1 Woe1945 to them that go3381 down3381 to Egypt4714 for help;5833 and stay8172 on5921 horses,5483 and trust982 in chariots,7393 because3588 they are many;7227 and in horsemen,6571 because3588 they are very3966 strong;6105 but they look8159 not to the Holy6918 One of Israel,3478 neither3808 seek1875 the LORD!3068

1 Горе1945 тем, которые идут3381 в Египет4714 за помощью,5833 надеются8172 на коней5483 и полагаются982 на колесницы,7393 потому что их много,7227 и на всадников,6571 потому что они весьма3966 сильны,6105 а на Святого6918 Израилева3478 не взирают8159 и к Господу3068 не прибегают!1875

2 Yet he also1571 is wise,2450 and will bring935 evil,7451 and will not call5493 back5493 his words:1697 but will arise6965 against5921 the house1004 of the evildoers,7489 and against5921 the help5833 of them that work6213 iniquity.205

2 Но премудр2450 Он; и наведет935 бедствие,7451 и не отменит5493 слов1697 Своих; восстанет6965 против дома1004 нечестивых7489 и против помощи5833 делающих6466 беззаконие.205

3 Now the Egyptians4714 are men,120 and not God;410 and their horses5483 flesh,1320 and not spirit.7307 When the LORD3068 shall stretch5186 out his hand,3027 both he that helps5826 shall fall,3782 and he that is helped5826 shall fall5307 down, and they all3605 shall fail3615 together.3162

3 И Египтяне4714 — люди,120 а не Бог;410 и кони5483 их — плоть,1320 а не дух.7307 И прострет5186 руку3027 Свою Господь,3068 и споткнется3782 защитник,5826 и упадет5307 защищаемый,5826 и все вместе3162 погибнут.3615

4 For thus3541 has the LORD3068 spoken559 to me, Like as the lion738 and the young3715 lion3715 roaring1897 on5921 his prey,2964 when834 a multitude4393 of shepherds7462 is called7121 forth against5921 him, he will not be afraid2865 of their voice,6963 nor3808 abase6031 himself for the noise1995 of them: so3651 shall the LORD3068 of hosts6635 come3381 down3381 to fight6633 for mount2022 Zion,6726 and for the hill1389 thereof.

4 Ибо так сказал559 мне Господь:3068 как лев,738 как скимен,3715 ревущий1897 над своею добычею,2964 хотя бы множество4393 пастухов7462 кричало7121 на него, от крика6963 их не содрогнется2865 и множеству1995 их не уступит,6031 — так Господь3068 Саваоф6635 сойдет3381 сразиться6633 за гору2022 Сион6726 и за холм1389 его.

5 As birds6833 flying,5774 so3652 will the LORD3068 of hosts6635 defend1598 Jerusalem;3389 defending1598 also he will deliver5337 it; and passing5674 over he will preserve4422 it.

5 Как птицы6833 — птенцов,5774 так Господь3068 Саваоф6635 покроет1598 Иерусалим,3389 защитит1598 и избавит,5337 пощадит6452 и спасет.4422

6 Turn7725 you to him from whom834 the children1121 of Israel3478 have deeply6009 revolted.5627

6 Обратитесь7725 к Тому, от Которого вы столько6009 отпали,5627 сыны1121 Израиля!3478

7 For in that day3117 every man376 shall cast3988 away3988 his idols457 of silver,3701 and his idols457 of gold,2091 which834 your own hands3027 have made6213 to you for a sin.2399

7 В тот день3117 отбросит3988 каждый человек376 своих серебряных3701 идолов457 и золотых2091 своих идолов,457 которых руки3027 ваши сделали6213 вам на грех.2399

8 Then shall the Assyrian804 fall5307 with the sword,2719 not of a mighty376 man;376 and the sword,2719 not of a mean120 man,120 shall devour398 him: but he shall flee5127 from the sword,2719 and his young970 men shall be discomfited.4522
|
8 И Ассур804 падет5307 не от человеческого376 меча,2719 и не человеческий120 меч2719 истребит398 его, — он избежит5127 от меча,2719 и юноши970 его будут податью.4522

9 And he shall pass5674 over5674 to his strong5553 hold5553 for fear,4032 and his princes8269 shall be afraid2865 of the ensign,5251 said5002 the LORD,3068 whose834 fire217 is in Zion,6726 and his furnace8574 in Jerusalem.3389

9 И от страха4032 пробежит5674 мимо крепости5553 своей; и князья8269 его будут пугаться2865 знамени,5251 говорит5002 Господь,3068 Которого огонь217 на Сионе6726 и горнило8574 в Иерусалиме.3389
