1 И сказал559 я: слушайте,8085 главы7218 Иакова3290 и князья7101 дома1004 Израилева:3478 не вам ли должно знать3045 правду?4941

2 А вы ненавидите8130 доброе2896 и любите157 злое;7451 сдираете1497 с них кожу5785 их и плоть7607 с костей6106 их,

3 едите398 плоть7607 народа5971 Моего и сдираете6584 с них кожу5785 их, а кости6106 их ломаете6476 и дробите6566 как бы в горшок,5518 и плоть1320 — как бы в8432 котел.7037

4 И будут2199 они взывать2199 к Господу,3068 но Он не услышит6030 их и сокроет5641 лице6440 Свое от них на то время,6256 как они злодействуют.74894611

5 Так говорит559 Господь3068 на пророков,5030 вводящих8582 в заблуждение8582 народ5971 Мой, которые грызут5391 зубами8127 своими — и проповедуют7121 мир,7965 а кто ничего не кладет5414 им в рот,6310 против того объявляют6942 войну.4421

6 Посему ночь3915 будет вам вместо видения,2377 и тьма28212821 — вместо предвещаний;7080 зайдет935 солнце8121 над пророками5030 и потемнеет6937 день3117 над ними.

7 И устыдятся954 прозорливцы,2374 и посрамлены2659 будут2659 гадатели,7080 и закроют5844 уста8222 свои все они, потому что не будет ответа4617 от Бога.430

8 А199 я исполнен4390 силы3581 Духа7307 Господня,3068 правоты4941 и твердости,1369 чтобы высказать5046 Иакову3290 преступление6588 его и Израилю3478 грех2403 его.

9 Слушайте8085 же это, главы7218 дома1004 Иаковлева3290 и князья7101 дома1004 Израилева,3478 гнушающиеся8581 правосудием4941 и искривляющие6140 все прямое,3477

10 созидающие1129 Сион6726 кровью1818 и Иерусалим3389 — неправдою!5766

11 Главы7218 его судят8199 за подарки7810 и священники3548 его учат3384 за плату,4242 и пророки5030 его предвещают7080 за деньги,3701 а между тем опираются8172 на Господа,3068 говоря:559 «не среди7130 ли нас Господь?3068 не постигнет935 нас беда!7451»

12 Посему за1558 вас Сион6726 распахан2790 будет2790 как поле,7704 и Иерусалим3389 сделается грудою5856 развалин,5856 и гора2022 дома1004 сего будет лесистым3293 холмом.1116

Chapter 3

1 THEN the LORD said, Hear these things, O you chiefs of the house of Jacob and you princes of the house of Israel: Is it not meet for you to know justice?

2 O you haters of the good and lovers of evil, who strip the skin from off the people and the flesh from off their bones;

3 Who oppress my people and flay their skin from off them and break their bones and chop them in pieces, as if they were to be put in the pot, like meat in a caldron.

4 Then shall they cry to the LORD, but he will not hear them; he will even turn away his face from them at that time, for they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

5 Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who lead my people astray, who bite with their teeth and preach peace; and when one puts not bread into their mouths, they preach war against him.

6 Therefore it shall be night to you, that you shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark to you, that you shall not divine; and the sun shall go down upon the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

7 Then the seers shall be ashamed, and the diviners confounded; yea, they shall all cover their lips because God will not answer them.

8 But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of justice and of might, to declare to Jacob his transgression and to Israel his sin.

9 Now hear this, O you chiefs of the house of Jacob and princes of the house of Israel, who abhor justice and pervert all equity;

10 Who build Zion with blood and Jerusalem with iniquity;

11 The chiefs thereof judge for a bribe, and its priests teach for hire, and its prophets divine for money; yet they rely upon the LORD, saying, The LORD is among us, no evil can come upon us;

12 Therefore, because of you, Zion shall be ploughed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become desolate, and the mountain of the house like a forest.

1 THEN the LORD said, Hear these things, O you chiefs of the house of Jacob and you princes of the house of Israel: Is it not meet for you to know justice?

4 Then shall they cry to the LORD, but he will not hear them; he will even turn away his face from them at that time, for they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

5 Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who lead my people astray, who bite with their teeth and preach peace; and when one puts not bread into their mouths, they preach war against him.

6 Therefore it shall be night to you, that you shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark to you, that you shall not divine; and the sun shall go down upon the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

11 The chiefs thereof judge for a bribe, and its priests teach for hire, and its prophets divine for money; yet they rely upon the LORD, saying, The LORD is among us, no evil can come upon us;

12 Посему за1558 вас Сион6726 распахан2790 будет2790 как поле,7704 и Иерусалим3389 сделается грудою5856 развалин,5856 и гора2022 дома1004 сего будет лесистым3293 холмом.1116

12 Therefore, because of you, Zion shall be ploughed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become desolate, and the mountain of the house like a forest.
