Глава 22

1 Приближался праздник Пресных хлебов, называемый Пасхой.

2 Первосвященники и учители Закона искали способа разделаться с Иисусом так, чтобы не вызвать возмущения народа.

3 Тогда сатана вошел в Иуду, которого называли Искариотом, одного из числа двенадцати.

4 Иуда пошел и сговорился с первосвященниками и с начальниками храмовой стражи, как предать им Иисуса.

5 Те обрадовались и обещали заплатить ему.

6 Иуда согласился и стал искать удобного случая, когда с Иисусом не будет народа, чтобы предать Его.

7 Наступил день Пресных хлебов, когда следовало заколоть пасхального ягненка,

8 и Иисус послал Петра и Иоанна с поручением: — Идите и приготовьте для нас пасхальный ужин.

9 — Где Ты хочешь, чтобы мы его приготовили? — спросили они.

10 Он ответил: — Когда вы войдете в город, то встретите человека, несущего кувшин с водой. Идите за ним в дом, куда он войдет,

11 и скажите хозяину дома: «Учитель спрашивает тебя: Где комната для гостей, в которой Я буду есть пасхальный ужин с Моими учениками?»

12 Он покажет вам большую комнату наверху, в которой уже все подготовлено; там и приготовьте ужин.

13 Они пошли, и все произошло так, как им сказал Иисус, и они приготовили пасхальный ужин.

14 Когда подошло время, Иисус и Его апостолы собрались у стола.

15 Иисус сказал им: — Я очень хотел есть эту Пасху с вами перед Моими страданиями.

16 Говорю вам, что Я уже не буду есть ее до тех пор, пока она не совершится в Царстве Божьем.

17 Взяв чашу и поблагодарив за нее Бога, Он сказал: — Возьмите ее и разделите между собой.

18 Говорю вам, что Я уже не буду пить от плода виноградного до тех пор, пока не придет Божье Царство.

19 Затем, взяв хлеб и поблагодарив за него Бога, Он разломил его и дал им со словами: — Это Мое тело, отдаваемое за вас. Делайте это в воспоминание обо Мне.

20 Также взял и чашу после ужина и сказал: — Эта чаша — новый завет, скрепленный Моей кровью, которая за вас проливается.

21 Но рука того, кто предает Меня, на одном столе с Моей.

22 С Сыном Человеческим все случится так, как было предназначено, но горе тому человеку, который предает Его.

23 Тогда ученики начали спрашивать друг друга, кто из них мог бы совершить такое.

24 Потом они начали спорить, кто из них должен считаться самым великим.

25 Иисус тогда сказал им: — Цари язычников господствуют над ними, правителей народа именуют «благодетелями»,

26 но вы не будьте, как они. Напротив, пусть самый великий среди вас будет как самый меньший, и начальник — как слуга.

27 Ведь кто важнее: тот, кто возлежит за столом, или тот, кто прислуживает? Разве не тот, кто возлежит? Я же среди вас как слуга.

28 Вы были со Мной во всех Моих испытаниях,

29 и как Мой Отец дал Мне царскую власть, так Я теперь даю ее вам,

30 чтобы и вы могли есть и пить за Моим столом в Моем Царстве, и вы сядете на престолах править двенадцатью родами Израиля.

31 — Симон, Симон, сатана просил, чтобы все вы были рассеяны, как пшеница,

32 но Я молился о тебе, чтобы ты не потерял веру. И ты сам, когда обратишься ко Мне, укрепи своих братьев.

33 Петр ответил: — Господи, я готов идти с Тобой и в темницу, и на смерть!

34 Но Иисус сказал: — Говорю тебе, Петр, не успеет и петух пропеть сегодня, как ты трижды отречешься от того, что знаешь Меня.

35 Потом Иисус спросил их: — Когда Я посылал вас без кошелька, без сумки, без сандалий, нуждались ли вы в чем-либо? — Ни в чем, — ответили они.

36 — Сейчас же, если у вас есть кошелек, возьмите его, возьмите и сумку, и если у вас нет меча, то продайте плащ, но купите меч.

