Глава 14

1 Пришли ко мне несколько человек из старейшин израильских и сели передо мной.

2 И было мне слово ГОСПОДНЕ:

3 «Смертный человек! Эти люди возводят идолов в сердце своем, взор свой они направили к погибельному греху своему. Как Я могу им отвечать?

4 Передай им, скажи, что так говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: „Всякий человек из народа Израилева, который живет с идолами в сердце, взор свой направляет к погибельному греху, а затем идет к пророку, — получит от ГОСПОДА такой ответ, какого заслуживают его многочисленные идолы!

5 Быть может, так поймет народ Израилев, что все они стали Мне чужими из-за своих идолов“.

6 И потому скажи народу Израилеву то, что говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: „Покайтесь! Отвернитесь от своих идолов, отвернитесь от своих мерзостей!

7 Я, ГОСПОДЬ, Сам дам ответ всякому человеку из народа Израилева и всякому живущему в Израиле переселенцу, всем тем, кто оставил Меня, живет с идолами в сердце, взор свой направляет к погибельному греху, а потом идет к пророку, чтобы вопрошать Меня.

8 Я свершу суд над таковыми, сделаю их знамением и притчей во языцех, положу конец их пребыванию среди народа Моего, и узнаете, что Я — ГОСПОДЬ.

9 А если тот пророк, будучи обманутым, станет пророчествовать, то знайте, что это Я, ГОСПОДЬ, ввел его в заблуждение и Я удалю его из Моего народа Израиля, занесу над ним руку и истреблю его.

10 Оба они: и вопрошавший, и пророк — будут подвергнуты одному и тому же наказанию за свою вину,

11 чтобы народ Израилев впредь не оставлял Меня и не осквернял себя преступлениями своими, и тогда он будет Моим народом, а Я буду его Богом“, — таково слово Владыки ГОСПОДА».

12 И вновь было мне слово ГОСПОДНЕ:

13 «Смертный, если грешит против Меня страна, вероломно изменив Мне, Я занесу над ней руку, лишу ее хлебных запасов, пошлю ей голод и истреблю в ней и людей, и скот.

14 И даже если бы Ной, Даниил и Иов жили в той стране, то своей праведностью эти трое спасли бы лишь собственные жизни, — говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ. —

15 И если Я нашлю на ту страну лютых зверей, которые разорят ее, и станет она из-за этих зверей пустой и безлюдной, куда не ступит нога человека,

16 то даже эти трое, окажись они среди ее жителей, — жив Я, — клятвенно заверяет Владыка ГОСПОДЬ, — не спасут ни сыновей, ни дочерей — лишь сами они спасутся, а страна превратится в пустыню.

17 И если Я нашлю меч на эту страну и повелю мечу пройти по стране и истребить в ней людей и скот,

18 то и эти три праведника, — жив Я, — говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ, — не спасут ни сыновей, ни дочерей — лишь сами спасутся.

19 И если Я пошлю на эту страну моровое поветрие, изолью на нее Мою ярость в кровопролитии и людей и скот истреблю,

20 то будь в ней Ной, Даниил и Иов, — жив Я, — говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ, — не спасут они ни сыновей своих, ни дочерей, но своей праведностью они спасут лишь собственные жизни».

21 Потому так говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: «Куда более разрушительными будут те четыре наказания: меч, голод, лютые звери и моровое поветрие, которые Я пошлю на Иерусалим, чтобы истребить в нем людей и скот.

22 Но уцелеет остаток — он покинет город, и когда выйдут оттуда ваши сыновья и дочери и вы увидите их дела и поступки, тогда не будете так скорбеть о бедствии, которое Я обрушил на Иерусалим, — обо всем, что Я обрушил на него.

23 Утешат они вас тем, что, когда вы увидите их дела и поступки, поймете, что не напрасно Я подверг Иерусалим всем этим бедствиям». Таково слово Владыки ГОСПОДА.

