Глава 35

1 Возрадуется пустыня и сухая земля; дикая местность возликует и расцветет. Словно нарцисс,

2 расцветет богато; будет бурно ликовать и кричать от радости. Ей будет дана слава Ливана, великолепие Кармила и Шарона ; они увидят Господню славу, величие нашего Бога.

3 Укрепите опустившиеся руки, утвердите дрожащие колени.

4 Скажите тем, кто робок сердцем: — Будьте тверды, не бойтесь! Ваш Бог придет, придет с отмщением, с воздаянием Божьим Он придет спасти вас.

5 Тогда откроются глаза слепых, и уши глухих отворятся.

6 Тогда хромой будет прыгать, словно олень, и язык немого кричать от радости. Пробьются в пустыне воды и потоки в местности дикой.

7 Горячий песок превратится в заводь, жаждущая земля — в источники вод. Там, где были каменистые шакальи логовища, будут расти трава, камыш и тростник.

8 Там будет большая дорога; она будет названа Святым Путем. Нечистые по нему не пройдут; он будет для Божьего народа. Никакой самонадеянный глупец не забредет на него.

9 Не будет там льва, на него не ступит никакой хищный зверь — не будет их там. Там будут ходить искупленные.

10 Избавленные Господом вернутся и с пением придут на Сион; их головы увенчает вечная радость. Они обретут веселье и радость, а скорбь и вздохи исчезнут.

1 The wilderness4057 and the solitary6723 place shall be glad7797 for them; and the desert6160 shall rejoice,1523 and blossom6524 as the rose.2261

2 It shall blossom6524 abundantly,6524 and rejoice1523 even637 with joy1525 and singing:7442 the glory3519 of Lebanon3844 shall be given5414 to it, the excellency1926 of Carmel3760 and Sharon,8289 they shall see7200 the glory3519 of the LORD,3068 and the excellency1926 of our God.430

3 Strengthen2388 you the weak7504 hands,3027 and confirm553 the feeble3782 knees.1290

4 Say559 to them that are of a fearful4116 heart,3820 Be strong,2388 fear3372 not: behold,2009 your God430 will come935 with vengeance,5359 even God430 with a recompense;1576 he will come935 and save3467 you.

5 Then227 the eyes5869 of the blind5787 shall be opened,6491 and the ears241 of the deaf2795 shall be unstopped.6605

6 Then227 shall the lame6455 man leap1801 as an hart,354 and the tongue3956 of the dumb483 sing:7442 for in the wilderness4057 shall waters4325 break1234 out, and streams5158 in the desert.6160

7 And the parched8273 ground shall become1961 a pool,98 and the thirsty6774 land springs4002 of water:4325 in the habitation5116 of dragons,8577 where each lay,7258 shall be grass2682 with reeds7070 and rushes.1573

8 And an highway4547 shall be there,8033 and a way,1870 and it shall be called7121 The way1870 of holiness;6944 the unclean2931 shall not pass5674 over5674 it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring1980 1870 men, though fools,191 shall not err8582 therein.

9 No3808 lion738 shall be there,8033 nor1077 any ravenous6530 beast2416 shall go5927 up thereon, it shall not be found4672 there;8033 but the redeemed1350 shall walk1980 there:

10 And the ransomed6299 of the LORD3068 shall return,7725 and come935 to Zion6726 with songs7440 and everlasting5769 joy8057 on their heads:7218 they shall obtain5381 joy8057 and gladness,8057 and sorrow3015 and sighing585 shall flee5127 away.
