2 „Так говорить Господь Саваот, Бог Ізраїлів, кажучи: Зламаю ярмо́ царя вавилонського! |
|
3 За два роки ча́су Я верну́ до цього місця ввесь по́суд Господнього дому, що забрав був Навуходоно́сор, цар вавилонський, з цього місця, і спрова́див його до Вавилону. |
|
4 І Єхонію, Єгоякимового сина, царя Юди, і всіх Юдиних вигна́нців, що прийшли до Вавилону, Я верну́ до цього місця, — говорить Господь, — бо зламаю ярмо́ царя вавилонського!“ |
|
5 І говорив пророк Єремія до пророка Ананії на оча́х священиків і на оча́х усього народу, що стояли в Господньому домі. |
|
6 І сказав пророк Єремія: „Амінь! Нехай так зробить Господь, нехай ви́конає Господь слова́ твої, що ти пророкував про поворо́т по́суду Господнього дому та всього вигна́ння в неволю з Вавилону до цього місця. |
|
7 Тільки послухай це слово, що я говорю в ву́ха твої та в ву́ха всього наро́ду: |
|
8 Ті пророки, що від віків були передо мною і перед тобою, пророкували про числе́нні краї́ та про царства великі, про війни, і про голод та про морови́цю. |
|
9 Пророк, що пророкує про мир, коли спра́вдиться слово пророче, — буде пі́знаний цей пророк, що його справді послав Господь“. |
|
10 І взяв пророк Ана́нія ярмо́ з шиї пророка Єремії, і поламав його. |
|
11 І сказав Ана́нія на оча́х усього народу, говорячи: „Так говорить Господь: Отак поламаю ярмо́ Навуходоносора, царя вавилонського, за два роки ча́су, з шиї всіх наро́дів!“ І пішов пророк Єремія своєю дорогою. |
|
12 І було слово Господнє до Єремії по то́му, як пророк Ана́нія поламав ярмо з шиї пророка Єремії, говорячи: |
|
13 „Іди, і скажеш до Ананії, говорячи: Так говорить Господь: Ти поламав дерев'я́не ярмо, але Я зроблю́ замість нього ярмо залізне. |
|
14 Бо так промовляє Господь Саваот, Бог Ізраїлів: Я дав на шию всіх цих наро́дів залізне ярмо, щоб вони служили Навуходоно́сорові, цареві вавилонському, — і вони бу́дуть служити йому, і навіть польову́ звірину́ віддам Я йому́!“ |

15 І сказав пророк Єремія до пророка Ананії: „Послухай же, Ананіє: Не посилав тебе Господь, але ти дово́диш, що народ цей довіряє неправді. |
|
16 Тому́ так промовляє Господь: Ось Я викида́ю тебе з поверхні землі, — цього року ти помреш, бо про відсту́пство від Господа говорив ти!“ |
|
17 І помер пророк Ананія того року сьомого місяця. |

1 AND it came to pass that same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, in the fifth month, Hananiah the son of Azur the false prophet, who was from Gibeon, spoke to me in the house of the LORD in the presence of the priests and in the presence of all the people, saying, |
|
2 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon. |
|
3 Within two years I will bring back to this place all the vessels of the LORD'S house, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place and carried to Babylon. |
|
4 And I will bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah who went to Babylon, says the LORD; for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon. |
|
5 Then the prophet Jeremiah spoke to the false prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests and in the presence of all the people who stood in the house of the LORD. |
|
6 And Jeremiah said, Amen! may the LORD do so; the LORD perform the words which you have prophesied, to bring back the vessels of the LORD'S house and all the captives from Babylon to this place. |
|
7 Nevertheless, hear now this word which I speak before you and before all the people; |
|
8 The prophets who have been before me and before you of old prophesied both against many countries and against great kingdoms, of war and of evil and of pestilence. |
|
9 If a prophet prophesies of peace, then when the word of that prophet shall come to pass, he shall be known as the one whom the LORD has truly sent. |
|
10 Then Hananiah the false prophet took the bands of the yoke from off the neck of Jeremiah the prophet, and broke them. |
|
11 And Hananiah spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus says the LORD: Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all the nations within two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way. |
|
12 Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, after Hananiah the false prophet had broken the yoke bands from the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying, |
|
13 Go and tell Hananiah the false prophet, Thus says the LORD: You have broken the yoke of wood; but you shall make in their place a yoke of iron. |
|
14 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him; and I have given him the beasts of the field also. |
|
15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah to Hananiah the false prophet, Hear now, Hananiah, the LORD has not sent you; but you make this people to trust in a lie. |
|
16 Therefore, thus says the LORD: Behold, I will cast you from off the face of the earth; this very year you shall die, for you have spoken iniquity in the presence of the LORD. |
|
17 So Hananiah the false prophet died the same year in the seventh month. |

