Chapter 4

1 AND the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, If a person shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and shall do any one of them;

3 If the priest that is anointed do sin according to the sins of the people; then let him offer for the sin which he has committed a young bullock without blemish to the LORD for his sin offering.

4 And he shall bring the bullock to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and he shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head and kill the bullock before the LORD.

5 And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation;

6 And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD before the veil of the sanctuary.

7 And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and he shall pour all the rest of the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

8 And he shall take off from it all the fat of the bullock for the sin offering, the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is on the entrails,

9 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it he shall take away,

10 Just as it was taken off from the bullock of the sacrifice of peace offering; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar of the burnt offering.

11 And the skin of the bullock and all its flesh, with its dung, its head, its legs, and its entrails,

12 The whole bullock he shall carry forth outside the camp to a clean place where the ashes are poured out and shall burn it on the wood which is upon the fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burnt.

13 And if the whole congregation of Israel go wrong, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which should not be done and are guilty;

14 When the sin which they have committed against it is known, then the whole congregation shall offer a young bullock for the sin and bring it before the tabernacle of the congregation.

15 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bullock before the LORD and the bullock shall be killed before the LORD.

16 And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the blood of the bullock to the tabernacle of the congregation;

17 And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD in front of the veil.

18 And he shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar which is before the LORD, in the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

19 And he shall take all its fat from it and burn it upon the altar.

20 And he shall do with the bullock just as he did with the bullock for a sin offering, so shall he do with this; and the priest shall make an atonement for them and it shall be forgiven them.

21 And they shall carry forth the bullock outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bullock; it is a sin offering for the congregation.

22 When a ruler shall sin and shall do something through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD his God concerning things which should not be done, and is guilty;

23 Or if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a male without blemish;

24 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD; it is a sin offering.

25 And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering and pour out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering.

26 And he shall burn all its fat upon the altar as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin and it shall be forgiven him.

27 And if any one of the common people of the land sin through ignorance, while he does something against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;

28 Or if his sin which he has committed is made known to him; then he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has committed.

29 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering and slay the sin offering in the place where the burnt offering is killed.

30 And the priest shall take some of the blood with his finger and sprinkle it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the bottom of the altar.

31 And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour to the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him and it shall be forgiven him.

32 And if he bring of the lambs for his sin offering, then he shall bring a female without blemish.

33 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering and slay it for a sin offering at the place where burnt offering victims are killed.

34 And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and sprinkle it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the bottom of the altar;

35 And he shall take away all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar according to the offerings made by fire to the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he has committed and it shall be forgiven him.

1 Господь обратился к Моисею с таким наставлением:

2 «Скажи народу Израиля: если кто случайно согрешит и сделает что-либо из того, что запретил Господь, то вот что он должен сделать.

3 Если помазанный священник согрешит и тем самым сделает народ виновным в грехе, то пусть тот священник принесёт бычка без всякого изъяна как жертву Господу за свой грех.

4 Пусть помазанный священник приведёт бычка к входу в шатёр собрания перед Господом и, положив руку на голову бычка, заколет его перед Господом.

5 Затем помазанный священник должен взять немного крови принесённой жертвы и внести её в шатёр собрания.

6 Пусть он обмакнёт палец в кровь и семь раз покропит кровью перед Господом, перед завесой в Святая святых.

7 Пусть священник помажет кровью края алтаря для благовонного курения, который находится в шатре собрания перед Господом. Пусть священник выльет всю остальную кровь бычка у подножия алтаря для сожжения приношений, который стоит у входа в шатёр собрания.

8 Затем он должен вынуть из бычка весь жир, который находится на внутренностях и вокруг них.

9 Пусть священник возьмёт две почки вместе с жиром, который на них, около поясничного мускула, а также жирную часть печени, вынув её вместе с почками.

10 Пусть священник принесёт в жертву эти части точно так же, как приносят жертву содружества, и сожжёт части животного на алтаре для сожжения приношений,

11 но пусть вынесет шкуру бычка, его внутренности, нечистоты и всё мясо, которое на ногах и на голове. Пусть вынесет эти части за пределы стана, туда, где высыпают пепел, положит там эти части на дрова и сожжёт их.

13 Может случиться, что весь народ Израиля согрешит, сам того не ведая, и сделает что-нибудь против заповедей Господа, тогда люди будут виновны.

14 Когда они узнают об этом грехе, то пусть принесут в жертву бычка как приношение за грех всего народа. Пусть приведут бычка к шатру собрания,

15 и старейшины народа положат руки на голову бычка перед Господом, а потом заколют его перед Господом.

16 Затем помазанный священник должен взять немного крови жертвенного животного и внести её в шатёр собрания и,

17 обмакнув палец в кровь, семь раз покропить ею у завесы перед Господом.

18 Тогда священник помажет кровью углы алтаря, который находится в шатре собрания, перед Господом. Пусть священник выльет всю остальную кровь бычка у подножия алтаря для сожжения приношений, который стоит у входа в шатёр собрания.

19 Пусть он вынет из животного весь жир, который на внутренностях, и сожжёт его на жертвеннике.

20 Затем священник должен принести эти части в жертву, как приносят бычка за грех. Только так он очистит людей от греха, и тогда Бог простит израильский народ.

21 Пусть священник вынесет бычка за пределы стана и сожжёт его так же, как и первую жертву. Это будет приношением за грехи всей общины.

