Глава 13

1 Он дал Моисею такое повеление:

2 «Посвящайте Мне всех первенцев мужского пола. Первый плод чрева матери среди израильтян принадлежит Мне, и первенцы из скота тоже Мои».

3 И сказал Моисей народу: «Помните этот день, день, в который ушли вы из Египта, из страны рабства вашего, — ГОСПОДЬ могущественной рукою вывел вас оттуда. В этот день не ешьте хлеба из теста с закваской,

4 ибо в сей самый день, в месяце авив, уходите вы из Египта.

5 ГОСПОДЬ клялся отцам вашим, что Он даст вам землю ханаанеев, хеттов, амореев, хиввеев и евусеев. И когда Он приведет вас в ту землю, где молоко и мед рекой льются, вы ежегодно должны будете в этот месяц совершать такой обряд:

6 семь дней ешьте пресные лепешки, и на седьмой день — у вас праздник, ГОСПОДУ посвященный.

7 Хлеб только пресный ешьте семь дней. Ни теста вскисшего, ни закваски не должно быть там, где живете вы.

8 В тот день пусть каждый объявит своим детям: „Это делается в память о том, что совершил для меня ГОСПОДЬ, когда я покидал Египет“.

9 И обряд этот будет словно знак на руке твоей или памятка на челе твоем, побуждая тебя к тому, чтобы наставление ГОСПОДНЕ всегда было у тебя на устах, ибо рукою могущественной вывел ГОСПОДЬ тебя из Египта.

10 Это священное установление, выполнять которое ты должен из года в год, в назначенное время.

11 Когда же приведет тебя ГОСПОДЬ в землю ханаанскую и отдаст ее тебе во исполнение клятвы, данной тебе и отцам твоим, —

12 посвящай ГОСПОДУ первый плод чрева каждой матери; и из скота твоего все первенцы мужского пола принадлежат ГОСПОДУ.

13 Каждого перворожденного осленка можешь выкупить, отдав вместо него ягненка, а если решил не выкупать его — умертви это животное, и каждого мальчика, родившегося первым, ты должен выкупить.

14 И когда придет такое время, что сын твой спросит тебя о том, что это значит, скажи ему: „Могущественной рукою ГОСПОДЬ вывел нас из Египта, из страны рабства нашего.

15 Фараон, упрямствуя, отказывался отпустить нас, и тогда ГОСПОДЬ умертвил всех первенцев в Египте, и у людей, и у скота. Вот почему приношу я в жертву ГОСПОДУ каждый первый плод чрева скота моего и каждого первенца из сыновей моих — выкупаю“.

16 И это будет словно знак на руке твоей или повязка на челе твоем, ведь могущественной рукою вывел ГОСПОДЬ нас из Египта».

17 Когда фараон отпустил народ израильский, Бог не повел его через филистимскую землю, несмотря на то что тот путь был прямым и коротким. Бог сказал: «Если израильтянам на этом пути будет угрожать война, они могут передумать и возвратиться в Египет».

18 Поэтому Бог повел их по пустыне окружным путем к Красному морю. Сыны Израилевы покидали Египет, будучи готовы к бою.

19 Моисей же унес оттуда останки Иосифа, ибо тот взял клятву с сынов Израилевых. «Бог непременно явит Свою заботу о вас, — говорил он им, — и вы, уходя отсюда, заберите с собой останки мои».

20 Израильтяне вышли из Суккота и раскинули стан в Этаме, недалеко от пустыни.

21 И ГОСПОДЬ шел перед ними: днем — в столпе облачном, указывая им путь, а ночью — в столпе огненном, путь им освещая, дабы могли они идти и днем и ночью.

22 Столп облачный днем и столп огненный ночью не покидали народа.

Chapter 13

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Sanctify to me every first-born that opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of men and of animals; for they are mine.

3 And Moses said to the people, Remember this day in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by a strong hand the LORD brought you out from this place; there shall no leavened bread be eaten on this day.

4 In this day you are going forth in the month of Abib.

5 And it shall be when the LORD shall bring you into the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Hivites, the Jebusites, and the Perizzites, which he swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, therefore you shall keep this service in this month.

6 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a festival to the LORD.

7 Unleavened bread shall you eat for seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with you throughout all your territory.

8 And you shall tell your son on that day, This is done because of what my God did for me when I came forth out of Egypt.

9 And it shall be to you for a sign. a token of remembrance upon your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, so that the law of the LORD may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand has the LORD brought you out of Egypt.

10 You must therefore keep this ordinance and this law at its appointed time from year to year.

11 And it shall be when the LORD brings you into the land of the Canaanites, as he swore to you and to your fathers, and shall give it to you,

12 You shall set apart to the LORD every first-born that opens the womb and every firstling that comes of the animals that you have; the males shall be the LORD'S.

13 And every firstling male of the cattle you shall redeem with a lamb; but if you do not wish to redeem it, then you must kill it: and every first-born of men among your sons you shall redeem.

14 And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, What is this? You shall say to him, By a strong hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt from the house of bondage;

15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh was stubborn, and would not let us go, the LORD slew all the first-born in the land of Egypt, from the first-born of man to the first-born of animals; that is why I sacrifice to the LORD all that open the womb, being males; but all the first-born of my sons I redeem.

16 And it shall be as a token on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes; for by a strong hand the LORD brought you out of Egypt.

17 land it came to pass when Pharaoh had let the people go, God did not lead them by the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest the people be afraid when they see war, and return to Egypt:

18 But God led the people by the way of the wilderness by the Red Sea; and the children of Israel went up armed out of the land of Egypt.