2 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 me, saying,559

3 Son1121 of man,120 these428 men376 have set up5927 their idols1544 in5921 their heart,3820 and put5414 the stumblingblock4383 of their iniquity5771 before5227 their face:6440 should I be inquired of at all1875 1875 by them?

4 Therefore3651 speak1696 unto them, and say559 unto413 them, Thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Every man376 376 of the house4480 1004 of Israel3478 that834 setteth up5927 853 his idols1544 in413 his heart,3820 and putteth7760 the stumblingblock4383 of his iniquity5771 before5227 his face,6440 and cometh935 to413 the prophet;5030 I589 the LORD3068 will answer6030 him that cometh935 according to the multitude7230 of his idols;1544

5 That4616 I may take8610 853 the house1004 of Israel3478 in their own heart,3820 because834 they are all3605 estranged2114 from4480 5921 me through their idols.1544

6 Therefore3651 say559 unto413 the house1004 of Israel,3478 Thus3541 saith559 the Lord136 GOD;3069 Repent,7725 and turn7725 yourselves from4480 5921 your idols;1544 and turn away7725 your faces6440 from4480 5921 all3605 your abominations.8441

7 For3588 every one376 376 of the house4480 1004 of Israel,3478 or of the stranger4480 1616 that834 sojourneth1481 in Israel,3478 which separateth himself5144 from4480 310 me, and setteth up5927 his idols1544 in413 his heart,3820 and putteth7760 the stumblingblock4383 of his iniquity5771 before5227 his face,6440 and cometh935 to413 a prophet5030 to inquire1875 of him concerning me; I589 the LORD3068 will answer6030 him by myself:

8 And I will set5414 my face6440 against that1931 man,376 and will make7760 him a sign226 and a proverb,4912 and I will cut him off3772 from the midst4480 8432 of my people;5971 and ye shall know3045 that3588 I589 am the LORD.3068

9 And if3588 the prophet5030 be deceived6601 when he hath spoken1696 a thing,1697 I589 the LORD3068 have deceived6601 853 that1931 prophet,5030 and I will stretch out5186 853 my hand3027 upon5921 him, and will destroy8045 him from the midst4480 8432 of my people5971 Israel.3478

10 And they shall bear5375 the punishment of their iniquity:5771 the punishment5771 of the prophet5030 shall be1961 even as the punishment5771 of him that seeketh1875 unto him;

11 That4616 the house1004 of Israel3478 may go no3808 more5750 astray8582 from4480 310 me, neither3808 be polluted2930 any more5750 with all3605 their transgressions;6588 but that they may be1961 my people,5971 and I589 may be1961 their God,430 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

12 The word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 again to413 me, saying,559

13 Son1121 of man,120 when3588 the land776 sinneth2398 against me by trespassing4603 grievously,4604 then will I stretch out5186 mine hand3027 upon5921 it, and will break7665 the staff4294 of the bread3899 thereof, and will send7971 famine7458 upon it, and will cut off3772 man120 and beast929 from4480 it:

14 Though these428 three7969 men,376 Noah,5146 Daniel,1840 and Job,347 were1961 in8432 it, they1992 should deliver5337 but their own souls5315 by their righteousness,6666 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

15 If3863 I cause noisome7451 beasts2416 to pass5674 through the land,776 and they spoil7921 it, so that it be1961 desolate,8077 that no man4480 1097 may pass through5674 because4480 6440 of the beasts: 2416

16 Though these428 three7969 men376 were in8432 it, as I589 live,2416 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD,3069 they1992 shall deliver5337 neither518 sons1121 nor518 daughters;1323 they only905 shall be delivered,5337 but the land776 shall be1961 desolate.8077

17 Or176 if I bring935 a sword2719 upon5921 that1931 land,776 and say,559 Sword,2719 go5674 through the land;776 so that I cut off3772 man120 and beast929 from4480 it:

18 Though these428 three7969 men376 were in8432 it, as I589 live,2416 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD,3069 they shall deliver5337 neither3808 sons1121 nor daughters,1323 but3588 they1992 only905 shall be delivered themselves.5337