37 Говорю вам, что со Мной должно исполниться сказанное в Писании: «Он был причислен к преступникам». Все, что обо Мне было написано, скоро исполнится.

38 Ученики сказали: — Смотри, Господи, у нас есть два меча. — Достаточно об этом, — ответил Иисус.

39 Иисус, как обычно, пошел на Оливковую гору, и Его ученики пошли с Ним.

40 Придя на место, Иисус сказал: — Молитесь, чтобы вам не поддаться искушению.

41 Он отошел от них примерно на расстояние брошенного камня, опустился на колени и начал молиться:

42 — Отец, если Ты хочешь, пронеси эту чашу мимо Меня, но пусть все будет не по Моей воле, а по Твоей.

43 Тогда с небес Ему явился ангел и укреплял Его.

44 В муках Иисус стал молиться еще горячее, и сделался пот Его как капли крови, стекавшие на землю.

45 Когда Он поднялся с молитвы и вернулся к ученикам, то нашел их спящими, потому что они были измучены печалью.

46 — Почему вы спите? — спросил Иисус. — Вставайте и молитесь, чтобы вам не поддаться искушению.

47 Он еще говорил, когда приблизилась толпа, во главе которой шел тот, кого звали Иудой, один из двенадцати учеников. Он подошел к Иисусу, чтобы поцеловать Его.

48 Иисус сказал: — Иуда, ты поцелуем предаешь Сына Человеческого?

49 Когда же те, кто был с Иисусом, увидели, что происходит, они спросили: — Господи, а что если нам ударить мечом?

50 И один из них ударил слугу первосвященника и отсек ему правое ухо.

51 Но Иисус сказал: — Прекратите, довольно! Он прикоснулся к уху слуги и исцелил его.

52 Затем Иисус сказал первосвященникам, начальникам храмовой стражи и старейшинам, которые пришли за Ним: — Что Я, разбойник, что вы пришли с мечами и кольями?

53 Я каждый день был с вами в храме, и вы не схватили Меня. Но сейчас ваше время, сейчас власть тьмы.

54 Они схватили Его и повели в дом первосвященника. Петр, держась поодаль, следовал за ними.

55 Посреди двора первосвященника разожгли костер, и Петр вместе с другими людьми сел к нему греться.

56 Одна из служанок, увидев Петра в свете огня, пристально всмотрелась в него и сказала: — Этот человек тоже был с Ним.

57 Но Петр отрицал это. — Я не знаю Его, женщина, — сказал он.

58 Немного позже кто-то другой увидел его и сказал: — Ты тоже один из них. — Нет, друг, — ответил Петр.

59 Примерно час спустя еще кто-то стал утверждать: — Точно, этот человек тоже был с Ним, ведь он галилеянин.

60 Но Петр сказал: — Я не знаю, о чем ты говоришь! И тотчас, когда он еще говорил, пропел петух.

61 Господь повернулся и посмотрел на Петра. Тогда Петр вспомнил слова Господа, как Он сказал ему: — Прежде чем пропоет петух сегодня, ты трижды отречешься от Меня.

62 И выйдя наружу, он горько заплакал.

63 Люди, охранявшие Иисуса, стали насмехаться над Ним и бить Его.

64 Они завязывали Ему глаза и требовали: — Пророчествуй! Кто Тебя ударил?

65 И говорили Ему много других оскорблений.

66 Рано утром старейшины народа, первосвященники и учители Закона собрались вместе на Совет. К ним ввели Иисуса.

67 — Если Ты Христос, то скажи нам прямо, — требовали они. Иисус ответил: — Если Я скажу вам, вы не поверите,

68 и если Я вас спрошу, вы Мне не ответите.

69 Однако с этого времени Сын Человеческий будет сидеть по правую руку от Божьей силы.

70 Они все стали спрашивать: — Так Ты что, Сын Бога? Он ответил: — Вы сами говорите, что это Я.

71 Тогда они сказали: — Какие нам еще нужны свидетельства? Мы слышали это из Его собственных уст!

Chapter 22

1 NOW the feast of unleavened bread, which is called the passover, was at hand.

2 And the high priests and the scribes sought how to kill him; but they were afraid of the people.

3 But Satan had taken possession of Judas who is called of Iscariot, who was of the number of the twelve.

4 So he went away, and spoke with the high priests and the scribes and officers of the temple, about delivering him to them.