22 Если же правитель случайно согрешит и сделает что-нибудь против заповедей Господа Бога, то правитель виновен.

23 Если он узнает о своём грехе, то пусть приведёт козла, в котором нет никакого изъяна, и это будет его приношением.

24 Пусть правитель положит руку на голову козлу и пусть животное будет заколото на том месте, где закалывают приношения, сожжённые перед Господом. Козёл — приношение за грех.

25 Священник должен взять на палец кровь приношения за грех и помазать углы алтаря для сожжения приношений, а остатки пусть выльет у подножия алтаря.

26 Затем священник сожжёт весь жир козла на алтаре, как сжигают жир жертвы приношения содружества, и так он очистит правителя, и Бог его простит.

27 Кто-то из простого народа может случайно согрешить и сделать то, что не дозволено Господом.

28 Если человек узнает о своём грехе, то пусть приведёт козу, в которой нет изъяна, и это будет его приношением за грех.

29 Положив руку на голову животного, пусть человек заколет его там, где приносят жертву сожжением.

30 Затем священник должен обмакнуть палец в кровь козы и помазать ею углы алтаря для сожжения приношений, а остальную кровь вылить у подножия алтаря.

31 Пусть священник принесёт в жертву весь жир козы, как приносят в жертву жир от приношений содружества, сожжёт его на алтаре как приятное благоухание Господу, и так очистит того человека, и Бог простит его.

32 Если тот человек жертвует ягнёнка как приношение за грех, то пусть приведёт овцу, в которой нет изъяна.

33 Положив руку на голову животного, пусть заколет его как приношение за грех на том месте, где закалывают приношения сожжением.

34 Затем священник должен взять на палец немного крови приношения за грех и помазать ею углы жертвенника в приношение сожжением, а всю остальную кровь овцы вылить у подножия жертвенника.

35 Пусть священник принесёт в жертву весь жир овцы, как приносят в жертву жир ягнёнка при приношениях содружества. Пусть священник сожжёт его на жертвеннике как любое приношение огнём Господу. Так священник очистит этого человека от совершённого им греха, и Бог простит того человека.

4 And he shall bring the bullock to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and he shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head and kill the bullock before the LORD.

4 Пусть помазанный священник приведёт бычка к входу в шатёр собрания перед Господом и, положив руку на голову бычка, заколет его перед Господом.

5 And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation;

8 And he shall take off from it all the fat of the bullock for the sin offering, the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is on the entrails,

8 Затем он должен вынуть из бычка весь жир, который находится на внутренностях и вокруг них.

9 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it he shall take away,

9 Пусть священник возьмёт две почки вместе с жиром, который на них, около поясничного мускула, а также жирную часть печени, вынув её вместе с почками.

10 Just as it was taken off from the bullock of the sacrifice of peace offering; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar of the burnt offering.

10 Пусть священник принесёт в жертву эти части точно так же, как приносят жертву содружества, и сожжёт части животного на алтаре для сожжения приношений,

13 Может случиться, что весь народ Израиля согрешит, сам того не ведая, и сделает что-нибудь против заповедей Господа, тогда люди будут виновны.

14 When the sin which they have committed against it is known, then the whole congregation shall offer a young bullock for the sin and bring it before the tabernacle of the congregation.

14 Когда они узнают об этом грехе, то пусть принесут в жертву бычка как приношение за грех всего народа. Пусть приведут бычка к шатру собрания,

15 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bullock before the LORD and the bullock shall be killed before the LORD.

15 и старейшины народа положат руки на голову бычка перед Господом, а потом заколют его перед Господом.

16 And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the blood of the bullock to the tabernacle of the congregation;

16 Затем помазанный священник должен взять немного крови жертвенного животного и внести её в шатёр собрания и,

17 And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD in front of the veil.

18 Тогда священник помажет кровью углы алтаря, который находится в шатре собрания, перед Господом. Пусть священник выльет всю остальную кровь бычка у подножия алтаря для сожжения приношений, который стоит у входа в шатёр собрания.

19 And he shall take all its fat from it and burn it upon the altar.

19 Пусть он вынет из животного весь жир, который на внутренностях, и сожжёт его на жертвеннике.

20 And he shall do with the bullock just as he did with the bullock for a sin offering, so shall he do with this; and the priest shall make an atonement for them and it shall be forgiven them.

20 Затем священник должен принести эти части в жертву, как приносят бычка за грех. Только так он очистит людей от греха, и тогда Бог простит израильский народ.

25 And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering and pour out the rest of the blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering.

25 Священник должен взять на палец кровь приношения за грех и помазать углы алтаря для сожжения приношений, а остатки пусть выльет у подножия алтаря.

26 And he shall burn all its fat upon the altar as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin and it shall be forgiven him.

34 Затем священник должен взять на палец немного крови приношения за грех и помазать ею углы жертвенника в приношение сожжением, а всю остальную кровь овцы вылить у подножия жертвенника.

35 And he shall take away all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar according to the offerings made by fire to the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he has committed and it shall be forgiven him.

35 Пусть священник принесёт в жертву весь жир овцы, как приносят в жертву жир ягнёнка при приношениях содружества. Пусть священник сожжёт его на жертвеннике как любое приношение огнём Господу. Так священник очистит этого человека от совершённого им греха, и Бог простит того человека.