2 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon. |

3 За два роки ча́су Я верну́ до цього місця ввесь по́суд Господнього дому, що забрав був Навуходоно́сор, цар вавилонський, з цього місця, і спрова́див його до Вавилону. |
3 Within two years I will bring back to this place all the vessels of the LORD'S house, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place and carried to Babylon. |

4 І Єхонію, Єгоякимового сина, царя Юди, і всіх Юдиних вигна́нців, що прийшли до Вавилону, Я верну́ до цього місця, — говорить Господь, — бо зламаю ярмо́ царя вавилонського!“ |
4 And I will bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah who went to Babylon, says the LORD; for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon. |

5 І говорив пророк Єремія до пророка Ананії на оча́х священиків і на оча́х усього народу, що стояли в Господньому домі. |
5 Then the prophet Jeremiah spoke to the false prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests and in the presence of all the people who stood in the house of the LORD. |
|
6 І сказав пророк Єремія: „Амінь! Нехай так зробить Господь, нехай ви́конає Господь слова́ твої, що ти пророкував про поворо́т по́суду Господнього дому та всього вигна́ння в неволю з Вавилону до цього місця. |
6 And Jeremiah said, Amen! may the LORD do so; the LORD perform the words which you have prophesied, to bring back the vessels of the LORD'S house and all the captives from Babylon to this place. |

7 Тільки послухай це слово, що я говорю в ву́ха твої та в ву́ха всього наро́ду: |
7 Nevertheless, hear now this word which I speak before you and before all the people; |
|
8 Ті пророки, що від віків були передо мною і перед тобою, пророкували про числе́нні краї́ та про царства великі, про війни, і про голод та про морови́цю. |

11 І сказав Ана́нія на оча́х усього народу, говорячи: „Так говорить Господь: Отак поламаю ярмо́ Навуходоносора, царя вавилонського, за два роки ча́су, з шиї всіх наро́дів!“ І пішов пророк Єремія своєю дорогою. |
11 And Hananiah spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus says the LORD: Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all the nations within two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way. |

12 І було слово Господнє до Єремії по то́му, як пророк Ана́нія поламав ярмо з шиї пророка Єремії, говорячи: |
12 Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, after Hananiah the false prophet had broken the yoke bands from the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying, |

13 „Іди, і скажеш до Ананії, говорячи: Так говорить Господь: Ти поламав дерев'я́не ярмо, але Я зроблю́ замість нього ярмо залізне. |

14 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him; and I have given him the beasts of the field also. |

15 І сказав пророк Єремія до пророка Ананії: „Послухай же, Ананіє: Не посилав тебе Господь, але ти дово́диш, що народ цей довіряє неправді. |
15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah to Hananiah the false prophet, Hear now, Hananiah, the LORD has not sent you; but you make this people to trust in a lie. |
|
16 Тому́ так промовляє Господь: Ось Я викида́ю тебе з поверхні землі, — цього року ти помреш, бо про відсту́пство від Господа говорив ти!“ |
16 Therefore, thus says the LORD: Behold, I will cast you from off the face of the earth; this very year you shall die, for you have spoken iniquity in the presence of the LORD. |

17 І помер пророк Ананія того року сьомого місяця. |
17 So Hananiah the false prophet died the same year in the seventh month. |
