Глава 5

1 Ибо всякий первосвященник, из людей избираемый, для людей поставляется на служение пред Богом, чтобы приносить дары и жертвы за грехи,

2 могущий снисходить незнающим и заблудшим, потому что и сам обложен немощью,

3 по причине которой он и должен, как за народ, так и за себя приносить жертвы о грехах.

4 И человек не сам усваивает себе эту честь, но призываемый Богом так, как и Аарон.

5 Так и Христос не Сам прославил Себя, став Первосвященником, но Сказавший к Нему: Ты — Сын Мой, Я сегодня родил Тебя;

6 как и в другом месте Он говорит: Ты — Священник вовек по чину Мелхиседека.

7 Он в дни плоти Своей, с сильным воплем и со слезами принеся прошения и молитвы Могущему спасти Его от смерти и быв услышан за Свое благоговение,

8 хотя и Сын, страданиями научился послушанию,

9 и, усовершённый, стал для всех послушных Ему виновником спасения вечного,

10 от Бога провозглашённый Первосвященником по чину Мелхиседека.

11 Об этом надлежало бы нам говорить много, но трудно истолковать, так как вы стали туги к слышанию.

12 Ибо, хотя вы и должны быть, судя по времени, учителями, вы снова нуждаетесь в том, чтобы вас учили первым началам слова Божия, и вам нужно стало молоко, а не твёрдая пища.

13 Ибо всякий, питаемый молоком, неиспытан в слове праведности, потому что он младенец.

14 Для совершенных же имеется твердая пища: их чувства навыком приучены к различению как добра, так и зла.

Hebrews

Chapter 5

1 For every3956 high749 priest749 taken2983 from among3319 men444 is ordained2525 for men444 in things pertaining to God,2316 that he may offer4374 both5037 gifts1435 and sacrifices2378 for sins:266

2 Who can1410 have2192 compassion3356 on the ignorant,50 and on them that are out of the way;4105 for that he himself846 also2532 is compassed4029 with infirmity.769

3 And by reason1223 hereof5026 he ought,3784 as for the people,2992 so3779 also2532 for himself,1438 to offer4374 for sins.266

4 And no3756 man5100 takes2983 this3588 honor5092 to himself,1438 but he that is called2564 of God,2316 as was Aaron.2

5 So3779 also2532 Christ5547 glorified1392 not himself1438 to be made1096 an high749 priest;749 but he that said2980 to him, You are1488 my Son,5207 to day4594 have I begotten1080 you.

6 As he said3004 also2532 in another2087 place, You are a priest2409 for ever165 after2596 the order5010 of Melchisedec.3198

7 Who3739 in the days2250 of his flesh,4561 when he had offered4374 up prayers1162 and supplications2428 with strong2478 crying2906 and tears1144 to him that was able1410 to save4982 him from death,2288 and was heard1522 in that he feared;2124

8 Though2539 he were a Son,5207 yet learned3129 he obedience5218 by the things which3739 he suffered;3958

9 And being made5048 perfect,5048 he became1096 the author159 of eternal166 salvation4991 to all3956 them that obey5219 him;

10 Called4316 of God2316 an high749 priest749 after2596 the order5010 of Melchisedec.3198

11 Of whom3739 we have many4183 things to say,3056 and hard1421 to be uttered,3004 seeing1893 you are dull3576 of hearing.189

12 For when for the time5550 you ought3784 to be teachers,1320 you have2192 need5532 that one teach1321 you again3825 which5101 be the first746 principles4747 of the oracles3051 of God;2316 and are become1096 such as have2192 need5532 of milk,1051 and not of strong4731 meat.5160

13 For every3956 one that uses3348 milk1051 is unskillful552 in the word3056 of righteousness:1343 for he is a babe.3516

14 But strong4731 meat5160 belongs1510 to them that are of full5046 age,5046 even those3588 who by reason1223 of use1838 have2192 their senses145 exercised1128 to discern1253 both5037 good2570 and evil.2556
