1 Псалом Давида. [1] Господь, кто может пребывать в жилище Твоем? Кто может жить на святой горе Твоей?

2 Тот, чей путь безупречен, и кто поступает праведно; кто от чистого сердца истину говорит

3 и языком своим не клевещет; кто не делает ближнему зла и оскорблений на друга не принимает;

4 кто презирает негодяя, но почитает боящихся Господа; кто клятву хранит, пусть даже себе во вред;

5 кто дает в долг не ради выгоды и против невинного взяток не берет. Поступающий так никогда не споткнется.

1 THE fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have been defiled by their own devices; there is none that does good.

2 The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there were any that did understand and seek God.

3 They are all gone astray and have been rejected all together; there is none that does good; no, not one.

4 They recognized not the workers of iniquity, who devour my people as one eats bread; and they called not upon the LORD.

5 There were they in great fear; for God is in the generation of the righteous.
