Глава 24

1 Затем Он сказал Моисею: — Поднимись к Господу с Аароном, Надавом, Авиудом и семьюдесятью старейшинами Израиля. Вы поклонитесь Мне издали,

2 но приблизится к Господу один Моисей — остальные пусть не приближаются. Народ пусть вообще не поднимается с ним.

3 Когда Моисей пришел и передал народу слова и постановления Господа, народ ответил в один голос: — Мы сделаем все, как сказал Господь.

4 Моисей записал все, что сказал Господь. На следующее утро он встал рано, построил жертвенник у подножия горы и поставил двенадцать каменных столбов по числу израильских родов.

5 Он послал двенадцать юношей-израильтян, и они принесли всесожжение и закололи молодых быков в жертву примирения Господу.

6 Моисей взял половину жертвенной крови и налил ее в чаши, а другой половиной окропил жертвенник.

7 Он взял книгу завета и прочитал народу. Они ответили: — Мы сделаем все, как сказал Господь. Мы будем послушны.

8 Моисей взял оставшуюся кровь, окропил ею народ и сказал: — Это кровь, скрепляющая завет, который Господь заключил с вами, дав вам эти законы.

9 Моисей, Аарон, Надав, Авиуд и семьдесят израильских старейшин поднялись

10 и увидели Бога Израиля. Под ногами у Него было нечто, похожее на помост из сапфира, ясный, как само небо.

11 Но Бог не поднял руку на израильских вождей. Они видели Бога, ели и пили.

12 Господь сказал Моисею: — Поднимись ко Мне на гору и останься здесь. Я дам тебе каменные таблички с Законом и повелениями, которые Я написал как наставление этому народу.

13 Моисей тронулся в путь со своим помощником Иисусом и взошел на Божью гору.

14 Старейшинам он сказал: — Ждите нас здесь, пока мы не вернемся к вам. С вами Аарон и Хур; любой, у кого будет спор, может пойти к ним.

15 Когда Моисей поднялся на гору, ее окутало облако,

16 и слава Господа опустилась на гору Синай. Шесть дней облако окутывало гору, а на седьмой день Господь позвал Моисея из облака.

17 Для израильтян слава Господа была подобна пожирающему огню на вершине горы.

18 Моисей вошел в облако и поднялся на гору. Он оставался на горе сорок дней и сорок ночей.

Chapter 24

1 AND he said to Moses, Come up to the LORD, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and you shall worship afar off.

2 And Moses alone shall come near the LORD; but they shall not draw near; neither shall the people come up with him.

3 And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice, and said, Everything which the LORD has said we will do.

4 And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel.

5 And he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the LORD.

6 And Moses took half of the blood, and put it into basins; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

7 And he took the book of the covenant and read it in the presence of the people; and they said, All that the LORD has said we will obey and do.

8 And Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people and said, This is the blood of the covenant which the LORD has made with you concerning all these words.

9 Then Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up;

10 And they saw the God of Israel; and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, clear as the color of the sky.

11 And he did not harm the elders of the children of Israel; and they saw God, and ate and drank.

12 And the LORD said to Moses, Come up to me to the mountain, and present yourself there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the laws and commandments which I have written; that you may teach them.

13 And Moses rose up and his minister Joshua; and Moses went up to the mountain of God.

14 And he said to the elders, You wait here for us until we return to you; and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a problem, let him come to them.

15 And Moses went up to the mountain, and a cloud covered the mountain.

16 And the glory of the LORD rested upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days; and on the seventh day the LORD called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

17 And in the sight of all the children of Israel he saw the glory of the LORD like a burning fire on the top of the mountain.

18 And Moses went into the midst of the cloud and went up to the mountain; and Moses was in the mountain forty days and forty nights.

2 но приблизится к Господу один Моисей — остальные пусть не приближаются. Народ пусть вообще не поднимается с ним.

2 And Moses alone shall come near the LORD; but they shall not draw near; neither shall the people come up with him.

3 Когда Моисей пришел и передал народу слова и постановления Господа, народ ответил в один голос: — Мы сделаем все, как сказал Господь.

3 And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice, and said, Everything which the LORD has said we will do.

4 And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel.

5 Он послал двенадцать юношей-израильтян, и они принесли всесожжение и закололи молодых быков в жертву примирения Господу.

5 And he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the LORD.

6 Моисей взял половину жертвенной крови и налил ее в чаши, а другой половиной окропил жертвенник.

6 And Moses took half of the blood, and put it into basins; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

7 And he took the book of the covenant and read it in the presence of the people; and they said, All that the LORD has said we will obey and do.

8 Моисей взял оставшуюся кровь, окропил ею народ и сказал: — Это кровь, скрепляющая завет, который Господь заключил с вами, дав вам эти законы.

8 And Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people and said, This is the blood of the covenant which the LORD has made with you concerning all these words.

9 Моисей, Аарон, Надав, Авиуд и семьдесят израильских старейшин поднялись

9 Then Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up;

10 и увидели Бога Израиля. Под ногами у Него было нечто, похожее на помост из сапфира, ясный, как само небо.

10 And they saw the God of Israel; and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, clear as the color of the sky.

11 Но Бог не поднял руку на израильских вождей. Они видели Бога, ели и пили.

11 And he did not harm the elders of the children of Israel; and they saw God, and ate and drank.

12 Господь сказал Моисею: — Поднимись ко Мне на гору и останься здесь. Я дам тебе каменные таблички с Законом и повелениями, которые Я написал как наставление этому народу.

12 And the LORD said to Moses, Come up to me to the mountain, and present yourself there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the laws and commandments which I have written; that you may teach them.

13 And Moses rose up and his minister Joshua; and Moses went up to the mountain of God.

14 Старейшинам он сказал: — Ждите нас здесь, пока мы не вернемся к вам. С вами Аарон и Хур; любой, у кого будет спор, может пойти к ним.

14 And he said to the elders, You wait here for us until we return to you; and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a problem, let him come to them.

15 Когда Моисей поднялся на гору, ее окутало облако,

15 And Moses went up to the mountain, and a cloud covered the mountain.

16 и слава Господа опустилась на гору Синай. Шесть дней облако окутывало гору, а на седьмой день Господь позвал Моисея из облака.

16 And the glory of the LORD rested upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days; and on the seventh day the LORD called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

17 Для израильтян слава Господа была подобна пожирающему огню на вершине горы.

17 And in the sight of all the children of Israel he saw the glory of the LORD like a burning fire on the top of the mountain.

18 Моисей вошел в облако и поднялся на гору. Он оставался на горе сорок дней и сорок ночей.

18 And Moses went into the midst of the cloud and went up to the mountain; and Moses was in the mountain forty days and forty nights.
