1 Behold,2005 a king4428 shall reign4427 in righteousness,6664 and princes8269 shall rule8323 in judgment.4941

2 And a man376 shall be1961 as a hiding place4224 from the wind,7307 and a covert5643 from the tempest;2230 as rivers6388 of water4325 in a dry place,6724 as the shadow6738 of a great3515 rock5553 in a weary5889 land.776

2 и каждый376 из них будет как защита4224 от ветра7307 и покров5643 от непогоды,2230 как источники6388 вод4325 в степи,6724 как тень6738 от высокой3515 скалы5553 в земле776 жаждущей.5889

3 And the eyes5869 of them that see7200 shall not3808 be dim,8159 and the ears241 of them that hear8085 shall hearken.7181

4 The heart3824 also of the rash4116 shall understand995 knowledge,3045 and the tongue3956 of the stammerers5926 shall be ready4116 to speak1696 plainly.6703

4 И сердце3824 легкомысленных4116 будет995 уметь995 рассуждать;1847 и косноязычные59263956 будут4116 говорить1696 ясно.6703

5 The vile person5036 shall be no3808 more5750 called7121 liberal,5081 nor3808 the churl3596 said559 to be bountiful.7771

5 Невежду5036 уже не будут7121 называть7121 почтенным,5081 и о коварном3596 не скажут,559 что он честный.7771
|
|
6 For3588 the vile person5036 will speak1696 villainy,5039 and his heart3820 will work6213 iniquity,205 to practice6213 hypocrisy,2612 and to utter1696 error8442 against413 the LORD,3068 to make empty7324 the soul5315 of the hungry,7457 and he will cause the drink4945 of the thirsty6771 to fail.2637

6 Ибо невежда5036 говорит1696 глупое,5039 и сердце3820 его помышляет6213 о беззаконном,205 чтобы действовать6213 лицемерно2612 и произносить1696 хулу8442 на Господа,3068 душу5315 голодного7457 лишать7324 хлеба и отнимать2637 питье4945 у жаждущего.6771

7 The instruments3627 also of the churl3596 are evil:7451 he1931 deviseth3289 wicked devices2154 to destroy2254 the poor6041 with lying8267 words,561 even when the needy34 speaketh1696 right.4941

7 У коварного3596 и действования3627 гибельные:7451 он замышляет3289 ковы,2154 чтобы погубить2254 бедного60416035 словами561 лжи,8267 хотя бы бедный34 был и прав.4941

8 But the liberal5081 deviseth3289 liberal things;5081 and by5921 liberal things5081 shall he stand.6965
|
8 А честный5081 и мыслит3289 о честном5081 и твердо6965 стоит6965 во всем, что честно.5081
|
|
9 Rise up,6965 ye women802 that are at ease;7600 hear8085 my voice,6963 ye careless982 daughters;1323 give ear238 unto my speech.565

9 Женщины802 беспечные!7600 встаньте,6965 послушайте8085 голоса6963 моего; дочери1323 беззаботные!982 приклоните238 слух238 к моим словам.565

10 Many days3117 and years8141 shall ye be troubled,7264 ye careless women:982 for3588 the vintage1210 shall fail,3615 the gathering625 shall not1097 come.935
|
10 Еще несколько дней3117 сверх года,8141 и ужаснетесь,7264 беспечные!982 ибо не3615 будет3615 обирания1210 винограда,1210 и время жатвы625 не настанет.935

|
11 Tremble,2729 ye women that are at ease;7600 be troubled,7264 ye careless ones:982 strip6584 you, and make you bare,6209 and gird2290 sackcloth upon5921 your loins.2504

11 Содрогнитесь,2729 беззаботные!7600 ужаснитесь,7264 беспечные!982 сбросьте6584 одежды,6584 обнажитесь6209 и препояшьте2290 чресла.2504
|
|
12 They shall lament5594 for5921 the teats,7699 for5921 the pleasant2531 fields,7704 for5921 the fruitful6509 vine.1612
|
12 Будут5594 бить5594 себя в грудь7699 о прекрасных2531 полях,7704 о виноградной1612 лозе1612 плодовитой.6509

|
13 Upon5921 the land127 of my people5971 shall come up5927 thorns6975 and briers;8068 yea,3588 upon5921 all3605 the houses1004 of joy4885 in the joyous5947 city: 7151

13 На земле127 народа5971 моего будут5927 расти5927 терны6975 и волчцы,8068 равно и на всех домах1004 веселья4885 в ликующем5947 городе;7151
|
|
14 Because3588 the palaces759 shall be forsaken;5203 the multitude1995 of the city5892 shall be left;5800 the forts6076 and towers975 shall be1961 for1157 dens4631 forever,5704 5769 a joy4885 of wild asses,6501 a pasture4829 of flocks;5739
|
14 ибо чертоги759 будут5203 оставлены;5203 шумный1995 город5892 будет5800 покинут;5800 Офел6076 и башня975 навсегда57045769 будут служить, вместо пещер,4631 убежищем4885 диких6501 ослов6501 и пасущихся4829 стад,5739
|
|
15 Until5704 the spirit7307 be poured6168 upon5921 us from on high,4480 4791 and the wilderness4057 be1961 a fruitful field,3759 and the fruitful field3759 be counted2803 for a forest.3293
|
15 доколе не излиется6168 на нас Дух7307 свыше,4791 и пустыня4057 не сделается садом,3759 а сад3759 не будут2803 считать2803 лесом.3293
|
|
16 Then judgment4941 shall dwell7931 in the wilderness,4057 and righteousness6666 remain3427 in the fruitful field.3759
|
16 Тогда суд4941 водворится7931 в этой пустыне,4057 и правосудие6666 будет3427 пребывать3427 на плодоносном3759 поле.3759
|
|
17 And the work4639 of righteousness6666 shall be1961 peace;7965 and the effect5656 of righteousness6666 quietness8252 and assurance983 forever.5704 5769

17 И делом4639 правды6666 будет мир,7965 и плодом5656 правосудия6666 — спокойствие8252 и безопасность983 вовеки.57045769
|
|
18 And my people5971 shall dwell3427 in a peaceable7965 habitation,5116 and in sure4009 dwellings,4908 and in quiet7600 resting places;4496
|
18 Тогда народ5971 мой будет3427 жить3427 в обители5116 мира7965 и в селениях4908 безопасных,4009 и в покоищах4496 блаженных.7600

19 When it shall hail,1258 coming down3381 on the forest;3293 and the city5892 shall be low8213 in a low place.8218
|
19 И град1258 будет падать3381 на лес,3293 и город5892 спустится8213 в долину.8218
|
|
20 Blessed835 are ye that sow2232 beside5921 all3605 waters,4325 that send forth7971 thither the feet7272 of the ox7794 and the ass.2543
