Глава 18

1 Священникам Левитам, всему колену Левиину не будет части и удела с Израилем: они должны питаться жертвами Господа и Его частью.

2 Удела не будет ему между братьями его: Сам Господь удел его, как говорил Он ему.

3 Вот что должно быть положено священникам от народа, от приносящих в жертву волов или овец: приносящий жертву должен отдавать священнику плечо, челюсти и требуху.

4 Также начатки хлеба твоего, вина твоего и елея твоего, и начатки шерсти овец твоих отдавай ему.

5 Поскольку его избрал Иегова, Бог твой, из всех колен твоих, чтобы он предстоял [пред Господом, Богом твоим,] служил [и благословлял] во имя Господа, сам и сыны его во все дни.

6 Если Левит из одного из жилищ твоих, из которой-нибудь земли [сынов] Израилевых, в которой он жил, придет по какому-либо желанию души своей на место, которое изберет Господь:

7 То пусть он служит во имя Иеговы, Бога своего, так как и все братия его Левиты, предстоящие там пред Господом.

8 Пусть они пользуются одинаковою частью с прочими, сверх проданного имущества отцев своих.

9 Когда ты войдешь в землю, которую дает тебе Иегова, Бог твой: тогда не научись делать мерзости, какие делали народы сии:

10 Не должен находиться у тебя проводящий сына своего или дочь свою чрез огонь, прорицатель, гадатель, ворожея, чародей,

11 Обаятель, призывающий духов, волшебник и вопрошающий мертвых:

12 Ибо мерзок пред Иеговою, [Богом твоим,] всякий делающий сие, и за сии-то мерзости Иегова, Бог твой, изгоняет их от лица твоего.

13 Будь совершенно предан Иегове, Богу твоему.

14 Ибо народы сии, которые ты берешь в наследие, слушают гадателей и прорицателей; а тебе не то дал Иегова, Бог твой.

15 Пророка из среды тебя, из братьев твоих, как меня, воздвигнет тебе Иегова, Бог твой, его слушайте:

16 Так как ты просил у Иеговы, Бога твоего, при Хориве в день собрания, говоря: да не услышу гласа Иеговы, Бога моего, и огня сего великого да не увижу более, дабы мне не умереть.

17 И сказал мне Господь: хорошо [все], что они говорили [тебе].

18 Я воздвигну им пророка из среды братьев их, как тебя, и вложу слова Мои в уста его, и он будет говорить им все, что Я повелю ему:

19 А кто не послушает слов Моих, которые [пророк тот] будет говорить Моим именем, с того Я взыщу.

20 Но пророка, который дерзнет говорить Моим именем слово, которого Я не повелел ему говорить, и который будет говорить именем других богов, такового пророка предайте смерти.

21 Если же скажешь в сердце твоем: как мы узнаем слово, которое не Господь говорил?

22 Если пророк скажет именем Господа, но слово то не сбудется и не исполнится, то не Господь говорил сие слово, но говорил сие пророк по дерзости своей, не бойся его.

Deuteronomy

Chapter 18

1 THE priests and the Levites, shall have neither portion nor inheritance among the children of Israel; but they shall eat sacrifices offered to the LORD, and his inheritance.

2 Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; the LORD is their inheritance, as he has said to them.

3 And this shall be the priest's due from the people: from those who offer a sacrifice, whether it be an ox or a lamb, they shall give to the priest the shoulder and the two cheeks and the maw.

4 The first fruits also of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.

5 For the LORD your God has chosen him out of all your tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD your God, him and his sons for ever.

6 And if a Levite come from any of the towns of your brethren out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his soul to the place which the LORD shall choose;

7 Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as do all his brethren the Levites, who stand there before the LORD.

8 They shall have equal portion to eat, besides that which comes of the sale of his patrimony.

9 When you come into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

10 There shall not be found among you any one who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or who practices divination or black magic, or is an enchanter or a witch

11 Or a charmer or a consulter with familiar spirits or a sorcerer or a necromancer.

12 For whoever does these things is an abomination in the sight of the LORD your God; and because of these abominations the LORD your God is destroying them from before you.

13 You shall be innocent before the LORD your God.

14 For these nations which you are to possess hearken to men with familiar spirits and diviners; but as for you, the LORD your God has not allowed you to do so.

15 The LORD your God will raise up to you a prophet like me from the midst of you, of your brethren; to him you shall hearken.

