Глава 24

1 Моисею было сказано, чтобы он опять взошел на гору к ГОСПОДУ, взяв с собой Аарона, Надава, Авиуда и семьдесят старейшин Израиля; им дозволялось совершить свое поклонение лишь издали.

2 Приблизиться же к ГОСПОДУ мог лишь один Моисей, и никто иной кроме него; а народ не должен был подниматься с ним на гору.

3 Моисей пришел и передал народу все предписания ГОСПОДА и все указания Его. Народ отозвался единодушно: «Будем делать всё, что повелел ГОСПОДЬ».

4 Всё сказанное ГОСПОДОМ тогда же записал Моисей в Свитке Завета. Встав рано утром, воздвиг он у горы жертвенник и сложил рядом с ним двенадцать камней священных по числу колен Израилевых.

5 Потом велел он юношам израильским совершить всесожжения и заколоть быков, чтобы народ и левиты могли вместе пировать и принести ГОСПОДУ благодарственные жертвы.

6 Кровь животных Моисей собрал и половину ее слил в чаши для служб ритуальных, а остальной окропил жертвенник.

7 После того взял он Свиток Завета с только что сделанной записью и прочитал ее народу. «Всё, что повелел ГОСПОДЬ, будем исполнять и будем Ему послушны», — сказали израильтяне.

8 Окропил тогда Моисей народ кровью, что слита была в чаши, и сказал: «Это кровь Завета, того самого Союза, который заключил с вами ГОСПОДЬ согласно всем этим словам, в Свитке записанным».

9 Затем Моисей взошел на гору, взяв с собой Аарона, Надава, Авиуда и семьдесят старейшин Израиля.

10 И видели они образ Бога Израилева. Под ногами Его — нечто подобное мозаичному полу из сапфира, голубое и ясное, как само небо.

11 Бог не допустил гибели вождей народа израильского: они удостоились видеть Его образ и после совершенных жертвоприношений все вместе ели и пили.

12 И еще раз ГОСПОДЬ сказал Моисею: «Взойди ко Мне на гору и будь там. Я дам тебе скрижали каменные с Законом, с заповедями, кои Я написал для наставления народа Моего».

13 Вместе со служившим при нем Иисусом Моисей тотчас же отправился на гору Божию,

14 сказав старейшинам: «Ждите нас здесь у подножия Синая, пока не вернемся к вам. С вами останутся Аарон и Гур. Если надо кому решить дело какое, пусть обращается к ним».

15 Итак, Моисей поднялся на гору, и облако окутало ее.

16 Слава ГОСПОДНЯ пребывала на горе Синай, и шесть дней окутывало ее облако, а в седьмой — воззвал из него ГОСПОДЬ к Моисею.

17 Огню испепеляющему подобна была слава ГОСПОДНЯ на вершине горы — такой видели ее сыновья Израиля.

18 Моисей вошел прямо в облако, когда восходил на гору. Пробыл он там сорок дней и сорок ночей.

2 And Moses4872 alone905 shall come near5066 413 the LORD:3068 but they1992 shall not3808 come nigh;5066 neither3808 shall the people5971 go up5927 with5973 him.

3 And Moses4872 came935 and told5608 the people5971 853 all3605 the words1697 of the LORD,3068 and all3605 the judgments:4941 and all3605 the people5971 answered6030 with one259 voice,6963 and said,559 All3605 the words1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath said1696 will we do.6213

4 And Moses4872 wrote3789 853 all3605 the words1697 of the LORD,3068 and rose up early7925 in the morning,1242 and built1129 an altar4196 under8478 the hill,2022 and twelve8147 6240 pillars,4676 according to the twelve8147 6240 tribes7626 of Israel.3478

5 And he sent7971 853 young men5288 of the children1121 of Israel,3478 which offered5927 burnt offerings,5930 and sacrificed2076 peace8002 offerings2077 of oxen6499 unto the LORD.3068

6 And Moses4872 took3947 half2677 of the blood,1818 and put7760 it in basins;101 and half2677 of the blood1818 he sprinkled2236 on5921 the altar.4196

7 And he took3947 the book5612 of the covenant,1285 and read7121 in the audience241 of the people:5971 and they said,559 All3605 that834 the LORD3068 hath said1696 will we do,6213 and be obedient.8085

8 And Moses4872 took3947 853 the blood,1818 and sprinkled2236 it on5921 the people,5971 and said,559 Behold2009 the blood1818 of the covenant,1285 which834 the LORD3068 hath made3772 with5973 you concerning5921 all3605 these428 words.1697

9 Then went up5927 Moses,4872 and Aaron,175 Nadab,5070 and Abihu,30 and seventy7657 of the elders4480 2205 of Israel: 3478

10 And they saw7200 853 the God430 of Israel:3478 and there was under8478 his feet7272 as it were a paved3840 work4639 of a sapphire stone,5601 and as it were the body6106 of heaven8064 in his clearness.2892

11 And upon413 the nobles678 of the children1121 of Israel3478 he laid7971 not3808 his hand:3027 also they saw2372 853 God,430 and did eat398 and drink.8354

12 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Come up5927 to413 me into the mount,2022 and be1961 there:8033 and I will give5414 thee853 tables3871 of stone,68 and a law,8451 and commandments4687 which834 I have written;3789 that thou mayest teach3384 them.

13 And Moses4872 rose up,6965 and his minister8334 Joshua:3091 and Moses4872 went up5927 into413 the mount2022 of God.430

14 And he said559 unto413 the elders,2205 Tarry3427 ye here2088 for us, until5704 834 we come again7725 unto413 you: and, behold,2009 Aaron175 and Hur2354 are with5973 you: if any4310 man1167 have any matters1697 to do, let him come5066 unto413 them.

15 And Moses4872 went up5927 into413 the mount,2022 and a cloud6051 covered3680 853 the mount.2022

16 And the glory3519 of the LORD3068 abode7931 upon5921 mount2022 Sinai,5514 and the cloud6051 covered3680 it six8337 days:3117 and the seventh7637 day3117 he called7121 unto413 Moses4872 out of the midst4480 8432 of the cloud.6051

17 And the sight4758 of the glory3519 of the LORD3068 was like devouring398 fire784 on the top7218 of the mount2022 in the eyes5869 of the children1121 of Israel.3478

18 And Moses4872 went935 into the midst8432 of the cloud,6051 and got him up5927 into413 the mount:2022 and Moses4872 was1961 in the mount2022 forty705 days3117 and forty705 nights.3915

13 Вместе со служившим при нем Иисусом Моисей тотчас же отправился на гору Божию,

17 Огню испепеляющему подобна была слава ГОСПОДНЯ на вершине горы — такой видели ее сыновья Израиля.

18 Моисей вошел прямо в облако, когда восходил на гору. Пробыл он там сорок дней и сорок ночей.