19 Or176 if I send7971 a pestilence1698 into413 that1931 land,776 and pour out8210 my fury2534 upon5921 it in blood,1818 to cut off3772 from4480 it man120 and beast: 929

22 Yet, behold,2009 therein shall be left3498 a remnant6413 that shall be brought forth,3318 both sons1121 and daughters:1323 behold,2009 they shall come forth3318 unto413 you, and ye shall see7200 853 their way1870 and their doings:5949 and ye shall be comforted5162 concerning5921 the evil7451 that834 I have brought935 upon5921 Jerusalem,3389 even concerning854 all3605 that834 I have brought935 upon5921 it.

23 And they shall comfort5162 you, when3588 ye see7200 853 their ways1870 and their doings:5949 and ye shall know3045 that3588 I have not3808 done6213 without cause2600 853 all3605 that834 I have done6213 in it, saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

4 Передай им, скажи, что так говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: „Всякий человек из народа Израилева, который живет с идолами в сердце, взор свой направляет к погибельному греху, а затем идет к пророку, — получит от ГОСПОДА такой ответ, какого заслуживают его многочисленные идолы!

8 Я свершу суд над таковыми, сделаю их знамением и притчей во языцех, положу конец их пребыванию среди народа Моего, и узнаете, что Я — ГОСПОДЬ.

8 And I will set5414 my face6440 against that1931 man,376 and will make7760 him a sign226 and a proverb,4912 and I will cut him off3772 from the midst4480 8432 of my people;5971 and ye shall know3045 that3588 I589 am the LORD.3068

9 А если тот пророк, будучи обманутым, станет пророчествовать, то знайте, что это Я, ГОСПОДЬ, ввел его в заблуждение и Я удалю его из Моего народа Израиля, занесу над ним руку и истреблю его.

9 And if3588 the prophet5030 be deceived6601 when he hath spoken1696 a thing,1697 I589 the LORD3068 have deceived6601 853 that1931 prophet,5030 and I will stretch out5186 853 my hand3027 upon5921 him, and will destroy8045 him from the midst4480 8432 of my people5971 Israel.3478

10 Оба они: и вопрошавший, и пророк — будут подвергнуты одному и тому же наказанию за свою вину,

10 And they shall bear5375 the punishment of their iniquity:5771 the punishment5771 of the prophet5030 shall be1961 even as the punishment5771 of him that seeketh1875 unto him;

11 чтобы народ Израилев впредь не оставлял Меня и не осквернял себя преступлениями своими, и тогда он будет Моим народом, а Я буду его Богом“, — таково слово Владыки ГОСПОДА».

11 That4616 the house1004 of Israel3478 may go no3808 more5750 astray8582 from4480 310 me, neither3808 be polluted2930 any more5750 with all3605 their transgressions;6588 but that they may be1961 my people,5971 and I589 may be1961 their God,430 saith5002 the Lord136 GOD.3069

12 И вновь было мне слово ГОСПОДНЕ:

12 The word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 again to413 me, saying,559

13 «Смертный, если грешит против Меня страна, вероломно изменив Мне, Я занесу над ней руку, лишу ее хлебных запасов, пошлю ей голод и истреблю в ней и людей, и скот.

14 И даже если бы Ной, Даниил и Иов жили в той стране, то своей праведностью эти трое спасли бы лишь собственные жизни, — говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ. —

16 то даже эти трое, окажись они среди ее жителей, — жив Я, — клятвенно заверяет Владыка ГОСПОДЬ, — не спасут ни сыновей, ни дочерей — лишь сами они спасутся, а страна превратится в пустыню.

17 И если Я нашлю меч на эту страну и повелю мечу пройти по стране и истребить в ней людей и скот,

22 Но уцелеет остаток — он покинет город, и когда выйдут оттуда ваши сыновья и дочери и вы увидите их дела и поступки, тогда не будете так скорбеть о бедствии, которое Я обрушил на Иерусалим, — обо всем, что Я обрушил на него.