5 And they were glad and promised to give him money.

6 And he agreed with them, and sought an opportunity to deliver him to them in the absence of the people.

7 Then the day of unleavened bread came, on which it was the custom to kill the passover lamb.

8 So Jesus sent Peter and John, and said to them, Go and prepare the passover for us to eat.

9 They said to him, Where do you wish us to prepare?

10 He said to them, Behold, when you enter the city, you will meet a man carrying a skin full of water; follow him. And wherever he enters,

11 Say to the master of the house, Our Teacher says, Where is the guest room, where I may eat the passover with my disciples?

12 And behold, he will show you an upper room, large and furnished; there make ready.

13 And they went and found just as he had said to them; and they prepared the passover.

14 And when the time came, Jesus came and sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.

15 And he said to them, I have desired with desire to eat this passover with you before I suffer;

16 For I say to you, that henceforth, I will not eat it, until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

17 And he took the cup and gave thanks and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves.

18 For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.

19 And he took bread and gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them and said, This is my body, which is given for your sake; this do in remembrance of me.

20 And likewise also the cup, after they had eaten the supper, he said, This is the cup of the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.

21 But behold, the hand of him who is to betray me is on the table.

22 And the Son of man will go, just as he has been destined; but woe to the man by whose hand he will be betrayed!

23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which one of them was to do this act.

24 There was also a dispute among them, as to who is the greatest among them.

25 Jesus said to them, The kings of the Gentiles are also their owners; and those who rule over them are called benefactors.

26 But not so with you; but he who is great among you, let him be the least, and he who is a leader be like a minister.

27 For who is greater, he who sits down or he who serves? Is it not he who sits down? but I am among you as one who serves.

28 You are those who have remained with me, throughout my trials.

29 And I promise you, just as my Father has promised me, a kingdom,

30 That you may eat and drink at the table in my kingdom; and you will sit on chairs, and judge the twelve tribes of Israel.

31 And Jesus said to Simon, Simon, behold Satan wants to sift all of you as wheat;

32 But I have made supplication for you that your faith may not weaken; and even you in time will repent, and strengthen your brethren.

33 Simon said to him, My Lord, I am ready with you, even for the prison and for death.

34 Jesus said to him, I say to you, Simon, the cock will not crow today, until you have denied three times that you know me.

35 And he said to them, When I sent you out without purses, and without bags, and shoes, did you lack anything? They said to him, Not a thing.

36 He said to them, From now on he who has purses, let him take them, and the bag likewise; and he who has no sword, let him sell his robe and buy for himself a sword.

37 For I say to you, that this which is written must be fulfilled in me, He will be numbered among the wicked; for all the things concerning me will be fulfilled.

38 And they said to him, Our Lord, behold here are two swords. He said to them, That is enough.

39 And he went out and went away, as it was his custom, to the Mount of the Home of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.

40 And when he arrived at a place, he said to them, Pray that you may not enter into temptation.

41 And he separated from them, about the distance of a stone's throw, and he kneeled down, and prayed,

42 Saying, O Father, if you will, let this cup pass from me; but not as I will, but your will be done.

43 And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, to strengthen him.

44 And he was in fear, and prayed earnestly; and his sweat became like drops of blood; and he fell down upon the ground.

45 Then he rose up from his prayer, and came to his disciples, and found them sleeping because of distress.

46 And he said to them, Why do you sleep? rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation.

47 While he was still speaking, behold, a multitude, and he who is called Judas, one of the twelve, coming before them; and he drew near to Jesus and kissed him. For this was the sign he had given them, He whom I kiss, it is he.

48 Jesus said to him, Judas, do you betray the Son of man with a kiss?

49 When those who were with him saw what happened, they said to him, Our Lord, shall we smite them with swords?

50 And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear.

51 But Jesus answered and said, It is enough for the present. And he touched the ear of him who was wounded, and healed it.

52 And Jesus said to the high priests and the elders and the officers of the temple, who had come against him, Have you come out against me to arrest me with swords and staves, as if you were against a bandit?

