1 Моисей сказал израильтянам все, что повелел ему Господь.

2 Моисей сказал главам родов Израиля: — Так повелел Господь:

3 «Если человек даст обет Господу или свяжет себя зароком, то пусть не нарушает своего слова, но выполняет все, что сказал.

4 Если молодая девушка, которая еще живет в доме отца, даст обет Господу или свяжет себя зароком,

5 а ее отец услышит про обет или зарок, но ничего ей не скажет, то все ее обеты и всякий зарок, которым она связала себя, останутся в силе.

6 Но если, услышав об этом, отец запретит ей, то ни один из ее обетов или зароков, которыми она связала себя, не останется в силе; Господь простит ей, потому что ей запретил отец.

7 Если она выйдет замуж, будучи связана обетом или опрометчивым словом своих уст,

8 а ее муж услышит об этом, но услышав, ничего ей не скажет, то ее обеты и зароки, которыми она связала себя, останутся в силе.

9 Но если, услышав об этом, муж запретит ей, то он отменит обет или опрометчивое слово ее уст, которыми она связала себя, и Господь простит ей.

10 Но всякий обет, которым свяжет себя вдова или разведенная женщина, остается в силе.

11 Если женщина, живущая с мужем, даст обет или, поклявшись, свяжет себя зароком,

12 а муж услышит об этом, но услышав, ничего ей не скажет и не запретит, то все ее обеты и зароки, которыми она связала себя, останутся в силе.

13 Но если, услышав о них, муж отменит их, то ни один из обетов или зароков, которые сошли с ее уст, не останется в силе: муж отменил их, и Господь простит ей.

14 Муж может подтвердить или отменить любой ее обет или зарок смирять себя.

15 Но если муж день за днем не будет ей ничего говорить, то он этим подтвердит все обеты и зароки, которыми она себя связала. Он подтверждает их когда ничего не говорит ей, слыша о них.

16 Если он отменит их через некоторое время после того, как услышит о них, то он будет в ответе за ее вину».

17 Таковы установления, которые Господь дал Моисею об отношениях между мужем и женой, между отцом и молодой дочерью, которая еще живет в его доме.

2 If3588 a man376 vow5087 a vow5088 to the LORD,3068 or176 swear7650 an oath7621 to bind631 his soul5315 with a bond;632 he shall not break2490 his word,1697 he shall do6213 according to all3605 that proceeds3318 out of his mouth.6310

3 If a woman802 also vow5087 a vow5088 to the LORD,3068 and bind631 herself by a bond,632 being in her father's1 house1004 in her youth;5271

4 And her father1 hear8085 her vow,5088 and her bond632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul,5315 and her father1 shall hold2790 his peace2790 at her; then all3605 her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and every3605 bond632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

5 But if518 her father1 disallow5106 her in the day3117 that he hears;8085 not any3605 of her vows,5088 or of her bonds632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul,5315 shall stand:6965 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her, because3588 her father1 disallowed5106 her.

6 And if518 she had1961 at all an husband,376 when she vowed,5088 or176 uttered4008 ought out of her lips,8193 with which834 she bound631 her soul;5315

7 And her husband376 heard8085 it, and held2790 his peace2790 at her in the day3117 that he heard8085 it: then her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and her bonds632 with which834 she bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

8 But if518 her husband376 disallowed5106 her on the day3117 that he heard8085 it; then he shall make her vow5088 which834 she vowed,5088 and that which she uttered4008 with her lips,8193 with which834 she bound631 her soul,5315 of none6565 effect:6565 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her.

9 But every vow5088 of a widow,490 and of her that is divorced,1644 with which834 they have bound631 their souls,5315 shall stand6965 against5921 her.

10 And if518 she vowed5087 in her husband's376 house,1004 or176 bound631 her soul5315 by a bond632 with an oath;7621

11 And her husband376 heard8085 it, and held2790 his peace2790 at her, and disallowed5106 her not: then all3605 her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and every3605 bond632 with which834 she bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

12 But if518 her husband376 has utterly made them void6565 on5921 the day3117 he heard8085 them; then whatever3605 proceeded4161 out of her lips8193 concerning her vows,5088 or concerning the bond632 of her soul,5315 shall not stand:6965 her husband376 has made them void;6565 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her.

13 Every3605 vow,5088 and every3605 binding632 oath7621 to afflict6031 the soul,5315 her husband376 may establish6965 it, or her husband376 may make it void.6565

14 But if518 her husband376 altogether hold2790 his peace2790 at her from day3117 to day;3117 then he establishes6965 all3605 her vows,5088 or all3605 her bonds,632 which834 are on her: he confirms6965 them, because3588 he held2790 his peace2790 at her in the day3117 that he heard8085 them.

15 But if518 he shall any ways make them void6565 after310 that he has heard8085 them; then he shall bear5375 her iniquity.5771

16 These428 are the statutes,2706 which834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 Moses,4872 between996 a man376 and his wife,802 between996 the father1 and his daughter,1323 being yet in her youth5271 in her father's1 house.1004

5 а ее отец услышит про обет или зарок, но ничего ей не скажет, то все ее обеты и всякий зарок, которым она связала себя, останутся в силе.

6 Но если, услышав об этом, отец запретит ей, то ни один из ее обетов или зароков, которыми она связала себя, не останется в силе; Господь простит ей, потому что ей запретил отец.

9 Но если, услышав об этом, муж запретит ей, то он отменит обет или опрометчивое слово ее уст, которыми она связала себя, и Господь простит ей.

10 Но всякий обет, которым свяжет себя вдова или разведенная женщина, остается в силе.

12 But if518 her husband376 has utterly made them void6565 on5921 the day3117 he heard8085 them; then whatever3605 proceeded4161 out of her lips8193 concerning her vows,5088 or concerning the bond632 of her soul,5315 shall not stand:6965 her husband376 has made them void;6565 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her.

13 Но если, услышав о них, муж отменит их, то ни один из обетов или зароков, которые сошли с ее уст, не останется в силе: муж отменил их, и Господь простит ей.

13 Every3605 vow,5088 and every3605 binding632 oath7621 to afflict6031 the soul,5315 her husband376 may establish6965 it, or her husband376 may make it void.6565

14 Муж может подтвердить или отменить любой ее обет или зарок смирять себя.

14 But if518 her husband376 altogether hold2790 his peace2790 at her from day3117 to day;3117 then he establishes6965 all3605 her vows,5088 or all3605 her bonds,632 which834 are on her: he confirms6965 them, because3588 he held2790 his peace2790 at her in the day3117 that he heard8085 them.

15 Но если муж день за днем не будет ей ничего говорить, то он этим подтвердит все обеты и зароки, которыми она себя связала. Он подтверждает их когда ничего не говорит ей, слыша о них.

15 But if518 he shall any ways make them void6565 after310 that he has heard8085 them; then he shall bear5375 her iniquity.5771

16 Если он отменит их через некоторое время после того, как услышит о них, то он будет в ответе за ее вину».

16 These428 are the statutes,2706 which834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 Moses,4872 between996 a man376 and his wife,802 between996 the father1 and his daughter,1323 being yet in her youth5271 in her father's1 house.1004

17 Таковы установления, которые Господь дал Моисею об отношениях между мужем и женой, между отцом и молодой дочерью, которая еще живет в его доме.
