1 Взгляни на землю вдоль речных берегов Эфиопии, она полна насекомых, жужжание крыльев которых ты можешь услышать.
2 Эта земля посылает людей по Нилу в тростниковых лодках. Быстрые вестники, спешите к рослому и сильному народу, которого повсюду боятся. Он в могуществе своём побеждает другие народы, а его страна пересечена реками. Предупредите этих людей,
3 что с ними случится нечто плохое на глазах у всего мира, и все увидят это, как знамя, поднятое над горою. И все услышат о том, что случилось с этим высоким и сильным народом, услышат ясно, как звук трубы перед битвой.
4 Господь сказал: «Я буду в приготовленном Мне месте смотреть спокойно на всё, что происходит. В чудесный летний полдень люди будут отдыхать (во время уборки урожая, когда нет дождя, а лишь роса на траве по утрам).
5 И случится страшное: будет час, когда распускаются цветы и виноград завязывает почки, но ещё до сбора придёт враг и посечёт все лозы, потопчет виноградники и разбросает всё вокруг.
6 Виноградники достанутся птицам и диким зверям, птицы будут питаться ими всё лето, а дикие звери будут есть виноград зимой».
7 В то время Господу Всемогущему будет пожертвовано приношение рослыми и сильными людьми, которые в могуществе своём побеждают другие народы, а их страна пересечена реками. Это приношение будет в Господнем месте, у горы Сион.

3 All3605 you inhabitants3427 of the world,8398 and dwellers7931 on the earth,776 see7200 you, when he lifts5375 up an ensign5251 on the mountains;2022 and when he blows8628 a trumpet,7782 hear8085 you.