19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him; for he had solemnly made the children of Israel to swear, saying, God will surely remember you; and you must carry up my bones from here with you.

20 And they journeyed from Succoth and encamped at Etham, on the edge of the wilderness.

21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud, to lead them on the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; so that they might travel by day and by night;

22 The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night never failed to go before the people.

2 «Посвящайте Мне всех первенцев мужского пола. Первый плод чрева матери среди израильтян принадлежит Мне, и первенцы из скота тоже Мои».	2 Sanctify to me every first-born that opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of men and of animals; for they are mine.
3 И сказал Моисей народу: «Помните этот день, день, в который ушли вы из Египта, из страны рабства вашего, — ГОСПОДЬ могущественной рукою вывел вас оттуда. В этот день не ешьте хлеба из теста с закваской,	3 And Moses said to the people, Remember this day in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by a strong hand the LORD brought you out from this place; there shall no leavened bread be eaten on this day.
4 ибо в сей самый день, в месяце авив, уходите вы из Египта.	4 In this day you are going forth in the month of Abib.
5 ГОСПОДЬ клялся отцам вашим, что Он даст вам землю ханаанеев, хеттов, амореев, хиввеев и евусеев. И когда Он приведет вас в ту землю, где молоко и мед рекой льются, вы ежегодно должны будете в этот месяц совершать такой обряд:	5 And it shall be when the LORD shall bring you into the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Hivites, the Jebusites, and the Perizzites, which he swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, therefore you shall keep this service in this month.
6 семь дней ешьте пресные лепешки, и на седьмой день — у вас праздник, ГОСПОДУ посвященный.	6 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a festival to the LORD.
7 Хлеб только пресный ешьте семь дней. Ни теста вскисшего, ни закваски не должно быть там, где живете вы.	7 Unleavened bread shall you eat for seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with you throughout all your territory.
8 В тот день пусть каждый объявит своим детям: „Это делается в память о том, что совершил для меня ГОСПОДЬ, когда я покидал Египет“.	8 And you shall tell your son on that day, This is done because of what my God did for me when I came forth out of Egypt.
9 И обряд этот будет словно знак на руке твоей или памятка на челе твоем, побуждая тебя к тому, чтобы наставление ГОСПОДНЕ всегда было у тебя на устах, ибо рукою могущественной вывел ГОСПОДЬ тебя из Египта.	9 And it shall be to you for a sign. a token of remembrance upon your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, so that the law of the LORD may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand has the LORD brought you out of Egypt.
10 Это священное установление, выполнять которое ты должен из года в год, в назначенное время.	10 You must therefore keep this ordinance and this law at its appointed time from year to year.
11 Когда же приведет тебя ГОСПОДЬ в землю ханаанскую и отдаст ее тебе во исполнение клятвы, данной тебе и отцам твоим, —	11 And it shall be when the LORD brings you into the land of the Canaanites, as he swore to you and to your fathers, and shall give it to you,
12 посвящай ГОСПОДУ первый плод чрева каждой матери; и из скота твоего все первенцы мужского пола принадлежат ГОСПОДУ.	12 You shall set apart to the LORD every first-born that opens the womb and every firstling that comes of the animals that you have; the males shall be the LORD'S.
13 Каждого перворожденного осленка можешь выкупить, отдав вместо него ягненка, а если решил не выкупать его — умертви это животное, и каждого мальчика, родившегося первым, ты должен выкупить.	13 And every firstling male of the cattle you shall redeem with a lamb; but if you do not wish to redeem it, then you must kill it: and every first-born of men among your sons you shall redeem.
14 И когда придет такое время, что сын твой спросит тебя о том, что это значит, скажи ему: „Могущественной рукою ГОСПОДЬ вывел нас из Египта, из страны рабства нашего.	14 And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, What is this? You shall say to him, By a strong hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt from the house of bondage;
15 Фараон, упрямствуя, отказывался отпустить нас, и тогда ГОСПОДЬ умертвил всех первенцев в Египте, и у людей, и у скота. Вот почему приношу я в жертву ГОСПОДУ каждый первый плод чрева скота моего и каждого первенца из сыновей моих — выкупаю“.	15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh was stubborn, and would not let us go, the LORD slew all the first-born in the land of Egypt, from the first-born of man to the first-born of animals; that is why I sacrifice to the LORD all that open the womb, being males; but all the first-born of my sons I redeem.
16 И это будет словно знак на руке твоей или повязка на челе твоем, ведь могущественной рукою вывел ГОСПОДЬ нас из Египта».	16 And it shall be as a token on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes; for by a strong hand the LORD brought you out of Egypt.
17 Когда фараон отпустил народ израильский, Бог не повел его через филистимскую землю, несмотря на то что тот путь был прямым и коротким. Бог сказал: «Если израильтянам на этом пути будет угрожать война, они могут передумать и возвратиться в Египет».	17 land it came to pass when Pharaoh had let the people go, God did not lead them by the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest the people be afraid when they see war, and return to Egypt:
18 Поэтому Бог повел их по пустыне окружным путем к Красному морю. Сыны Израилевы покидали Египет, будучи готовы к бою.	18 But God led the people by the way of the wilderness by the Red Sea; and the children of Israel went up armed out of the land of Egypt.
19 Моисей же унес оттуда останки Иосифа, ибо тот взял клятву с сынов Израилевых. «Бог непременно явит Свою заботу о вас, — говорил он им, — и вы, уходя отсюда, заберите с собой останки мои».	19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him; for he had solemnly made the children of Israel to swear, saying, God will surely remember you; and you must carry up my bones from here with you.

22 Столп облачный днем и столп огненный ночью не покидали народа.	22 The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night never failed to go before the people.