16 Just as you asked of the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear any more the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

17 And the LORD said to me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.

18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.

19 Whosoever will not hearken to my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

20 But the prophet who shall presume to speak a word in my name which I have not commanded him to speak, or who shall speak in the name of other gods, that prophet shall be put to death.

21 And if you say in your heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?

22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, and the thing does not come to pass, nor follow; that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

1 THE priests and the Levites, shall have neither portion nor inheritance among the children of Israel; but they shall eat sacrifices offered to the LORD, and his inheritance.

2 Удела не будет ему между братьями его: Сам Господь удел его, как говорил Он ему.

2 Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; the LORD is their inheritance, as he has said to them.

3 Вот что должно быть положено священникам от народа, от приносящих в жертву волов или овец: приносящий жертву должен отдавать священнику плечо, челюсти и требуху.

3 And this shall be the priest's due from the people: from those who offer a sacrifice, whether it be an ox or a lamb, they shall give to the priest the shoulder and the two cheeks and the maw.

4 Также начатки хлеба твоего, вина твоего и елея твоего, и начатки шерсти овец твоих отдавай ему.

4 The first fruits also of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.

5 Поскольку его избрал Иегова, Бог твой, из всех колен твоих, чтобы он предстоял [пред Господом, Богом твоим,] служил [и благословлял] во имя Господа, сам и сыны его во все дни.

5 For the LORD your God has chosen him out of all your tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD your God, him and his sons for ever.

6 Если Левит из одного из жилищ твоих, из которой-нибудь земли [сынов] Израилевых, в которой он жил, придет по какому-либо желанию души своей на место, которое изберет Господь:

6 And if a Levite come from any of the towns of your brethren out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his soul to the place which the LORD shall choose;

7 То пусть он служит во имя Иеговы, Бога своего, так как и все братия его Левиты, предстоящие там пред Господом.

7 Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as do all his brethren the Levites, who stand there before the LORD.

8 Пусть они пользуются одинаковою частью с прочими, сверх проданного имущества отцев своих.

8 They shall have equal portion to eat, besides that which comes of the sale of his patrimony.

9 Когда ты войдешь в землю, которую дает тебе Иегова, Бог твой: тогда не научись делать мерзости, какие делали народы сии:

9 When you come into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

10 Не должен находиться у тебя проводящий сына своего или дочь свою чрез огонь, прорицатель, гадатель, ворожея, чародей,

11 Обаятель, призывающий духов, волшебник и вопрошающий мертвых:

12 Ибо мерзок пред Иеговою, [Богом твоим,] всякий делающий сие, и за сии-то мерзости Иегова, Бог твой, изгоняет их от лица твоего.

12 For whoever does these things is an abomination in the sight of the LORD your God; and because of these abominations the LORD your God is destroying them from before you.

13 Будь совершенно предан Иегове, Богу твоему.

13 You shall be innocent before the LORD your God.

14 Ибо народы сии, которые ты берешь в наследие, слушают гадателей и прорицателей; а тебе не то дал Иегова, Бог твой.

14 For these nations which you are to possess hearken to men with familiar spirits and diviners; but as for you, the LORD your God has not allowed you to do so.

15 Пророка из среды тебя, из братьев твоих, как меня, воздвигнет тебе Иегова, Бог твой, его слушайте:

15 The LORD your God will raise up to you a prophet like me from the midst of you, of your brethren; to him you shall hearken.

18 Я воздвигну им пророка из среды братьев их, как тебя, и вложу слова Мои в уста его, и он будет говорить им все, что Я повелю ему:

18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.

19 А кто не послушает слов Моих, которые [пророк тот] будет говорить Моим именем, с того Я взыщу.

19 Whosoever will not hearken to my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

20 Но пророка, который дерзнет говорить Моим именем слово, которого Я не повелел ему говорить, и который будет говорить именем других богов, такового пророка предайте смерти.

20 But the prophet who shall presume to speak a word in my name which I have not commanded him to speak, or who shall speak in the name of other gods, that prophet shall be put to death.

21 Если же скажешь в сердце твоем: как мы узнаем слово, которое не Господь говорил?

21 And if you say in your heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?

22 Если пророк скажет именем Господа, но слово то не сбудется и не исполнится, то не Господь говорил сие слово, но говорил сие пророк по дерзости своей, не бойся его.

22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, and the thing does not come to pass, nor follow; that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