53 I was with you every day in the temple, and you did not even point your hands at me; but this is your turn, and the power of darkness.

54 And they arrested him, and brought him to the house of the high priest. And Simon followed him afar off.

55 And they kindled a fire in the midst of the courtyard, and they sat around it; and Simon also sat among them.

56 And a young woman saw him sitting by the fire, and she looked at him and said, This man also was with him.

57 But he denied, and said, Woman, I do not know him.

58 And after a little while, another saw him, and said to him, You also are one of them. But Peter said, I am not.

59 And after an hour, another one argued and said, Truly, this man also was with him; for he is also a Galilean.

60 Peter said, Man, I do not know what you are saying. And immediately while he was still speaking, the cock crew.

61 And Jesus turned and looked at Peter. And Simon remembered the word of our Lord, that he said to him, Before the cock crows you will deny me three times.

62 And Simon went outside and wept bitterly.

63 And the men who held Jesus mocked him,

64 And they covered his head, and smote him on his face, saying, Prophesy, who has struck you.

65 And many other things they blasphemed and said against him.

66 As soon as it was daybreak, the elders and the high priests and the scribes gathered together, and brought him up to their council chamber.

67 And they said to him, If you are the Christ, tell us. He said to them, If I tell you, you will not believe me.

68 And if I ask you, you will not answer me nor release me.

69 From henceforth the Son of man will sit at the right hand of the power of God.

70 And they all said, Are you then the Son of God? Jesus said to them, You say that I am.

71 And they said, Why then do we need witnesses? for we have heard it from his own mouth.

15 Иисус сказал им: — Я очень хотел есть эту Пасху с вами перед Моими страданиями.	15 And he said to them, I have desired with desire to eat this passover with you before I suffer;
16 Говорю вам, что Я уже не буду есть ее до тех пор, пока она не совершится в Царстве Божьем.	16 For I say to you, that henceforth, I will not eat it, until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 Взяв чашу и поблагодарив за нее Бога, Он сказал: — Возьмите ее и разделите между собой.	17 And he took the cup and gave thanks and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves.
18 Говорю вам, что Я уже не буду пить от плода виноградного до тех пор, пока не придет Божье Царство.	18 For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.
19 Затем, взяв хлеб и поблагодарив за него Бога, Он разломил его и дал им со словами: — Это Мое тело, отдаваемое за вас. Делайте это в воспоминание обо Мне.	19 And he took bread and gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them and said, This is my body, which is given for your sake; this do in remembrance of me.
20 Также взял и чашу после ужина и сказал: — Эта чаша — новый завет, скрепленный Моей кровью, которая за вас проливается.	20 And likewise also the cup, after they had eaten the supper, he said, This is the cup of the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.
21 Но рука того, кто предает Меня, на одном столе с Моей.	21 But behold, the hand of him who is to betray me is on the table.
22 С Сыном Человеческим все случится так, как было предназначено, но горе тому человеку, который предает Его.	22 And the Son of man will go, just as he has been destined; but woe to the man by whose hand he will be betrayed!
23 Тогда ученики начали спрашивать друг друга, кто из них мог бы совершить такое.	23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which one of them was to do this act.
24 Потом они начали спорить, кто из них должен считаться самым великим.	24 There was also a dispute among them, as to who is the greatest among them.
25 Иисус тогда сказал им: — Цари язычников господствуют над ними, правителей народа именуют «благодетелями»,	25 Jesus said to them, The kings of the Gentiles are also their owners; and those who rule over them are called benefactors.
26 но вы не будьте, как они. Напротив, пусть самый великий среди вас будет как самый меньший, и начальник — как слуга.	26 But not so with you; but he who is great among you, let him be the least, and he who is a leader be like a minister.
27 Ведь кто важнее: тот, кто возлежит за столом, или тот, кто прислуживает? Разве не тот, кто возлежит? Я же среди вас как слуга.	27 For who is greater, he who sits down or he who serves? Is it not he who sits down? but I am among you as one who serves.
28 Вы были со Мной во всех Моих испытаниях,	28 You are those who have remained with me, throughout my trials.
29 и как Мой Отец дал Мне царскую власть, так Я теперь даю ее вам,	29 And I promise you, just as my Father has promised me, a kingdom,

