold8610 on him, and bring him out3318 853 unto413 the elders2205 of his city,5892 and unto413 the gate8179 of his place;4725
|
19 то отец1 его и мать517 его пусть возьмут8610 его и приведут3318 его к старейшинам2205 города5892 своего и к воротам8179 своего местопребывания4725
|
|
20 And they shall say559 unto413 the elders2205 of his city,5892 This2088 our son1121 is stubborn5637 and rebellious,4784 he will not369 obey8085 our voice;6963 he is a glutton,2151 and a drunkard.5433
|
20 и скажут559 старейшинам2205 города5892 своего: «сей сын1121 наш буен5637 и непокорен,4784 не слушает8085 слов6963 наших, мот2151 и пьяница»;5433
|
|
21 And all3605 the men376 of his city5892 shall stone7275 him with stones,68 that he die:4191 so shalt thou put evil away1197 7451 from among4480 7130 you; and all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear.3372
|
21 тогда все жители582 города5892 его пусть побьют7275 его камнями68 до смерти;4191 и так истреби1197 зло7451 из среды7130 себя, и все Израильтяне3478 услышат8085 и убоятся.3372
|
|
22 And if3588 a man376 have committed1961 a sin2399 worthy4941 of death,4194 and he be to be put to death,4191 and thou hang8518 him on5921 a tree: 6086
|
22 Если в ком376 найдется преступление,2399 достойное4941 смерти,4194 и он будет4191 умерщвлен,4191 и ты повесишь8518 его на дереве,6086
|
|
23 His body5038 shall not3808 remain all night3885 upon5921 the tree,6086 but3588 thou shalt in any wise bury6912 6912 him that1931 day;3117 (for3588 he that is hanged8518 is accursed7045 of God;)430 that853 thy land127 be not3808 defiled,2930 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee for an inheritance.5159

23 то тело5038 его не должно ночевать3885 на дереве,6086 но погреби6912 его в тот же день,3117 ибо проклят7045 пред Богом430 всякий повешенный8518 на дереве, и не оскверняй2930 земли127 твоей, которую Господь3068 Бог430 твой дает5414 тебе в удел.5159