52 Затем Иисус сказал первосвященникам, начальникам храмовой стражи и старейшинам, которые пришли за Ним: — Что Я, разбойник, что вы пришли с мечами и кольями?	52 And Jesus said to the high priests and the elders and the officers of the temple, who had come against him, Have you come out against me to arrest me with swords and staves, as if you were against a bandit?
53 Я каждый день был с вами в храме, и вы не схватили Меня. Но сейчас ваше время, сейчас власть тьмы.	53 I was with you every day in the temple, and you did not even point your hands at me; but this is your turn, and the power of darkness.
54 Они схватили Его и повели в дом первосвященника. Петр, держась поодаль, следовал за ними.	54 And they arrested him, and brought him to the house of the high priest. And Simon followed him afar off.
55 Посреди двора первосвященника разожгли костер, и Петр вместе с другими людьми сел к нему греться.	55 And they kindled a fire in the midst of the courtyard, and they sat around it; and Simon also sat among them.
56 Одна из служанок, увидев Петра в свете огня, пристально всмотрелась в него и сказала: — Этот человек тоже был с Ним.	56 And a young woman saw him sitting by the fire, and she looked at him and said, This man also was with him.
57 Но Петр отрицал это. — Я не знаю Его, женщина, — сказал он.	57 But he denied, and said, Woman, I do not know him.
58 Немного позже кто-то другой увидел его и сказал: — Ты тоже один из них. — Нет, друг, — ответил Петр.	58 And after a little while, another saw him, and said to him, You also are one of them. But Peter said, I am not.
59 Примерно час спустя еще кто-то стал утверждать: — Точно, этот человек тоже был с Ним, ведь он галилеянин.	59 And after an hour, another one argued and said, Truly, this man also was with him; for he is also a Galilean.
60 Но Петр сказал: — Я не знаю, о чем ты говоришь! И тотчас, когда он еще говорил, пропел петух.	60 Peter said, Man, I do not know what you are saying. And immediately while he was still speaking, the cock crew.
61 Господь повернулся и посмотрел на Петра. Тогда Петр вспомнил слова Господа, как Он сказал ему: — Прежде чем пропоет петух сегодня, ты трижды отречешься от Меня.	61 And Jesus turned and looked at Peter. And Simon remembered the word of our Lord, that he said to him, Before the cock crows you will deny me three times.
62 И выйдя наружу, он горько заплакал.	62 And Simon went outside and wept bitterly.
63 Люди, охранявшие Иисуса, стали насмехаться над Ним и бить Его.	63 And the men who held Jesus mocked him,
64 Они завязывали Ему глаза и требовали: — Пророчествуй! Кто Тебя ударил?	64 And they covered his head, and smote him on his face, saying, Prophesy, who has struck you.
65 И говорили Ему много других оскорблений.	65 And many other things they blasphemed and said against him.
66 Рано утром старейшины народа, первосвященники и учители Закона собрались вместе на Совет. К ним ввели Иисуса.	66 As soon as it was daybreak, the elders and the high priests and the scribes gathered together, and brought him up to their council chamber.
67 — Если Ты Христос, то скажи нам прямо, — требовали они. Иисус ответил: — Если Я скажу вам, вы не поверите,	67 And they said to him, If you are the Christ, tell us. He said to them, If I tell you, you will not believe me.
68 и если Я вас спрошу, вы Мне не ответите.	68 And if I ask you, you will not answer me nor release me.
69 Однако с этого времени Сын Человеческий будет сидеть по правую руку от Божьей силы.	69 From henceforth the Son of man will sit at the right hand of the power of God.
70 Они все стали спрашивать: — Так Ты что, Сын Бога? Он ответил: — Вы сами говорите, что это Я.	70 And they all said, Are you then the Son of God? Jesus said to them, You say that I am.
71 Тогда они сказали: — Какие нам еще нужны свидетельства? Мы слышали это из Его собственных уст!	71 And they said, Why then do we need witnesses? for we have heard it from his own mouth.
